I am very pleased with how our bathroom went from drab to marvelous. Shafer came to our home and went over my ideas with me, made some suggestions I had not thought of, and drew it out for me. Neil called me to coordinate everything. David West and son, Logan, of West-O-Ration, Alan and his team of installers, and Benny Sandifer, Ricky Lawson and Mike, the painters were all very professional. As with any job things come up, but they were handled in a very professional and courteous way. Neil even gave me cleaning advice. RainX on the chrome works wonders even on my old kitchen faucets.

I wish there were more than just 5 stars. Marble Masters are the best. After spending over $30,000 from a very bad company and never able to use either one of the 2 showers, we found the best. The guys are kind, and very clean. There was no mess to clean up at all. They are coming back this week to do 2nd shower. Thanks Marble Masters, I will be referring others to you. Family owned for over 50 years.

We recently visited the Marble Master's Showroom because we were considering remodeling the shower in our master bathroom. Our original shower was still in excellent condition but we wanted to update to something grout-less. We have always liked the timeless beauty of marble but we weren't positive yet if that was the change we wanted. While visiting the Marble Master's showroom, Neil, the owner, went out of his way to take the time to provide us with detailed information about his product and about the installation process. Neil also took the time to answer all of our numerous questions about quality, cost, time, warranty, etc. He was absolutely great to us. A few days later a terrific guy named, Tom, came out to our home to take measurements and to provided us with additional information, as well as, give us a final quote. Tom then told us the installers would be able to enlarge our shower as part of the cost already quoted to us at the showroom. That was a wonderful surprise! We especially want to express our deepest appreciation to Larry, Danny and Eddie who were our installers. They were awesome! They are super good guys who are highly knowledgeable, professional, hard working, kind, helpful and thoughtful. The first of many things they did that made us happy was when they covered our white carpet with clean drop cloths in order to protect it from any dust that could be tracked in or out of the work area. They were very organized and clean throughout the entire removal, prep and installation process. During the demolition and installation process Larry, Danny and a Eddie constantly made sure there was only a very minimal amount of dust and that it was contained to the bathroom area. They also constantly worked hard during the entire process so it only took a day and a half. The difference between our former "nice" shower and our new marble shower is amazing! We knew the new shower was going to look good but we never expected the tremendous difference the beauty of the marble made. Thank you so much to everyone at Marble Master's for being such highly knowledgeable, honorable, hard working and caring men. Those qualities are not something you find with all businesses these days. We appreciate you Marble Master's! You make the World a better place.

Met with Darren (One of the owners) and he and I went over what I was thinking about doing to my shower area. He provided me with an estimate covering all possible scenarios and a few samples of some marble colors so that I can discuss the options with the wife. Easy, peasy!

Hi, we're Mr & Mrs Hayes of Bonaire, GA. We had Marble Master of WarnerRobins Ga remodel our main bathroom in late November of of2023 from putting in a custom marble ten jet whoolpool tub and shower,sink, toilet ,walls ,crown molding and base broads. Eddie and Patrick did an amazing job very knowledgeable. If we had a question, they answered it ,and if they didn't know, they would find out the answer . Lol, this is very important for dog lover's they got along with my 2 boys . We are going to have Marble Master remodel our main bathroom in the very near future. Highly recommend this company

Recently I contacted Marble Masters of Middle GA as my father was hospitalized and it was clear that their 70's home needed a bathroom removed and a shower installed before he returned home. One of the owners of the company answered my phone call while he was holiday shopping with his wife and was extremely pleasant and understood the concern and the short timeline to get the job done while I was visiting them from my home in Florida. He looped in his salesman who also called me on the weekend to inform me he would be at my parent's home on Monday morning. They started the job on time on the day agreed upon and two days later my parents had a beautiful shower! They even came back and installed a towel bar in the shower. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in middle Georgia looking to remodel any area of their home. It is rare in this day and time to find people that go above and beyond for the customer and this company does for sure. Thank you Neil, Tom, and Allan for the best possible result we could have ever expected! My father is now in rehab and I am back in Florida, but I am glad we are ready for him upon his return home thanks to you!

My mother called Marble Masters to repair her shower that had a serious leak at the seam of the bench of the shower. The wood was in bad shape due to the water damage from the leak. Marble Masters came out to do the repair and charged my elderly mother $650 to re-caulk the shower! They did not even recaulk the entire shower. The marble in the shower is a off white/ almond color and they used a bright white caulk rather than the clear that had been used originally. The shower still leaked! They told her it was the drain and to call a plumber. She then called a plumber who replaced a drain that didn't need replacing and the shower is still leaking. Both the plumber and I saw the severe leak coming from the area Marble Masters had caulked. When my mother called to have them recaulk they questioned her like she was mistaken. They have still not fixed the problem and my elderly mother has had to climb the stairs for a month to take a shower. If you believe that charging an elderly person $650 to caulk a shower can be justified then use Marble Masters. If they ever come back to recaulk I will update this post. Hopefully they will use the correct color caulk if they ever caulk the shower correctly.
