I had a very positive experience with this family-owned, local company. Andrea was a pleasure to work with and I felt throughout the process that they were deeply invested in making sure the customer is happy with the result, nomatter how many twists and turns of decision-making that entails. The installers were also friendly and efficient. The finished product is slick and clean-looking (note: pics below show gorgeous solid surface counters; ignore the wacky wall colors, as both rooms are still in progress). Tile-setters from a contracted company also did a beautiful job of the tile backsplash. They accidentally scratched the countertops with the tiles, and McKenzie kindly sent some reps in to buff out the scratches for free, which I appreciated. The only thing to be aware of is that their showroom boasts a larger selection of countertops and stone than tile; they do have several major suppliers and access to samples, which they can order for you. But it's worth knowing that they seem to really specialize in stone and solid surface. If they have the tile you want, you couldn't pick a better company to work with.

Our experience replacing our kitchen countertops with McKenzie Stone & Tile was excellent throughout. They were very helpful and attentive during the sales process. With careful listening and thoughtful suggestions, we were able to land on a stone that addressed our criteria and concerns. The installation process was seamless (so to speak) and efficient. When I started my project I had no idea where to start and the project got bigger the more shopping around I did. When I went to McKenzie Stone and Tile I was already overwhelmed by some of my own decisions. Randy was my salesman and he made it all very easy and simple because they had all of the countertop and flooring materials I needed for my project. It was so nice to have it all planned by one company. I would call them the next time you have any project, complicated or simple. They will make your life so much more peaceful. I have used this company before and decided to use them as my contractor for a bathroom remodel. There was some miscommunication with the plumber and some small hiccups that come with a remodel. They redeemed themselves by sending Johnathan to do the tile work. He was beyond amazing and he has my highest recommendation. I am very pleased with the end product. Overall, I would give 4 stars to the process and 5 stars to Johnathan.

We highly recommend McKenzie Stone & Tile. Randy was great to work with and very knowledgeable when we were trying to decide which countertop to get. Brian measured for our countertops and they fit perfectly. Cele and Joel came in and installed the countertops and did an amazing job! Not only did they install, but gave us so much information on how to care for them. McKenzie Stone & Tile was always on time and let us know what to expect each step along the way. If you are considering new countertops definitely go to McKenzie Stone & Tile!

We had a great experience working with the McKenzie Stone and Tile team. They offered many demo pieces for us to take home to see in our space so that we would be comfortable with our selection and ensure it was the right piece for the space. When I was ready to order, our sales rep was able to meet our tight timeline and have the tile shipped and delivered to their store within a day; really going above and beyond! True professionals, our sales rep, the gentlemen who templated our quartz counter top, and the install team were all wonderful to work with. We will use them for future projects and would highly recommend McKenzie Stone and Tile to anyone.

We recently had a "semi-kitchen remodel" which included McKenzie Stone and Tile for new countertops and backsplash. From the start, Randy (retail sales manager) helped us with our decision; Ron (schedule supervisor) was patient while we waited for a new island and moved us up on the schedule due to a planned trip; and the installers worked quickly but professionally when everything came together. We did a kitchen remodel with new cabinets but wanted to save the quartz counter tops. Called 5 local outfits and they not only said no, they referred me to McKenzie stone and tile, They checked in a couple of days before scheduled just to make sure everything was going as planned. The two gentleman showed up on time. I laid out what we wanted and off to work they went. Cleaned up everything when they were finished and they were gone. After we had the cabinets installed they came back, installed our old counter tops nice and level. Found a couple of hiccups with the counter tops but they made it right. Great communication throughout the job and they did fantastic work. We were very happy they were able to do it without breaking the old counter tops. We would give them six stars if we could.

We were scheduled to have a delivery and installation of our new countertop on Thursday of last week. The top was loaded on the truck for the 1 1/2 hour trip when someone noticed that the size didn't look right and called me. It was wrong (these things happen sometimes) and McKenzie stone and tile rushed the top back into production and still got it delivered and installed on the promised day. They didn't make excuses or deflect responsibility on the problem-they apologized and did everything they could to make sure we were happy with what they did for us. Sometimes it's very difficult to find contractors and such when you act as your own contractor. Some can't be troubled to deal with small jobs. Not McKenzie, they were happy to serve my need for a small piece of granite for a hearth for my new gas heater. They promised to turn into job around in a week. I'll be back when I renovate my bathroom. Their no job to small attitude is the best!

I spent two months working with six various counter top companies getting estimates before I found McKenzie Stone and Tile. I walked into McKenzie Stone and Tile and was given amazing service with immediate answers and estimates. The entire process was amazing! The owner called me a lier. I droped of a template for a vanity top. I WAS told it would be ready in 2 weeks, I was amazed. The salesperson said "it's a small job, we can fit it in". I waited 3 weeks, gave them a call. The owner said my template was difficult and more expensive to do, That she tells all her staff it take at least 6 weeks to do, and I should take my order some place else. The Owner is rude, agressive and should not deal with the public and has no idea what her staff tells people. Horrible Place.
