I began my kitchen remodel with a quartz countertop. After shopping some home improvement stores, I found Marble and Granite Masters based upon their excellent reviews. I stopped by the showroom and met Samar who showed me their extensive collection of available quartz products. I was delighted at their pricing and availability. Samar gave me a large sample to take home and within a few days I had my job scheduled. Chris came out to take measurements which included a new sink and plumbing fixtures I had purchased. And within 10 days the countertop was installed. MGM provided a quality product at reasonable pricing and their entire team was pleasant and ensured a successful job. I am so glad I found them!

My kitchen mini-update included new countertops, backsplash, and under-counter sink install. Both the fabricator and tile crews were respectful, courteous, friendly, efficient, hard-working individuals who take pride in their work, striving for customer satisfaction. Chris, the owner, is fair and professional, as well as very easy to work with. I have a beautiful new kitchen after only 3 days of on-site work and couldn't be more thrilled. MGM did a great job from the ordering to the installation , Samar in the front office is great and answered all questions that we had. Chris for the measurements, is a very nice guy, he worked around our schedule to do the measurement. The installation team were great and fast, they finished the project and cleaned after them selves. Our counter tops are so beautiful and breathtaking. Thank you guys for your hard work.

After calling several countertop installers that didn't have what I needed, I contacted Marble & Granite Masters. I spoke with Summer, who was so kind and patiently explained the process of getting my new bathroom vanity top installed. They have everything you need in one place (including the installers). I was on a pretty tight time budget as I have new renters moving into the unit and I was concerned about getting everything done on time. They made it happen! The measuring, stone cutting and installation were all completed within one week!

I had three quotes for my kitchen granite countertops and Marble and Granite Masters gave me the best price. They also negotiated for me 30% off the price of the granite slab I found in the distributor's showroom. They finished the order for only ten days, as they promised. MGM made every detail in the order just as I requested it. They removed my old countertops , installed the new ones, cleaned and were done with record speed- half day only. I am sure there are a lot of good installers, but it's really hard to find honest, not expensive, and high quality company. They did not have to tell me the price of the material- I wouldn't have known they got it for 30% less than I thought it will cost. All the MGM staff were very polite and professional. I couldn't be happier -it was completely stress free, pleasant experience.

Although we provided our own slabs, MGM did the fabrication and installation. The craftsmanship was excellent and the installation team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We had a measuring error and needed an adjustment done and MGM was gracious enough to come out and make the adjustment as a courtesy. Very much appreciated.

I used MGM for a shower and bathtub surround from full quartz slabs and am completely satisfied with the results. Samar and Chris are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They have a great selection of quartz and very reasonable prices considering the amount of material we needed. We also were called to see the material when it arrived prior to fabrication which is plus. Chris will give you much appreciated advice due to his experience in this business on whatever details to make the project go smoothly and look the best. The installation crew is a great group of guys who are skilled, professional and know what they're doing. They were on time and work hard (hauling full slabs to an upstairs bathroom) to make sure the project is to your satisfaction. I had some extra quartz leftover and had the fireplace surround done as well. The work was completed within a couple of weeks or so of walking into the showroom. I would definitely recommend this company for installation of stonework countertops, showers and bathrooms.

After a few referrals and the reviews, honestly can't say enough about this team. Samar the office manager is gracious, professional and easy to work with. When it finally came time for install Chris came out to measure and went through everything thoroughly and said his team of installers would be out 7-10 days. They were and team of installers extremely professional, very precise, neat and cleaned up as they went. When finished Bash went over with me how to care for my quartzite after he sealed it overall just a warm group of guys! Countertops absolutely beautiful, recommend them highly. Thank You MGM team!

We recently had out kitchen done and went through J and J Cabinets in Santee and they referred us to MGM as the company they work with. Everything was pretty straightforward. We went over to their office and were able to look at some countertop material that they had in stock and selected one that we liked. The cabinet shop we used actually scheduled the cabinet delivery with them so they knew when to come out and measure for the countertops. They person that came out to measure was very professional and went over some of the details and questions with me. They came back about a week or so later and installed the countertops. Again they went through everything with us before they left, cleaned up and left the kitchen in great shape when they left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new countertops.

Samar at the office was amazing at helping us understand what countertop to select and schedule measurements and install. Chris was right on with measurements and even helped us decide on finishing the entire back wall where our stove is to put quartz instead of tile. The stove fit like a glove after install of the new countertops. The two gentlemen who installed the countertops were precise and professional. Couldn't ask for a better install team. M&G Masters installed blue pearl granite in two bathrooms. This included casing in a large wall mirror. The price was very fair. Everything was in writing with a complete drawing of what to be done for me to ok. They called me a couple of times about day and time of install. We were never in the dark about their service. On the day of install Art and his crew were early, covered the floors, cleaned everything up when done. They were great. The job went perfectly. You can trust them in your home which means a lot to me. I want to thank Chris the owner for sending such a great crew.

They previously installed my kitchen and bathroom countertops and I was so happy with their work, price and professionalism that I hired them to do repairs on my outdoor bar. Chris is always responsive with phone calls and is honest and extremely fair with price. Installers are dependable and skilled. They arrive exactly when scheduled. They even polished the entire bar top which was not included in the quote. The bar looks amazing! Samar who works in the office is friendly and patient with my many questions. We were remodeling our kitchen, and was referred to Marble and Granite Masters for quartz counter top. Best decision we ever made. We visited their shop, and helped us to pick out our slab. You only pay for what you are going to use here. They came out and installed the sink and counters, cleaned up, were very polite, and the finish work is superb ! The way that they polish around the sink cutout is next to artwork. This is a family owned and run business that is very humble, honest, low key, and very skilled. The way a business should be run. And there is more. As a gift, Summer the office manager just called, and said that Chris was making us a cutting board out of a leftover sink cutout as a gift to us ! I highly recommend MGM to you.

My Mom purchased a condo at the Meridian downtown, and needed new countertops. Meridian Hoa has very strict rules regarding any type of remodeling, so we wanted a company with a solid reputation. We went to 3 different slab yards and two of them mentioned Marble and Granite Masters as reputable and honest company. We were not disappointed. We worked with Chris and Samar who are fantastic. Chris was always available for questions, and was always in contact with us. Our slabs were picked the next day, and perfectly fabricated at a very reasonable price. The installation was quick, clean, and professional. The project manager at the meridian told us that he has never dealt with a more professional company. MGM was very professional and offered the best price to change out the counters in our 3 bathrooms. They were half as much as the quote I got from a bigger company. MGM recently installed beautiful quartz countertops in our kitchen. I'm happy we made the decision to use them after getting several quotes, some that were twice as high. We have a large island with an unusual shape and other installers were charging much more for it because of all the fabrication. Chris was great about working with our budget and pointing out a great material within the budget. Installers did a great job--they were reliable and didn't leave a mess. I was so happy there were no seams. Samar at the store was so helpful and responsive every step of the way. We had one hiccup about a misunderstanding on a very small backsplash on the end of one counter we didn't realize should have been done. They came back and installed it. There was a charge but it was reasonable. They don't have a large stone yard so don't expect a huge choice of immediately available material but if you work with what they have on hand you can get a very good deal and you'll be happy throughout the whole process.

I received 3 bids for kitchen counter tops. Chris from MGM was the contractor for us. First of all his bidding process was thorough, using electronic equipment to get dimensions and measurements. Lady's at office kept me informed on starting date and questions. Showroom have many marble, quartz, granite samples for kitchen, bath and even fireplace's. Demo went smoothly, crew were efficient and most importantly clean, keeping a shop vacuum in constant motion. Installation took 1 day. Large counter slab was one piece, taking 6 men to move. Steve and Moris are amazing craftsman, striving for quality. Our quartzite countertops are beautiful! I recommend MGM Marble & Granite Masters!

The entire group at Marble Granite Masters was great from beginning to end. I originally called European Wholesale Countertops in Santee to do the job, but they kept on delaying the install week after week until they finally said they were so backed up they couldn't do my job and canceled my entire order after a month. Chris, the owner of Marble & Granite Masters and his staff( fabricators and installers) are the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful people ever. Chris came up to our house, took the measurements of the kitchen and two bathrooms and gave us great advices, ideas, and choices on whether we need granite, marbles, or quartz! We were in dilemma and tight budget, he made sure that we get what we LOVE with the budget that we have. Chris took all of his time in explaining the process and listening to our concerns. Everything went super fast and smooth. It only took them 1 week from start to finish that includes getting us the quartz, do the fabrication, and installation.. I am super grateful to work with them! So my mom got tired from her tiled kitchen countertops and asked me if I knew anyone in the granite business. I asked around and a buddy of mine referred me to MGM where he got his granite from. I called MGM and spoke to the owner (Chris). He came out and showed my parents some samples and while there took measurements of what mom wanted to be done. My mom insisted on a red-ish looking granite to go with the cherry stained counters. Chris asked for some time to find the right slabs. The next day Chris emailed me pictures of a couple slabs that were red with white and grey texture. I showed'em to my mom and she was thrilled. A couple days later I got a call from Chris saying that the slabs were now in his Santee location. We drove to his office to check out the slabs. Mom was very pleased with the slabs. I can honestly say that I have never seen such beautiful granite. It's like they were made by an artist and not by nature. I wish I had a picture to attach to this review. The price was very fair and so I didn't feel like negotiating because I really thought it would cost quite a bit more for such unique slabs. We signed some documents and the installers came out to install the following week. Installation went very smooth. All the cutting was done at their location so there was no dust or mess left behind. We highly recommend these guys.

Marble & Granite Masters did an excellent job remodeling the kitchens and bath in my downtown condo. We had some timing issues due to HOA problems and they were able to reschedule their workers and get the job done on time. Chris was always accessible to answer any questions and when a small issue occurred after completion it was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend them for any kitchen remodels.

I was happy with my service until I had to ask for a warranty on one of the joints. The joint had opened up into a hairline crack. It is an easy fix and could've took them less than an hour to fix. They told me that I would have to pay $150 to have the joint resealed. It has been less than six months since they installed my countertops. I spent over $12,000 with them When I had the counters installed. when I asked them to fix a simple hairline crack they wanted to charge. I was completely shocked!!!!!!! If I were you I would not go with this company they do some good work but they do not have good customer service.

I was talked into getting a new sink (at their cost), it was a BIG mistake. I noticed on Nov 6, 2021, because I turned on the overhead light above my sink that this sink is all scratched up. When the overhead light is OFF, the sink looks fine. Marble & Granite Masters sent me to MSI, who doesn't deal with customers so I had to go back to Marble & Granite for help. At this point February 14, 2022, they said, I did it and refused to help me resolve this. I DID NOT DO IT! Be aware and ask the right questions. I wanted to keep my sink but I was talked out of it. And then to get one that is all scratched up is really unfortunate, and it is smaller than what I had. Because they don't do plumbing or electrical (didn't even put the light fixtures back up) I would go with an all included company next time. I love my quartz. It wasn't perfect installation but they did a pretty good job. It seems I have been left hanging here with a below par sink.
