My husband and I used Marblus in our recent remodel for all of the countertops in our home. I can’t say enough good things about the experience and the final result was absolutely stunning. Lucia guided us through selecting quartzite slabs for our kitchen to match the cabinets we had selected, ensuring that they were of high quality and that the pattern in the slabs would align when the different pieces were installed. Our contractor absolutely loved the result and asked us for the name of who had crafted the island because he had another client who was interested. Lucia was equally adept at looking at our small tile and cabinet samples for our bathrooms and laundry room and choosing countertop material that complemented them. I have to say my favorite of these was the laundry room. The purply gray light veining in the countertop looked perfect with the gray cabinets we had selected. Not only was the up front process done very professionally, but the measurement, fabrication, and installation exceeded my expectations. Leo measured all of the countertop areas and made suggestions on backsplash heights and guided us through the process. We placed ourselves in his hands, and we were glad we did. His experienced eye really did make the final result shine. Rafael installed all of the countertops, as well as our kitchen island, which was quite large. He did onsite adjustments to the slabs for the waterfall island to make sure that they were level and aligned perfectly. Our experience with Marblus was wonderful. This is a business that cares about craftsmanship and getting it right. They are professionals who get the job done, and our countertops are works of art.

Lucia and her Marblus granite company have been nothing short of amazing from the get-go. She was extremely responsive to our questions and inquiries, and is proud of her company’s abilities and performance. Her manufacturing and production warehouse uses state of the art equipment, and she has been very supportive and protective of her long-term employees. She allowed us to arrange for a custom designed kitchen with a specific stain for the cabinets and we allowed her team to do the fabrication of our selected countertop quartzite slabs. They even handled the transportation of the slabs from the slab sales place to their warehouse. The attention to detail and quality of the cabinetry from start to finish has been really impressive and even the backsplash tile work has been meticulous. Lucia’s bid and final price was definitely reasonable compared to other bids we had received. The full production time and installation was much quicker than we would have expected. Lucia operates a top-notch business here in the bay area! Thank you so much, Lucia and staff/team!!!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Fabi/Marblus and the employees. I saw their reviews online and gave them a call and the reviews are correct! Fabi was AMAZING to work with. She helped direct me to a quartz that fit in my budget and helped guide me in the design. She was EXTREMELY communicative, professional, kept things moving quickly, explained things throughly (like how does the undermount sink work with installation, how does the vein patterning match etc) and was patient and kind. Leo, Michael and the the template/install team were very professional and patient, worked with me on a several veining matches and even came back to drill the faucet holes when I couldn't make up my mind at the time of the install. I noticed a few suction marks the next day in the daylight and Fabi sent out their cleaner. He took care of the issues and was very helpful in explaining how to care for white quartz. I'm very happy with Fabi and the Marblus team and would absolutely use them for future projects. Once we have the overall painting complete, I'm going to LOVE my kitchen refresh! Working with everyone at Marblus was such a great experience from start to finish. First working with Lucia, whom outlined the process and proved a quote and timeline. Next, Leo, whom not only did the digital template, he stopped by twice more times to verify the difficult sink pattern was going to be done right. And last, shout out to Michael and the installation team, seeing that the job was 100% done right, perfect seams. Incredible work by all, overwhelmed by the results. I was amazed that they were able fully utilize the single Blue Roma Quartzite slab we got (from IRG) for all counters and edges.

We needed someone to fabricate and install a large island and counters from 2 large slabs of quartzite for our new home build. The stone store gave us a few references for this work. We got 3 bids for the job. Marblus was not the lowest price. But we selected them because we had so much confidence in them based on the questions asked and answering ours. Every step from start to completion was with fantastic communications and a goal to make us 100% satisfied. And that’s exactly the result in the end. Best decision ever!! Fabi Palacios and the team at Marblus Granite and Tile did an amazing job designing, fabricating, and installing our quartzite countertops in our kitchen remodel! They provided several design options utilizing the natural patterns in the stone slabs we selected, digitizing the stone and laying out our countertops so we could see a visualization of the final patterns and how they intersect in the corner of the kitchen and around the sink and stove areas. See attached screenshots. When it came time to install, Rafael and the crew took great pains to do a precise job cutting the openings for the sinks, stovetop, and faucets. We are thrilled with how our kitchen and bar countertops look and highly recommend Marblus for stone counter fabrication and installation.

We had our kitchen remodeled recently with the tile, backsplash and the countertop installed by Marblus Granite and Tile, Inc. The attention to detail and the quality of the installation was excellent. In addition, Lucia also has a great eye for design and helped us come up with a tile, backsplash and countertop combination that worked superbly with our refinished cherry wood cabinets. Lucia also meticulously respected our budget limitations and helped us select some beautiful natural quartzite for our countertops while remaining in budget. Stone suppliers around the area love working with her and it was great to see the mutual respect when they met to discuss our project. Lucia is also very responsive and a great communicator. I can't recommend Marblus Granite and Tile highly enough! Leo and Lucia are a pleasure to work with -- they clearly communicate project details, stick to the schedule, and respond very quickly to any questions or concerns. Even though I imagine our projects (1 full bathroom, 1 half bath, and our garage) were relatively small for them, I always felt as if our job was their top priority and they wanted everything to turn out perfectly -- which it did! After doing my research, it became abundently clear that Marblus was better suited for the fabrication of quartzite countertops, and that's why I chose to go with them. We have recently decided to remodel our bathroom. We did do the diligence in looking up contractor's information in terms of proper insurance, BBB's complaints, currently licensed with the State of CA, etc. We did have a few quotes from a few reputable contractors for the project. We finally decided on Marblus Granite & Tile. Lucia, the owner, came by on a Saturday to meet with us. Her staff did all the measurements, drawings, took notes of what we envisioned for the to be bathroom. We quickly received the quote the following Monday. We were then recommended for a supplier to get all our bathroom fixtures and a name at the establishment so we can reach out directly to the salesperson. We ran into a few hiccups with the fixtures supplier but Lucia kept in touch with us the entire time. When it was time for the demolition and installation, Leo, the project manager, met with us and discussed again regarding our concerns and our wants for the bathroom (if changed from the discussion with Lucia). The day of the demolition, the crew carefully protected the walkway, cabinets, and the work area. There were a team going through the demolition and of course different specialty team for each phase of the project, i.e., slab install, plumbing, etc. Each group was professional and ready to answer our questions along the way. Leo kept popping in to check on the team and us. Leo was very easily accessible via texts and phone calls. Leo listened to our concerns and addressed them immediately with his team. We know how stressful the remodeling project can be since we just finished one; but with Leo and his team, I honestly can say I could sleep at night while the project is going full speed each day. Knowing how fearful we are of water damage, Leo and his team took extra steps and precautions to proof our bathroom. When we came across a potential issue, Leo would step in to mitigate the problem. Leo and his team were exceptional in delivering the quality workmanship. We could not be any happier with the final results of our bathroom. Our new bathroom far exceeded our imagination. From my first contact with Lucia (owner) to the end of the project I can't think of enough good comments about the work done on our new house. We are doing a complete remodel which included two bathrooms and kitchen. I called Lucia on a Friday and she met me the next day on Saturday to help pick out the slabs at the stone warehouse. We used Brazilian Quartzite in the kitchen and Porcelain in the two bathrooms. The workmanship by Leo and crew was exceptional. Lucia worked very closely with me to pick out the exact layout of the slabs for the 8'x4' island, counter tops, backsplash and shower stalls. With the help of current technology I was able to see the exact layout of the stone work and make modifications before installation. A major remodel can be very stressful because of all the myriad choices that have to be made. Sometimes you can change your mind and worry it might be too late to make a correction. This was never an issue due to the timely responses and access I had to Lucia through out this process. Everything Marblus worked on came out beautifully!

I was introduced to Lucia / Marblus by one of the shops I visited while buying my countertop quartz for kitchen remodeling. From the first time I contacted Lucia to the day that my countertops were installed, Lucia had been very consistent in her responsiveness, knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to solve problems that came up during the template and install process. For example, when it became apparent that the slabs that I bought were insufficient for my project, she quickly offered to help contact the shop that I bought from to see if they had another sequential slab from the same batch, and also offered to help me negotiate the same discounted price that I got my original slabs for. Also, when my install date was slipping to due a variety of reasons beyond our control, Lucia still managed to squeeze me in and have my countertops installed before New Year's Eve. The end product looks very well done, expertly cut and installed, with all the patterns lining up nicely. I'm super glad I contacted Lucia and Marblus, and look forward to working with her when I need to remodel my bathrooms.

Marblus does it again!! Lucia, Leo and team continue to amaze us! We were so happy with how our kitchen remodel and guest bathroom remodels turned out, we decided to also remodel our master bath. It is simply breathtaking...we removed an old jacuzzi tub, outdated steps that were difficult to get in and out of, and upgraded to a gorgeous walk in shower with a pony wall, pebble floor and alcove. The end result is so beautiful and beyond my expectations. If I could give them 100 stars I would and I recommend them to all my friends!!

I will preface my review of Lucia and Marblus. We are hard to work with. My wife would say that I am the challenging one. I have super high expectations of folks doing work on our house. This is the place where I am raising my family and I want it to be perfect. We have high standards and there are few folks that we have worked with historically that have risen to the standard of me writing a positive review or recommending them to friends and family. We also vetted through several different fabricators before selecting Marblus. Lucia and her team earned our respect and trust. Our overall remodel was quite extensive and Marblus is the only service provider that I have written a recommendation about. From the beginning of the project, Lucia was attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Having someone communicate with us on a regular basis was so important to building trust. Lucia was great at reaching out and keeping us informed at every stage of the project. Mablus did the fabrication work for our kitchen, which included quartzite countertops and full quartzite backsplashes. Our island was a single quartzite slab and was over 12 feet long. The team also did the fabrication work for our laundry room, fireplace, and bar area. Everything turned out so beautifully. I would highly recommend Marblus. We'll be working with Lucia again in the future.

Working with Lucia and her installation crews was the most professional and well executed piece of our whole remodel! The quartzite slab installation, porcelain slab install and all the tile work is beautiful. Lucia did a great job from start to finish- very fast and responsive from bid to completion. I needed to replace my natural stone kitchen countertops, and I wanted to fit the installation process into a narrow window right before Christmas. Marblus was very good about discussing and setting realistic expectations about the schedule and details of the installation process that would impact the timeline, scope, materials required, and budget for the project. They were great about cleaning up after demolition of my original countertops, as well as doing a deep clean after installation of the new countertops. They were also very thorough and careful during the installation process in order to avoid damage to any of the cabinets or appliances. Importantly, they were also very responsive to my questions, available to talk on the phone or respond to text messages, and made everything very easy. I plan to use Marblus again when i am ready to renovate my bathroom, and I would recommend them to anyone planning to install or replace stone or tile in their home or business.

I cannot recommend Marblus enough! I struggled to find someone who carried, cut, and installed Sapienstone porcelain. I called Lucia to inquire and received a detailed quote within one day. Her pricing was the best! I worked with a lot of people during our remodel and Lucia was one of the few who really really cared about the customer experience. Phone calls or texts you will hear back from her same day, most times even within the hour! She met with me in person to go over porcelain brands, the process of installing porcelain, took me to the shop that carried the slabs and although I was pretty set on what I wanted she walked through the entire shop with me to ensure I was confident with my choice, after her staff templated she had me come into the shop to go over her thoughts on how she was planning to cut the porcelain to ensure I would be happy with the outcome. We had set a date to install (within a week or two of first meeting) when I learned that my cabinets were damaged and we could not install porcelain for atleast another 4 weeks. She was so kind and understanding, checking in on me throughout that time, ensuring me that everything would be okay. She quickly set a date for install once we were ready and her staff were so professional, answered any questions, and did beautiful work. Lucia called me right after the install to ensure I was happy. Lucia really sees her customers as people and not dollar signs. You will not be disappointed if you work with Marblus. Lucia and the Marblus team were recommended to me by a close friend who works in a related field so right away that speaks volumes. The job at hand was a big one, the gutting & remodeling of the entire downstairs of my house: the kitchen, a half bathroom, the living room, the dining room, and the stairway leading upstairs. As the design team, Lucia and Buffy were very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me in all aspects of the design from the new custom kitchen and bathroom cabinet layouts to the lighting design and wall colors. Schematic drawings were provided to help visualize it all. Once the job was underway Leo was the foreman in charge controlling the secure access to my house and the scheduling of the different tradesmen so that the various jobs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc) were timed efficiently and completed in proper order. I found all of the workers to be highly competent in their areas of expertise, very professional, and genuinely good people who cared about what they were doing. I was told by Marblus that it would take about a month to complete the entire project and that is what it took. Various workers would come by under Leo's supervision between 8am and 4pm and sometimes even for a few hours on a Saturday when required. The level of quality and the fit an finish of the cabinets, countertops & back splash, shelves, new fireplace mantel, flooring and base boards... everything was amazing. Some items not discussed or that had changed from the original job quote were simply just taken care of without much fuss or any add on changes. These included a change in fireplace mantel design, installing new door knobs and hinges on all doors, painting the front door, installing a new door bell which requiring wall patching, and adding in-wall surround sound speaker wire. The communication from Lucia and Leo occurred on a daily basis through text messages, e-mail, or phone calls. Lucia would always give me a call every day or 2 at the end of the day to make sure I was happy. She is a perfectionist and relentlessly monitored the quality of all aspects of the job. During the last week and a half of the job I was out of town and they worked a few extra hours to make sure that when I arrived home and walked in the door everything was cleaned up and completed... these people really do care. I was asked to do a final inspection at that point and came up with a very short list of a few minor things, the quality of the work was that good. Within the same week my list was simply taken care of, again, without any fuss. Wow. The entire Marblus team was a pleasure to work with and to interact with. There were no horror stories here, just an enjoyable process with good knowledgable and capable people. Marblus will be back to complete my upstairs renovations in the near future as well for sure.

Lucia was really helpful in getting our countertops and island ready and installed. I had an issue where our contractor didn't fully explain the lengths of countertop overhang possible for our island. We wanted to extend the amount of overhang to which they said was not possible without a post. While talking to Lucia she was able to point me in the correct direction as well as walk me through what I needed to do to have support within the cabinets so there would not be any posts. Anytime I had a question I was able to contact her and I can't explain how much that helped even though it wasn't her job. It's been about a month since the countertops were installed and I can say with confidence that I have not had any issues and I can tell that the they were installed and handled very well. Kitchen countertops & backsplash: We checked out Marblus looking for countertops for our kitchen. They had a great selection to look through. Lucia was so helpful and unbelievably patient. I think we went back and forth with samples a few times and not once did we feel pressured. She gave us great suggestions and things to think about which ultimately helped us get such a great looking kitchen in the end. We purchased our countertops and backsplash through them and they also did all the work. The workmanship and professionalism of this crew were really impressive. Especially during COVID. From the beginning to the end, Marblus is a 5 star company! I had met with Lucia to discuss a few projects we had scheduled for remodel in our local Porcelanosa showroom here in San Jose. Lucia was not only very attentive to our look and feel of the showroom but also offered many ideas in the design process to achieve our concept. Once the planning was complete and design was finalized we were ready for the next stage and that's where Leo and his crew come into play! This team picked up our Xtone porcelain slab material (14 slabs) and got to work! They began with coming in and floating the floor in order to achieve the perfect level conditions needed to install long plank 12mm slabs which they had to pre-cut in their shop to achieve the design we wanted due to the 45 degree mitered cuts to create the perfect floor design. They began setting the tile slabs on the floor working clean and very precise, within just two days the flooring had been completed and ready for grout. Once the floor was completed they began working their magic on wall cladding of full slabs and our kitchen counter tops within the vignettes. We recently sold our home, and needed to buy a new range to leave for the new owners. Even though the old range measured the same (30") as the new one, the new range would not fit into the hole. The quartz countertops on both sides of the hold were not straight! We needed someone to come out and cut the quartz countertop on both sides (in place) to make it wider at the back. I called around for more than a week to find someone who could do this and no one was interested. One of them recommended I try Marblus and I got in touch with Lucia, who is so nice to deal with on the phone! From our first contact I was positive she would be able to solve this problem for us, and she did. Her crew of two came this morning and did the work, and hubby and I are SO pleased. The guys were great to work with and let us make all the decisions after explaining what they would do. They protected everything well before starting, and cleaned up completely when done. The price was reasonable and I can't say enough good things about Marblus and their work. So happy now, and we plan to use Lucia and her crew for the work that needs doing at our new place. We were referred to Marblus by the place we purchased our countertops from. It couldn't have been a better referral! Lucia returned my email within minutes and after a few back and forth emails, had an estimate for us. We compared estimates from a few other companies and theirs was substantially lower. She arranged to have Leo come that day to do our templates. We had some issues with our slab (it was too small for our project) from the company we purchased it from and Lucia stopped at nothing to correct the problem so we could have the perfect fabrication. Despite the issues, our countertops were installed within a week! Lucia was available by text and phone to answer all of my questions and returned them very promptly and professionally. Installation of the countertops went smoothly by Leo and his team. Everyone was so professional and polite. They showed up in N95 masks which was really important to us as the COVID epidemic is happening. They cleaned up thoroughly and left everything as they had found it.
