We had two showers completely updated by Marble Masters & they did a terrific job! Courteous, timely and excellent workmanship! We are delighted with the quality and look! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with how our bathroom went from drab to marvelous. Shafer came to our home and went over my ideas with me, made some suggestions I had not thought of, and drew it out for me. Neil called me to coordinate everything. David West and son, Logan, of West-O-Ration, Alan and his team of installers, and Benny Sandifer, Ricky Lawson and Mike, the painters were all very professional. As with any job things come up, but they were handled in a very professional and courteous way. Neil even gave me cleaning advice. RainX on the chrome works wonders even on my old kitchen faucets.

I wish there were more than just 5 stars. Marble Masters are the best. After spending over $30,000 from a very bad company and never able to use either one of the 2 showers, we found the best. The guys are kind, and very clean. There was no mess to clean up at all. They are coming back this week to do 2nd shower. Thanks Marble Masters, I will be referring others to you. We recently visited the Marble Master's Showroom because we were considering remodeling the shower in our master bathroom. Our original shower was still in excellent condition but we wanted to update to something grout-less. We have always liked the timeless beauty of marble but we weren't positive yet if that was the change we wanted. While visiting the Marble Master's showroom, Neil, the owner, went out of his way to take the time to provide us with detailed information about his product and about the installation process. Neil also took the time to answer all of our numerous questions about quality, cost, time, warranty, etc. He was absolutely great to us. A few days later a terrific guy named, Tom, came out to our home to take measurements and to provided us with additional information, as well as, give us a final quote. Tom then told us the installers would be able to enlarge our shower as part of the cost already quoted to us at the showroom. That was a wonderful surprise! We especially want to express our deepest appreciation to Larry, Danny and Eddie who were our installers. They were awesome! They are super good guys who are highly knowledgeable, professional, hard working, kind, helpful and thoughtful. The first of many things they did that made us happy was when they covered our white carpet with clean drop cloths in order to protect it from any dust that could be tracked in or out of the work area. They were very organized and clean throughout the entire removal, prep and installation process. During the demolition and installation process Larry, Danny and a Eddie constantly made sure there was only a very minimal amount of dust and that it was contained to the bathroom area. They also constantly worked hard during the entire process so it only took a day and a half. The difference between our former "nice" shower and our new marble shower is amazing! We knew the new shower was going to look good but we never expected the tremendous difference the beauty of the marble made. Thank you so much to everyone at Marble Master's for being such highly knowledgeable, honorable, hard working and caring men. Those qualities are not something you find with all businesses these days. We appreciate you Marble Master's! You make the World a better place.

Met with Darren (One of the owners) and he and I went over what I was thinking about doing to my shower area. He provided me with an estimate covering all possible scenarios and a few samples of some marble colors so that I can discuss the options with the wife. Easy, peasy!

Marble Masters has redone counter top on our lake house and our residence. Both times the work was EXCELLENT and prompt. They arrived when they said and did the work on time. we were very happy with this company.

Marble Masters did what they said they would in a very professional manner. They began our bathroom project as agreed and completed their work in a timely manner. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day. Also, their communication with us was excellent and they followed thru on their commitments. We just had a marble shower and cabinet installed. Loved everything. MM's is one stop shopping. They handle everything from de-install, carpentry, plumbing, installation, clean up, etc. , and you only deal with one MM rep. All the guys were friendly, professional and excelled at their jobs.
