Marble works is a great company. From the moment we entered the showroom, we were greeted by Christopher who was very helpful to us during the selection of color and finish for our kitchen countertop. He knew exactly what we were looking for. He was very responsive on all the queries we had and there were no delays or surprises on installation day. From the template measuring to the installation, the staff that came to our house were very polite, professional, and extremely helpful. We are so glad that we selected Marble Works for our kitchen project.

Sezen is very knowledgeable and took the time to help me out to pick out a stone for the countertops, plus great communication through emails. Got a very affordable upfront quote with no surprises. Templating and installation workers were very prompt and did fantastic work. Marble Works is as professional as it gets, highly recommended!!

After my normal cabinet people dropped the ball on granite, I stopped by Marble Works to see what they had. Very happy I did. They had a beautiful piece on the property which I chose. They came to template at the exact time they said, and they installed on the exact time and day they said. Install team was courteous and professional. They did a very nice job. They had great communication, always answering my emails very quickly. I had no problems at all and would recommend/use these guys again in a heartbeat. Pic below is right after installation.

We just had a wonderful experience with Marble Works. We worked with Chris who gave us outstanding service. We picked a slab from a wholesaler and Marble Works cut and installed the counter tops. The installation went as perfect as one could expect. A problem with the dishwasher was quickly addressed and the resolution was more than satisfactory. Their installation crew was great to work with and explained everything they did. And they were sure we were satisfied. Most important they gave us an estimate and stuck to it. There were no extra charges. I highly recommend Marble Works and Chris.

I have to say my experience with Marble Works was all around great! From the design portion in shop with Christopher to the install with Evan and the team was very efficient. Christopher took the time to show me different options of countertops and edges and answered all my questions quickly. I ordered my quartz after the measurements were finished and it came in exactly 7 days. The day of the install they came in and quickly started the install. The counters were in the kitchen and finished in under an hour! I am completely happy with everything from start to finish! Thank you team!

The crew was nothing but the best to work with when ordering my new quartz kitchen countertops. The countertops are absolutely beautiful, too. The price is great, too. Even though they are in Yonkers, they were always on time for my Manhattan appointments. Highly recommend MarbleWorks.

We were personally treated very well and our requests handled in the "sales" process.. The actual coutertop is and looks very good, The person who measured, installers and "filed personnel" were very knowlegeable, helpful and professional. They did a good job and the coouter was cut well and fits perfectly. Why the LOW rating? Because they "nickel and dimed" us (after being the high bid to begin with). --- For example, after being told it was included AND confirmed via telaphone the night before, the disposal of the old counter it was an extra $175 - negotiated down to $125. (I admit that I trusted their word and did not get it in writing) Since Granite counters are (really) a commodity, there is NO reason to reward such shabby practices.

Be forewarned!! This business is the worst! Upon installation of my absolute black leathered granite countertop, the technicians actually scratched the finish during transport. They proceeded to rub the scratches with sandpaper and then seal. As a result, the finish was uneven and showed the rubbings. They came back and proceeded to cover the entire countertop with abrasive cleanser and again rubbed with sandpaper. Needless to say, there is no more leather finish on the top-- it is dull and lifeless -- and the rub marks are still obvious. The attached photos speak for themselves. This review does not require a response since your mantra of "granite is a natural stone and has cracks and veins, etc., etc." is your answer to any and every complaint.

Great workmanship, friendly staff and creative design solutions! We had them redo two bathrooms and our kitchen (including a new island), and it turned out to be fantastic!
