My kitchen counter tops were re-done about 6 years ago, my 2 bathrooms in 2019. From a practical standpoint, it's good to update your home from a practical standpoint (if you ever plan to sell, you'll be glad you did) and from a personal viewpoint (you'll be pleased each time you walk in the rooms made-over!). You would be hard pressed to find a better marble/granite supplier in Amarillo. The concern they have for their customers is without comparison. I used Marble Depot several times in the past and had good luck with them. The last job I had planned on using them for a bathroom remodel was a nightmare. My client selected the slab they wanted in April and had Marble Depot put their name on it and even called every month to make sure their slab was still being saved for them. The first week in July we called them out to measure and my client went in the next day to pick the configuration of their counter tops. When they got there they saw their slab being used for another customer. The slab they had hand selected for their bathroom had been given away. All Marble Depot would say is it happens a lot. I called several times and emailed them asking someone in authority to call me and I never got a call or even a response to my email. An apology from management would have gone a long way. Needless to say my client refused to use them after being treated that way. You don't hold something for someone for 3 months then give it to someone else without checking with them first.
