Master Granite installed our new counter tops for our island and small cabinet. I am totally pleased with my new granite. This is the 3rd job that they have done for us. Our first was the marble on the counters and the 2nd was out vanity in the master bath room. Each time it was a seamless process from start to finish. The staff in the show room, all the way up to Tony were so helpful in helping us pick out what we wanted, in the price range that we wanted. The installers were always there in the time frame we were given and always very professional. Thank you Master Granite❣️🥰

We had a very positive experience with Pamela and Tony from Master Granite. Additionally the installers were very good too. We had our kitchen and one bathroom done. UNFORTUNATELY, we had additional issues in August with the granite, which dragged out to December 2017, which never was resolved. Pamela left the business, and Tony was not only unworkable, but rude and refusing to fix the problem. I ended up having a 2nd granite company to come in and complete (and paid for) the work in my kitchen when Master Granite would not. So in closing, unfortunately, I can not recommend this company for their customer service, and lack there of, nor will I be using them in the future.

Great experience overall! The selection was beautiful - we had many we wanted to choose from. They were very quick to get our counters scheduled and installed which means a lot during a kitchen renovation. The prices were very reasonable and they absolutely tried to help us by customizing our plan to meet our goals. In hindsight, I would have asked to see a layout of where each piece would be placed and considered our options but overall, I would recommend Tony and Master Granite for your needs!

We’ve been using master granite for years in our homes. 2 kitchen remodels and 4 bathroom remodels, 1 outdoor kitchen. Work is always timely and quick turnaround. Competitive pricing. Let me begin by saying that the stone selection at Master Granite is truly impressive. My partner and I visited 5 other local Granite Suppliers and none could match Master Granite in appearance or price. We chose a particular Granite (pictured below) for its beautiful veins, and Tony, the owner, worked hard with us stay within our budget. The installers did an excellent job, as the images clearly show. I am thrilled to be moving into my new home. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Master Granite team without hesitation. You won't regret choosing them!

Wonderfully pleased with quality, pricing, install and 2cm Caesarstone for our 2 bath, kitchen, highbar, and island, plus hutch and built in hamper installs….Tracy and Tony worked with our cabinet install schedule over a 7-8 month process. Highly recommend!

My kitchen remodel has taken place in stages…first the painting of the cabinets…next the floors…and finally granite counter top. The challenge was to make this look like a seamless process. Tracy was very professional and helpful during my first visit. Leon and the young gentleman that installed my counters were professional as well. They came out to measure after I put a deposit down. They called back a few days later, asking me to take a pic from the wall to one of my corbels to measure, I guess they forgot to measure. I suggested they come back and not trust my measurement. However, I emailed the pic with the measurement. Received a call and email from Sandra mentioning they will arriving around 10:30am on 12/30. I followed up with an email and I did not receive a reply. I took the "no reply" as a confirmation as some people in Tallahassee do (boggling). Called them on 12/30 several times because they were almost 2 hours late. Tony Bianco calls to find out why I'm upset and tries to over talk me. I asked for a discount because of the tardiness and I was denied. Then he calls me crazy (were both yelling at one another) and I mentioned I will write a review because of his lack of professionalism. As I mentioned to him and Sandra, if my email follow-up expecting them to arrive at my home around 10:30am was inaccurate, they should've corrected me. That would've cleared up everything. Lack of customer service. I won't do business with them again.

This company totally screwed up my kitchen job. The held up the job 5 weeks and installed the wrong product. They also refused to even come look at the job. They also used a bait and switch tactic by quoting a low price and doubling the price and also using an inferior product instead of using what was ordered. The owner was involved and refused to look at the installation and denied his responsibility
