I very rarely will review a company but after my experience with Marble Palace I just had to. From the moment we stepped through the front door they were more then happy to help us figure out what we needed and when they finally delivered and placed our new countertop I was blown away with the work they did. Unless you look really close you cant tell that's 3 separate slabs. They were very precise in their measurements, they not only measured twice, im pretty sure they measured another 3 or 4 times just to be absolutely sure. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and I can't recommend them enough if you need a new countertop.

Marble Palace (Stockton) recently completed a remodel in my kitchen. This included demolishing a bi-level island, making it a larger flat surface, replacing countertops and backsplash. Brian McGuire Construction (Valley Springs) handled the demolition and rebuilding—another first class company. The Marble Palace staff were professional from the start, and very reasonably priced. They fabricated the quartzite I chose at Bedrosians in Modesto—shoutout to Elizabeth for her expert knowledge and service for that part of the project. Sean (Marble Palace) supervised the project, Hector did the precise measurements, and Sal and Miguel completed the installation of the quartzite with absolute precision and quality. Brian McGuire and team then installed four new appliances. The result is superb and really beautiful. I highly recommend this team combination for your future project.

Leo and justin installed the granite vanity counters in both my bathrooms and these guys were top notch. Very friendly, very respectful, courteous, and treated my place like it was there own. Very disappointed in the final product, and pretty much every step in the process. We needed a countertop for our island only. We went through home Depot, who had a $1500 minimum. They use marble palace as their vendor. Our countertop and installation only brought us to $1000, so they added 2 $250 hidden support braces to bring us up to $1500, and provide us with something valuable as well. Well, come to find out pretty late in the process, the company actually doesn't know how to install these metal braces. I was shocked that a counter installer wouldn't know how to install a very basic support brace. Their solution was that they would install the plywood, and then purchase us $40 metal braces (remember we paid $500 for them, and now my husband has to do the labor). So he does, and they install the counter, well you can still see the plywood underneath! I thought they would carve out the granite to lay over the plywood, but nope, it just went straight on top. So now there is 3/4" plywood that you can see all around. I've never seen anything like this. I don't understand how they thought this was a perfectly okay final product. I would never ever ever recommend marble palace to anyone. They don't know how to do basic supports, and the final product is just not good. With no solution on how we're supposed to hide the plywood. I've never seen it before, so there's no solution online for what to do. In the photo, we still need to finish the back of the cabinets, but it's to show the visible plywood under the counter.

We are so impressed with this company. They called after we made our order with Home Depot to explain the process. Once the cabinets were installed they came out and did the counter template and today they showed up at 8:15 am and got right to work. Sal And Miguel were friendly and got right to work and finished it just under two hours. The did a beautiful job.We are so pleased with the results. Now we have to finish up by putting in a back splash. Did a great job!!! They stayed in touch with us through the entire job. Sean was so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. They will be our go to company if we do more tile or counter work. Thank you!!!

We had a great experience renovating our countertops. Project Manager Juan was outstanding as well as Celso our installer. The project came out outstanding really better than we ever thought. I wanted to use some minimalistic electrical outlets and they came out so good! the fit was perfect and all cuts were well made. Jovanna was awesome in accommodating our language English/Spanish and just being in contact with us. Hector, technician who performed the measuring, was very impressive as he guided us into what was really needed and being able to guide us through how the template was going to look on the spot. Me and my wife were very confident in their ability to turn around a great job. They also accommodated our schedule. It was a great job and I am glad we stopped by and met them.

Marble Palace was great to work with from beginning to end of project, and beyond to make sure everything was exceptional. They're very friendly & customer service oriented. The came in and measured our kitchen. Laser light leveling, taking pictures, and assisting in recommendations, setting up the team. The demolition team came next. They were great in protecting existing cabinet & walls. Plus they did an excellent job vacuuming & sweeping in the clean up process. The next day the instilation team came in, and worked with us asking our opinion. They made sure our kitchen turned out perfect. We had a little problem with our frig opening all the way due to cabinet, we just pulled quartz out, and it fit perfectly. There were other touches too, and cleaned up. After we had our sink removed, the water didn't completely get turned off & the plummer notied us of small leak. Sean the manager came out and spent hours drying the area & applying a sealant which worked great. Marble Palace was quick in responding and made our experience great. We highly recommend them. I think they should change their name because they don't just install Marble. We did change our sink to recommended one, and they centered it perfectly. Beautiful work. I don't want to forget Ann in the office, she probably gets over looked but she was very friendly, and cares about the customers. I want thank everyone for a great job.

My mom decided to swap out her tile countertops and Marble Palace came in to do the work. My mom is in her mid-80's, English is her 2nd language, and lives 1.5 hours away from me so I was nervous about how this installation would go. I couldn't have asked for a better project manager than Sean! He took care of my mom like she was his own. He was a pleasure to speak to over the phone and he made sure she was happy with the work. Sean helped coordinate with the plumber to disconnect the appliances and helped my mom through some hurdles to make sure that project moved forward as scheduled. I highly value strong communication since I wasn't there to help my mom and Sean was on point!! Marble Palace will go above and beyond for their customers and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for other projects.

We would like to thank Marble Palace for their most professional work and customer relations! We recently completed an unexpected remodel of our kitchen in Davis, California due to a water leak nine months ago. Our insurance company's contractor subbed out the quartz countertop install to Marble Palace. Compared with several other aspects of our remodel, working with Marble Palace was refreshing and smooth sailing. From the moment we shook hands with Leo, the Marble Palace project overseer, we knew he would take care of us! He was very personable and took on our project as if it were his very own. In fact, the whole Marble Palace team was great! They were courteous, on time and professional at every turn. Leo and Eric came in to measure very meticulously. Carlos and Louis did the install with excellence and took pride in their work. Unfortunately, there was a flaw in the manufacturer's product that was not noticed until after the installation. Although this forced a demo and subsequent install, the team worked so well together, we only lost a week. Eddie and Miguel demoed with precision and without a mess. Leo oversaw the project with care and professionalism. When he was unable to be there for the demo, he called ahead to let us know that he had arranged for a very competent replacement, Chad, to oversee the demolition. In addition to all of this and unknown to us, Leo later presented us with a special surprise which he said was just Marble Palace's way to try to compensate us for the unfortunate necessity for a demolition and second install. This was professionalism beyond the call of duty. The second install was completed with perfection. It was great to finish our re-model with the Marble Palace team. Marble Palace was great to work with from beginning to end. Chad was very responsive with all my questions and wasn't upset with me changing my mind from quartz to granite after we thought we were ready to go. Chad also came with the gentlemen (I forgot his name) who made the template to make sure everything went according to plan. Sal and Vicente showed up on time to do the installation. They didn't mind driving all the way up to our home in Grass Valley. They were very professional and answered all our questions. They did an amazing job installing our Monte Cristo granite from Arizona Tile. We did a full backsplash with it and the veins line up from the countertops up through the backsplash. When they finished, the kitchen was spotless, and they cleaned up our driveway where they cut the granite. You couldn't tell anyone had been there. We are extremely happy with our granite fabrication and installation and highly recommend Marble Palace!

From first contact to project install we had a wonderful experience. Mykalla was quick to respond and schedule us for shower measurements and install. She worked with my tight schedule to make sure the times they would come would work for us. Upon taking measurements and discussing color choice Juan was on time, kind and professional. He was our contact on the specific project and oversaw the installation. He was quick with his responses to my questions and concerns when I needed to text/call him. When the marble slabs that I had chosen, were delivered to Marble Palace for fabrication, Chad took the time to contact me and let me know that he didn't feel that the slabs were acceptable. He didn't have to do this, he could have simply accepted them, since I had already approved them. But I really appreciated his conscientiousness, to get involved and help me out. I was able to pick new slabs and avoid a lot of heartache and disappointment. Today the beautiful slabs were installed by Miguel and Sal, and they did a wonderful job. Sal and Steve worked nonstop today installing our new quartz countertops. they did a fabulous job and I admire their work ethic and the attention to detail in every aspect of the installation. The attention to detail and communications made the project turn out well. The experience in their trade showed. The process had a couple of hiccups, but only because the attention to detail was meticulous. Sean and Hugo are tradesmen. They know their skill. I had new quartz countertops installed by Marble Palace for my kitchen renovation and am highly satisfied. From the very jump, Marble Palace was on the ball and had great communication. I demo'd the old countertops myself and replaced the plywood sub-top. I called Marble Palace when I was ready for them to template and they came out in less then 5 business days. Eric was doing the measuring and was great. Super nice guy, took his time and was methodical. Chad the project manager also stopped by and he as well was super nice and gave me a breakdown of what to expect. 5 business days later, I got a phone call that Marble Palace was ready to install and they came out the next day. Sal Gomez & Hugo Mejia were the installers and they did a wonderful job. What i'm really pleased (and thankful for) was they were extremely careful with their dust collection. Anytime they made cuts inside the house, they had their shop vac running to collect any dust and debris. They were also both professional and great to talk to. Also, let me tell you - Mykalla at Marble Palace was excellent to talk and schedule with. No frills, no games, no runaround. She was on the ball and made all the scheduling happen. Recently, we had a large kitchen remodel. We selected Marble Palace for the job because of the outstanding work they had done for us on previous occasions. This job involved a large, difficult, and expensive Cambria Quartz counter top installation. There were definitely challenges along the way, but, as always, Marble Place stepped up and met each of them head on. Marble Palace was the subcontractor for the countertop installation in our kitchen remodel and they were a pleasure to work with from templating to installation. Project manager Mark and his templater (so sorry - misplaced his name) were very informative about what the process would be moving forward, and the installation team of Leo, Ray and Amador was outstanding. They were punctual, polite and precise, maneuvering heavy quartz slabs and undermounting a large cast iron sink with ease, but also paying close attention to all the small details that take a job from merely adequate to master level. Chad and his team worked closely with Carey Bros. Remodeling, my contractor, to create these gorgeous, detailed granite counter tops. All the surfaces and edges fit the cabinets precisely, and the corners are nicely rounded to flow with the front half rounded edge. They took great care to install and cement each piece. These granite countertops are so satisfying to see, and to work on. Due to a cabinet part delay, Chad will make a second trip to the East Bay to cement the final piece. I live about an hour from Stockton, but was able stop by in person one day to get some quotes and that was a good experience. About 6 weeks later, the new cabinets were in my kitchen and we were ready for countertops. Troy was my sales contact. He was always quick to respond via email or phone call. When the style of quartz we wanted was going to be a long wait from the manufacturer, he suggested something similar that they had in stock and it actually saved us some money. Of course, then we made changes to our plans several times like adding a waterfall edge and a cut out for a pop up outlet and he just rolled with it and made new estimates. My husband and dad are handy and installed the plywood that the countertops would sit on. Sean came out to make sure everything was level and get final measurements. Sal and Hugo came to install on 12/23, which was a very rainy day. They were both very courteous and professional. They were done in about 4 hours and cleaned up everything, even swept the leaves off my porch! Tl;dr- The countertops are gorgeous. You can't even tell where the seam is on the waterfall edge. I highly recommend Marble Palace. It was a pleasure to work with them, they did a beautiful job installing, and they were definitely the most economical choice compared to other businesses I got quotes from. *Countertop material in my photos is Silestone Lyra.

Horrible customer service department but great installers. We bought a home built by Woodside in which Marble Palace installed all the bathrooms shower stalls and vanities. They did a great job but during construction there were a couple of places where there were chips and Marble Palace came right out and did great repairs. So we thought since they did a great job, we would ask for a quote to install another shower shelf in both big bathrooms. We have left messages with customer's service department several times to get a quote for the extra shelves but no return calls. They last time I called, I asked the secretary to put me through to a supervisor but only got voice mail. Now it's been over 3 weeks and still no call back. I am hoping the next company we call will have better office staff and can match our marble shelves. Update Same Day; Maria R called me and apologized for her sales team for not getting back to me. She promised me that they will make this right and their sales team will get back to me tomorrow. Maria was very polite, courteous and professional which is why I revised my review from one star to 5 stars. Thank you Maria for fixing things and thank you Yelp.

Leo and Justin did an outstanding job on the countertops for our kitchen remodel. There was only one seam in the entire job and Leo did a stellar job masking it. Nice and straight and tight. They also took the time to ensure that all the counter surfaces were perfectly level. I think you could set a marble on any one of them and it wouldn't move! They guys also cleaned up after themselves and were very careful with our new floors and cabinets. They really are that good and I wish I had more work for them to come back and do! Hire Marble Palace and ask for Leo and Justin. You'll be glad you did.

Marble Palace did an amazing job. Starting with Sean the PM was friendly and took the time to really go through all the details and gave us DIY demo pointers and the most important a reasonable quote. Believe me I had several from the area. Sean recommended we go to the office take a look at the granite and pick out the style we liked. After that it was scheduling the template. My wife and I sat down with Mykalla to work out the scheduling and payment details. She took our percentage of payment and they were at the house in a scheduled time frame. That's within a few weeks with our countertops. The installation guys Sal and Hugo were on time with the date and time scheduled. They worked with us to make sure the work area was protected and clean. After that they setup a work area outside to prep the counters and started the installation. They did not waist time. They got it installed with out a hitch. Final touches leveling sinks, caulking, cut faucet holes and they were done. They made sure to clean up everything. Including vacuuming the areas. All in all definitely would recommend this place.

Dhillon and Gino helped me out after a material match issue. They communicated as stated they would do, and resolved the issue as promised. Chad was great to work with for pre-install inspection and was present day of install. Day of install was great. Shout out to Chris and Hugo. They did a great job installing the counter tops. A pleasure to do business with - pleasant, helpful, excellent work and a great value. We went to Marble Palace for a countertop to our new bathroom vanity. Sirena was very helpful, listening to what we were looking for and took out in the yard to show us what was available. As we described what we liked and didn't like, she pointed us to some granite slabs that were perfect for what we wanted. Mike Lozano was out in the yard and explained how they'd cut the granite and worked with us to mark out exactly what part of the slab we wanted them to use. When the installer, Chris, and his helper, Frank, came out they explained what they would be doing, did a great job installing the counter top and explained how to maintain the granite. And, cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. We appreciated the fact that we paid for the square footage of the granite we used, not the entire slab (which in our case we didn't need). Also, Marble Palace provided full service: slab purchase, fabrication, delivery and installation. Great service and an excellent price.

Chad was my project manager, Dillon was the front office contact, and Sal (foreman) and Hugo (assistant) were my installers. Amazing company! Far exceeded my expectations. Chad was a great Project Manager, he came by after demolition to ensure plywood was level. He stopped by again during installation to inspect the quality of the installation crew. After installation, we had a minor issue to address, but Chad immediately coordinated and handled our concern. Dillon was a pleasure to work with over the phone and in person. Very professional and great communication. Sal and Hugo are the best installation crew Marble Palace has. Very professional, courteous, and meticulous. Amazing team! Really reasonable prices for outstanding quality, workmanship, and customer service. We highly recommend Marble Palace for all your countertop needs. From the start of this process to the end it has been an amazing journey. We provided our slab of granite from another company. Dillon was always friendly and walked us through the process. Chad came out and did the estimate and was with us until the end. Lalo took the measurements and got everything ready to go. The best of the best came out today and did the install. Leo and Justin installed a 14' island and a 10' quartz countertops in our kitchen as well as a 3' quartz countertop in our bathroom. Both kitchen countertops had seams. However Leo and Justin worked their extra-skilled abilities and detail to ensure the seam was not noticeable. Leo and Justin worked hard all day long, and at the end, triple-checked their work to ensure their install was excellent...and it certainly was. They shined up the quartz, making several rounds to triple check it...they both cleaned up after themselves. At the end, they went over specifics about how to clean and take care of our countertops. My wife has been a remodel designer for over five years and has experienced many installs thru her work, but by far, we both were impressed with Leo and Justin's highly-skilled install. Manager Sean Bunnell also made himself available and on-call for questions we had during the template process.

Mykalla was super helpful with all the office preliminaries, answering questions and schedulin. Armando came and measured everything , first with a tape measure, and then with a digital templator for accuracy. We had a kitchen remodel done and the two gentlemen, Sal and Hugo, from Marble palace, did an amazing job on installing our quartz countertops. I was concerned that because our island is so large and we had to use two pieces, that there would be a visible seam, but Sal and Hugo took the time to make it almost invisible. Today our granite countertops were installed and that was the final step in what was an absolutely delightful process. Marble Palace exceeded our expectations in every way from the initial meeting with the Project Manager Sean to communicating with Sirena in admin to the selection of our granite at the store in Stockton to the demolition of our old tile countertops to template making to installing the new countertops. Sean stayed present in every step of the process and Chris and Frank were wonderful to work with. They made what is not an easy job look easy and they smiled throughout the process.
