Used Mauricio’s for our last couple of projects, one being on my home and I am more than happy with every single job they have done! From choosing the stone scheduling and installation everything is smooth and some of the best work I’ve seen! Will definitely keep using them for every stone job we need!

Awesome experience! They have a large selection of stone to choose from, and were always willing to provide guidance and answer questions. They even provided us with 2 large samples of the stone that we selected to help with the processes of choosing the right backsplash. Prices are reasonable too :)

Our experience with Mauricio’s Stonecraft was amazing. A generational family owned business that made the process from start to finish easy and reassuring. They have a great selection at their warehouse and with their expertise choosing a stone that fit our kitchen was a breeze. The installation was quick and smooth. When they came for measurements, the owner gave us the best option in his opinion on the placement of the stones to avoid having many seams. We had them install our sink which they reinforced with wood blocking. They also gave us an additional block for our counter. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This is by far the best remodeling experience my husband and I have EVER HAD! The guys that are on their crews were amazing! Abel made promises and kept them at every turn! He had his people in and out of our home in 9 days! We can't say enough good things about him and all of his subs! Please give them a try. It will be worth it!

Mauricio's StoneCraft provides exceptional customer service, an honest & affordable rate, and most importantly professional quality workmanship. Their skill level and attention to detail speaks for itself! They provided helpful advice on our selection and went above and beyond on the installation day-- getting the entire kitchen countertops, backsplash, dining area countertop, fireplace mantle, new trim, and a matching cutting board done in a single day... simply incredible! ******6 STAR worthy****** I was also beyond impressed with the responsive communication from Abel Jr and his dedication to making sure my wife and I were happy and completely satisfied with our kitchen countertop remodel. He prioritized our satisfaction above everything. This was the 4th company in the DFW that I consulted to re-do our kitchen and no one came close to the customer service (or price for that matter) I received from Mauricio's. They worked with our schedule and our budget, unlike the others companies I dealt with! Plus they treated us like family thru the whole process. If anyone is looking for a countertops contractor or company, STOP, and go check out Mauricio's StoneCraft before making a selection. 100% recommend!!

My wife and I picked Mauricio’s Stonecraft based off of the 5 star reviews. Boy did they live up to it. We replaced cultured marble with white quartz in the master and guest bath rooms. Ralph helped us pick out the counter tops and make plans. Angel and his crew did a great job with installation and clean up.

This is the best countertop place!!! I love my new quartz countertops. We visited this place after reading the exceptional reviews and I can tell you they are exceptional. Abel Jnr has the best customer service!!! We went on a bad weather day and Abel Jnr was exceptional at helping us. His Dad came the same day and took measurements and we had the quartz less than a week. The install crew was awesome!!! Angel and the team are very knowledgeable. They care on the quality of the work. Able Jnr usually follows up after several days. If something needs to be corrected, Abel will send a crew within a day or two. A very great company and team to work with! We are happy and feel fortunate to have used them. I highly recommend!!! Thank you Abel Jnr and team for the great work!!! We love our kitchen!!

I was super impressed with them and their work. Everyone is very friendly and my new counters look amazing. I will hire them again for any future needs. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbors and my sister. As you can see by the pictures my kitchen has a nice clean look, compared to the old Formica that was there for 34 years. I get compliments all the time on how great my kitchen looks. Job well done!!

Abel and the rest of his team did a great job on our new bathroom counter! We went by their store on a Sunday on a whim since they were the only place open and are so glad we did! They walked with us through their yard since we were looking to hopefully find a remnant that would fit our project for less cost than paying for a large slab. They ended up having the perfect piece and we gave them a deposit that day. We told them it might be a month or two before I had the cabinets installed and they said "No worries, just let us know when you're ready!" A couple months later I let them know we were set, they were out to measure within a day. A few days later they came and had the installation done in just over an hour. Unfortunately the walls in my bathroom are not perfectly square, so when they first installed the counter they aligned it to one side instead of the other. Nothing was wrong with it but it bothered me and I was hoping they might have a fix. After a day or two I called them and asked if it would be possible for them to come back and re-align it with the other side of the cabinets, so that it was aligned with the cabinet instead of the wall itself. They said sure and within a couple of days were able to come out and fix it in less than an hour! I will happily use Mauricio's again when it's time to redo my guest bathroom!

Details, details, details...these guys are good! Highly recommend. We live in Denton and have a regular 1700sq ft home with a small kitchen. We had 3 different estimates and MAURICIO'S was the best. One company said we have to get our own "TILE" and "PLUMBER" installer. Another company said we couldn't go to slab showroom without THEM present. With MAURICIO'S there was No stress, no issues. This family owned company will do EVERYTHING. Plumbing, painting, tile work...everything, including being on time, communicating and a good job cleaning up! I've seen them work, on what I call mansions, in ARGYLE, Texas and they treated us the same professional manner. They even sent a painter to paint the small chipped paint on the wall, which I told them they did not have to do, but they insisted. Here are some before and after.

I've dealt with Mauricio's Stonecraft for multiple projects. I haven't used their installation services yet but the quality of the countertops they provided for my GC to install were perfect. No rework needed at all. Mauricio's always has a large selection of new slabs and remnants on hand for any project and they are able to quickly finish them to meet my tight schedules. I absolutely recommend Mauricio's for any DIY or subcontracted work, they have been very easy to work with and responsive to my needs. I have not yet used their design and installation services but would expect the same level of quality and attention to detail.

Mauricios Stonecraft I had two partial bathrooms redone. In the master new quartz countertops, under mount sinks, new hardware, and even a new window sill ledge. In the guest bath had a quartz shower installed, quartz countertop and pony wall and under mount sink with hardware. It was nothing short of a Herculean effort to get quartz wall installed. Ralph Mauricio runs a great business and if you have a few hiccups in the project (when do you not) Ralph will stay with you until everything is resolved. I recommend and would use Mauricios Stonecraft again. Ralph has a great crew.

So I came across some granite countertops that I was able to save from the trash heap figuring I might be able to use it in my home. So I called the good folks at Mauricio’s and had them come to take a look at what I had and what I wanted. Next thing I know the granite was being loaded up on their truck and off it went to be fabricated. Few weeks later they called and told me to let them know when I was ready for installation. The day for install came, the crew arrived on time, were very skilled, polite, professional and thorough. Came across an unexpected issue and they came up with an innovative solution. Very happy that we called these fine folks, it was a job well done.

Ralph and Abel were amazing to work with for our bathroom remodel in Southlake. They were very knowledgeable and led us to the perfect counter top. Our vanity was exceptionally large but they even had stone that would accommodate our unique requirement. Also, when we had some adjustments needed after install they were out to see us within 24 hours and took care of us right away...these are high integrity guys. Lastly our Vanity looks amazing the stone is absolutely beautiful.

Great local, family owned business. They replaced the builder grade countertops in our kitchen and guest bath. The fabrication was completed ahead of schedule and they called to set up the install time. The work was completed in one day and was outstanding. Additionally they went above and beyond to protect our home during the install and removal. Took care of the plumbing and hauled off the old countertops. A question about the invoice was handled quickly and professionally. We will return to them if we need more work done. Pricing was absolutely fair.

Mauricio's Stonecraft deserves nothing less than 5 stars! We had our countertops changed out in our new build by Mauricio's. The entire team at the showroom and the team who performed the work were so nice, respectful and professional. Abel, Ralph and Abel Jr. were constantly providing updates from the moment we placed our order up until the gentlemen left our house from the install. My wife and I were redoing our fireplace and could not find anyone who could cut and polish the slab we bought for our hearth. Everyone we called were not only booked out but was also charging an arm and a leg just to cut our piece. Once I found Mauricio's everything changed. They returned my call within minutes, gave me a great and reasonable quote to cut and polish the slab and they were willing to do it the next day! They did a great job on the finished cut and polish! They were easy to work with as well! I told them I could bring the slab by on a Monday but my help fell through and they were very kind on allowing me to come by the day after at any time. They are a triple threat company, competitively priced, quality work, and great customer service! I would highly recommend them if you are doing any kind of stone work for sure!

Everyone at Mauricio's Stone was a pleasure to deal with starting with Juan & Ralph at the showroom exactly one week ago (10/12) to pick out the granite for my island countertop....to the owner himself, Abel, coming to my house an hour & a half later that day to measure...to Abel & his son, Abel Jr. coming out this evening to install the granite countertop. Their prices blew every other place I looked at out of the water. A bigger granite place in Arlington quoted me a price almost 3 times as much for a very similar colored piece of granite. Juan went outside and helped me while I looked thru all the remnant pieces they had and told me the total price installed on different pieces I liked. Then I saw a piece of granite I really liked that had a lot of veins of browns, grays & whites that would match my backsplash colors nicely in my kitchen. It looked a lot more expensive than the others...Juan said it is a higher level of granite, but he would still do the same $550 total installed price as the other more bland ones I looked at a size of 60" x 27". He even said he would do the same price when I wanted to increase the countertop size to 60" x 34". After deciding I definitely wanted this granite remnant, I went back in to the office and Juan was on the phone...so Ralph wrote up my order and and asked what day/time works best for me for someone to come measure? I told him any afternoon. When I got home, Ralph called and said the owner, Abel, will be at my house in about 30 minutes to measure. Abel Mauricio showed up at my house with a big, friendly smile. After measuring my kitchen island for the 60" x 34" countertop...I asked Abel how many inches the granite countertop could hang over without support? He said 11 inches. I asked if he could make my granite countertop 60" x 37"? He said sure...then he suggested making it 64" x 37" for the same price of $550 which I was shocked & happy to hear since he was giving me even more granite for an already awesome price. Abel asked for a $200 deposit and said they will get the granite cut and probably install it sometime next week. Today, 9/21, Ralph called and said they can install my countertop tomorrow morning which I was excited to hear. Ralph called back a couple hours later and said they can actually be there in 30-45 minutes today if I want. Abel and his son, Abel Jr., pulled up a few hours ago with my granite countertop. They first came into my kitchen and pulled off my existing Silestone countertop and carried it to my garage and put it behind some shelves because I wanted to save it. They installed my countertop. And, Abel Jr. caulked underneath the whole countertop and then sealed it. He even went out on my back porch and caulked around an electrical outlet for me when I asked. I couldn't be happier for how my granite island countertop turned out. The attached pictures really don't do it justice in how the different colored veins in the granite really make my kitchen "pop" in the center of the surrounding brown Silestone countertops. As a bonus, Abel took my small chair-side table with him and is putting a granite top on it for me for free just because he is a humble, nice guy who cares about his customers and their happiness! I highly recommend Abel and his friendly crew at his family-owned business in Fort Worth. They were all very friendly, honest to deal with and had upfront total pricing...no hidden install charges like several other places. And, Mauricio's Stonecraft has the best prices in the DFW metroplex! Thank you Abel for such great service!!!!!!!!!

We live in a smaller older home so space is limited in the kitchen and we were replacing granite counter tops installed by another company years ago. We visited the showroom where Ralph took time and helped us pick out the perfect color, Able was able to measure and quote that afternoon, and assured us that he could eliminate a seam the prior company was required. We now we have a beautiful kitchen in seamless Iceberg White. The installation crew was prompt, had a keen eye for detail and cleaned up after all their work. Finally, the quote was exact and we are more than pleased.

We recently renovated a fairly large home in Colleyville, Texas (5,000 sf). We contracted with Mauricio's Stonecraft for the extensive amount of work, i including granite and marble countertops in the kitchen, butlers pantry, laundry room, and built in desks, etc. They were fantastic to work with! They helped us select the right materials, worked with us on the timing of installations, and most of all delivered a great final product. We could not be any happier with the outcome. Abel and crew are craftsmen, and working with Ralph to schedule and process the job was a pleasure. Without hesitation we recommend them.

I had a new sink, faucets, and garbage disposal placed. Due to the new sink being square they had to cut my granite from round to square. The gentleman were nice and did a great job. They made sure everything was just as I wanted before the job was completed.

We used Mauricio's Stonecraft for our new kitchen counters and I am thrilled with the results! The entire team was always very responsive, the price was very fair, I loved that I could go in person to look at the exact stone that would be installed (lots of options!) The team installed quickly and efficiently. I appreciated that they made sure to work me into the schedule quickly because I have children - they knew not having a kitchen is hard!! I highly recommend Mauricio's for your next project!

Mauricio's Stonecraft installed new counters in our kitchen remodel and did a fantastic job. Everything flowed very smoothly From the initial quote to completion. The guys are very professional and articulate in every detail of their work. The price was much lower than other quotes we received and the most important thing is "they showed up." They did not give us a line over the phone like other companies, they came out right away and gave us a great quote we couldn't refuse. They stayed open a little longer in the afternoon so we could pick out our counters and have them installed in the following week! They even helped us select a good color that would compliment our brand new maple cabinets. Everything was very accommodating for us throughout the experience. Great customer service and great prices! I would recommend these guys any day of the week! Family owned and operated too which is a huge plus in today's day and age.

From the first meeting with Abel, I knew we were going to use his company, Mauricio's Stonecraft, to install our new countertops. He was timely and professional. After meeting the staff, (Juan & Ralph) our decision was confirmed. They too were knowledgeable and professional. The finished product IS SUPERIOR. The countertops look BEAUTIFUL!!! The crew was timely and considerate. They were careful and precise. The installation took a while and they did not rush. Extra time and care was paid to complicated cuts and angles. Abel, the owner, arrived at the job site to insure things were being done correctly. They were. Once completed, they cleaned their work area and ask us to inspect. OUTSTANDING JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mauricio's Stonecraft!!!!!!

Took a broken stone table insert to find a replacement stone. Took a few more leg that I (my wife) had intended. Overall, midly happy. Little unhappy with the height of it since stone doesn't sit flush on table top. For all the effort, the price, which I will not disclose, I would recommend this company. Maiden voyages to find a good, solid business to rely on are scary.

I've waited several months to write this review. I've put a lot of thought into but essentially I feel I have to be honest. My experience with Mauricio's started out great in August 2020. They were very easy to work with regarding the quote. I probably got half a dozen calls from them between when my quote was given and when we signed for them to start work. Lots of follow up, negotiable on the price, etc etc. We hired them to remove and replace our granite counters with quartz in September 2020. They removed our existing backsplash and replaced it too. We were working around the timing of having our cabinets painted which I told them from the beginning. They were unable to get their tile guy out right when their counters were ready so we made separate appointments. The gentlemen who came to remove the granite & install the quartz were very polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves well. However, when they took out the section where the cooktop went, they offered to make me a cutting board and to bring it back when tile was done. I thought that was so kind and very much appreciated their offer. Fast forward to the next week when the tile guy came. He did not clean up after himself and was in and out in just a few hours. Initially we were impressed that he was so fast but then after he left we realized, he had gotten grout on the walls and some other places that required us to clean up. I didn't appreciate that but given how well the other work was, that was fine. Then I noticed he never brought the cutting board they offered. No big deal, let it go as it wasn't part of our "deal" and I thought maybe they'd call me later about it. Never happened. Then a week after the tile guy left, we noticed that the grout was cracking along the seams where the counters joined the backsplash. A lot. To the point where it was crumbling onto the counters. I called them to ask if he could come back to repair. At first they asked me what we had done to cause it. I advised that we had done nothing. Then he blamed it on "foundation issues" which I advised were also not the case and wouldn't occur in a week. Then he said he'd talk to his tile guy and get back to me. No contact for a few weeks, then he texted me to tell me the tile guy was still so busy and they'd be in touch. Then nothing. Never heard from them again. Since his last contact on 9/25, we've sold the house and moved to another. That's how much time has passed since I've heard from them. So if you don't need tile work, and you don't need follow up - this company would be ok. But from our perspective, once we made the last half of the payment, they'd moved onto other people. What started out great, ended up as a disappointment for $8,000. *****Dec 18 update ***** I believe in always being fair and wanted to update this to add that I received a call from Mauricio's to apologize for not getting back to me and to offer to go out and fix it. I did advise that we've sold the house so it's a moot point for us now. He did again apologize and advise that the tile guy they were using, they no longer use. Doesn't help my situation but might impact future potential customers so I wanted to add it.
