The contractor “General”, Gesse, was available 24/7 and checked in with us every day. Everything they committed to they got done and generally exceeded our expectations. It all starts at the top with the CEO who should write a book on how to run a home improvement business and taking care of customers. We 100% recommend Master Homes and Maruo for any needs you may have! In the process of building our new home we felt uncomfortable with the sub-contractor that our builder used for the countertops throughout the house. We had remembered that while browsing for countertop ideas we had stopped into Master Homes and how impressed that we were with their knowledge and friendliness in our search. We were very impressed with how quick Master Homes was able to set up a demo time and Install. They showed a great attention to the details of the job . Everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them. We are so pleased with the quartz countertops. Morrow the owner took the time to explain how to care for the quartz after they were finished! I appreciated that.
