I can't say enough about metro floors,yesterday I had a a very helpful man ,kneed a very small seam of carpet repair ,his name was Shawn,he immediately txt one of his men to come over,my carpet is 22 years old and great shape,which we bought way back then,they have been in business for many years.This is why you can trust ,they have been around,didn't pressure to buy anything,but when comes needed I go there. Roxane came out to give us an estimate to replace our counterops. She's very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Pedro, was the installer again can't express how very professional and accommodating they were. They cleaned up after demo and install. I would recommend Metro Floors hands down. I love my new granite countertops!!

Metro floors has replaced our office flooring and did a great job. Sean was very attentive and accommodative to bring his workers after hours and on weekends, accomplishing the replacement in portions, do we could continue our business with minimum impact. All concerns were resolved in timely manner. Workers were polite and respectful. I highly recommend Metro floors for your flooring needs.

This review is based on two excellent experiences with Metro Floors. In 2020, my wife and I helped with the renovation of her parents' home and we decided to go with light LVP flooring that Thom installed. His work was immaculate and he paid so much attention to detail. The house has many curves and odd cuts and each was done perfectly. He even practically rebuilt the stairs to make the flooring look better (see images). In July, we had Metro floors out again for our new-to-us home. My wife worked with Shaun in the showroom to find cost-effective solutions to replace the pink 1984 carpet and linoleum that we had. He was very professional and had Francisco and his team out to work on the project within a week. From start to finish, Francisco's team completed the job in 3 days (see images) and the end result was wonderful. We have been very satisfied with Metro Floors and would use them again in the future!

I had ordered several carpet pads online from various sources. Frustrated with those, I tried local. The people here took the time and asked me what I was looking for. I suggested one option, but they went out of their way to show me that they could order it for me and it was a more expensive approach. They then proceeded to show me there were more affordable options in another direction. So friendly, helpful and affordable, I’d be surprised if I went anywhere else.
