We had a great experience with this company. They were flexible as our timelines shifted quite a bit and we also changed our minds on the countertop material itself before install. The installers were amazing and even came back the next day to assist with installing our sink which got delivered late due to shipping delays. Pricing was also fantastic, especially for the install quality - almost $1000 less than other quotes we received.

I ordered countertops for my kitchen, Ardash was my sells person… he is the rudest, most disrespectful human I have dealt with… he lies, doesn’t keep you informed on what is going on during process, he tells you one thing and then doesn’t follow through. He doesn’t feel that women should talk.. when asking questions he jumps all over you.. if he even acknowledges that you are talking…doesn’t feel the customer needs to ask questions…his customer service is so subpar …I will never use or suggest any one use this company. They don’t want you to use your own contractor, yet the ones he supplies DO NOT do the job correctly and then he wants to charge you to fix his contractors mistakes. I highly suggest you don’t use this company… you won’t be happy.

We’ve used Marble Granite Direct twice and have been very happy with the price, quality of the products, and the install crews. Ardash was great to work with and found a solution for a window sill that required a 2cm piece of stone which is no longer produced by supplying a sample he had on hand. We will definitely use him again for future projects.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ardash and the installation crew from Marble Granite Direct. I came in with dimensions of what I needed and he understood exactly what I wanted and drew up a quick sketch. The showroom has a variety of materials to choose from and he sent me a quote the next day. He had me choose 6 or 7 materials for the quote so I'd be able to pick something within my budget. The installation crew was thorough and professional. I am very happy with the finished product!

Marble Granite Direct helped replace our kitchen countertops with quartz. Ardash was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the process of selecting our countertop. He was an excellent communicator throughout the process. On installation day, Fernando and his Team did a thorough job removing our former counters and installing the new quartz. Buyer beware…I had my countertops replaced in December, don’t get me wrong, they are beautiful. However, since 4 months in, I’ve had issues with the work that was done. In the spring, I reached out to Ardash about an issue with the seam cracking. He sent a team out to redo the seam and while they were here, I showed them how my dishwasher was no longer connected to the counter. They repaired the seam and added a screw for the dishwasher. A few months later in early July, I called Ardash back. The other seam had the same issue and now my faucet was coming loose. They had contracted a plumber, but said the faucet was no longer his issue. We scheduled for the crew to come back to fix the seam. Shortly before they got here, I had an emergency and had to take son to ER. Talked to Ardash and asked him to find out when they could come back. Never heard from him. Tonight while doing dishes, my faucet totally snapped. My seam is still a mess. I am so disgusted that things are falling apart not even a year after spending all the money to have my kitchen done. I am off to buy a new faucet and have a reliable plumber install. Buyer beware - normal use of a kitchen should not see these issues. While the product may be beautiful, the workmanship is definitely not. So many other companies to choose from - go elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience using MGD for my countertops in my kitchen remodel. I found exactly what I wanted from their full range of choices. I am extremely happy with the sink I purchased also. Ardash was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the buying, measuring and installation process. When I ran into a post-installation issue, caused by kitchen contractor not MGD, he was able to refer me to a specialist who handled the problem easily and quickly. I highly recommend MGD to all customers looking for stone products for their home.

I had granite issues with a recent install, and the focal point of my kitchen (the island) had at least 5 large defects. The patches were very apparent. Although the staff in the store and the install personnel were courteous, they were unable to resolve it. I spoke to the owner on the phone, and when I asked if he would offer me a discount, he became belligerent and abusive. I paid my bill in full and moved on. I do not recommend this business, and will never use them again.

The most frustrating experience with any company I have experienced. Period. First Ardash, the manager and only representative in the office, makes promises which are not able to be executed in the field. The installation team themselves agreed that there is a disconnect in this regard. No doubt transparency up front is woefully lacking. The workmanship on our tile backsplash was incredibly bad, and the mess left behind in our home was severe, and quite frankly disrespectful. Still, we are trying to get our new carpets and floors cleaned. Apparently one random blanket on the floor was sufficient to enough to prevent a mess. Paint damage occurred to areas they were not even working on, and cracks appeared on our new cabinets. Despite our continued communication with Ardash regarding multiple issues, we would have expected a visit by the owner George, but that did not happen either. Yes, we had phone conversations with him, but surely, he should have made the effort to come to our home? His position throughout the process was defensive and not apologetic at all. They have been posted onto our community Facebook group as a company to avoid (660 homes). Punish these guys with your pocketbook, after all what more can one do? Avoid like the plague folks!

Everyone was fantastic from the first time we walked into Marble Granite Direct until the job was done! They have many samples in the shop but it was fun to go to Denver and choose our quartz from slabs. We were happy with the pricing and the process was clearly explained. We recently hired Marble Granite Direct to install new countertops for us. The slab (which came from Granite Imports) looks beautiful. However, the damage/repairs left behind after the install exceeded what we felt was necessary and/or acceptable: large holes in the walls, cracked cabinet, chunk out of the pantry door, metal hardware from the sink left scattered in the front yard (which would have destroyed the lawn mower if we hadn't found it all).

Checklist!?! Not at all. How can you determine I did not use your business by my initials? As in new ownership...it's not run by the people that made this business reputable many years ago. You took no responsibility and would not listen to our concerns about the install and damage. This review is for people to be aware of what they may be facing using your company. Working on a major kitchen remodel and chose Marble granite direct for our new countertops. Ardash was our salesman and project coordinator, he gave us a list of granite wholesalers where we could go to see full slabs of granite instead of just samples. We chose a granite that was perfect for us, then Ardash gave us a cost estimate and timeline. He called in advance of anything happening and beat his timeline by several days I believe Ardash to be an honest man of integrity and would recommend him to friends and family. Hopefully I can post pictures later but now we are getting new floors and it's a mess

The granite they installed looks beautiful, but there were some issues along the way. I really liked how we were given estimates on many different slabs which was very helpful, and the price was fair. We were told that they would hook everything back up, turns out everything only meant the sink, not electrical or the gas stove. The handyman (not a plumber like they called him) was only able to hook up the sink. The demo people got a little carried away and broke some of the wires on the outlet and dented the walls. We had to hire an electrician to fix things. We had to hire a plumber to hook up the gas stove. The installers did a good job overall but the got a little carried away with caulk and it was on the walls where it shouldn't be.
