My wife and I just embarked on a whole home remodel that started as a water heater repair project. We've never purchased countertops before and I'll say this: If you're in the market for new or replacement countertops, PLEASE, at least involve these professionals in the conversation. We spoke with a few fabricators and we knew as soon as we spoke with Jill, we found the right company. She was patient with us and our lack of knowledge but educated us and immediately went to work. We had a laser measurement done, drawings completed, tweaks made, and installed in a very short amount of time. Jill went on vacation, but the rest of the team didn't miss a beat. Nothing was left to chance and communication was awesome. The crew just left a few hours ago and they were INCREDIBLE. This whole home remodel has been taxing, frustrating, and challenging, but ordering countertops from Majestic Marble & Granite has been the EASIEST part of the whole process (That is not an exaggeration). Again, just give them a chance to earn your business; you WON'T regret it.

Such a Great Experience. Anna our Sales Rep was wonderful to work with!! Made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Even gave us the option of 1 piece no seam on a long wall of cabinets. Worked out amazingly!! Would highly recommend to anyone needing Granite for their home. Anna is in the Orlando office but we are in Riverview and had ZERO problems with the entire experience. What a joy to work with such professional and friendly people. When doing construction/remodel you do not always have a smooth process.

Majestic completed my mom's kitchen over a decade ago and the stone is just as beautiful and sturdy as the day it was installed. So I knew this was the only place I could trust to complete my kitchen DIY project. Jill is wonderful! She's super helpful and easy to communicate with. The original stone I wanted was not available and she was quick to notify me and assist me in finding something similar. To my surprise I was able to view the slab in person. O M G!! the samples in the store do not do them justice. The idea of what I originally wanted went right out the window because this stone was pure perfection! Installation day went very well. Pablo and his co-worker did an amazing job. They were efficient and left the workspace cleaner than when they arrived. From start to finish, Majestic has been the epitome of professionalism and wonderful customer service. The granite is beautiful and was cut correctly. I purchased the stainless steel double sink they offered (for an additional $100), and am astounded as to how deep and nice it is. Comparable sinks at Home Depot are running over $250. As far as price, they were within 5% of other companies from whom I requested quotes. Emails to Erica were answered quickly and professionally. Both the person who measured the countertops and the two gentlemen who installed it were prompt and professional. I chose Majestic mainly because of the high ratings on Angie's List, and they did not disappoint. Thank you, I love it.

We wanted to take the time to write a short review for "Majestic Marble & Granite" in Orlando. It was the 1st time we have done granite countertops. When we stopped in at their showroom, we met Jill along with the entire staff. They were wonderful! Jill gave us a review and different options along with a lot of stone yards in the area to look for our granite. Once we found the granite that we liked, Jill made it easy for us as she handled the process and kept us updated on every step. Majestic came out to measure our bath vanities and we were also able to go to the showroom, work with their design team to move our layout around on the slab to get the exact design we wanted. Tony and Ed came out for the install. They were both skilled and wonderful to work with. Once it was done, we noticed a couple of small cracks on the edge due to the crystal in our particular granite slab. We called Jill and she immediately said no problem and sent Tony out to fix the issue. We cannot say enough good things about the team at Majestic and will definitely be using them next year to do our kitchen. I've been dealing with Majestic Marble and Granite for projects in my 100 year old home since Scott helped me with a ridiculously small project over 5 years. My most recent project was a counter top for a bar in a pergola at my pool. The pergola is next to the garage built in 1920's. This is an old wood structure and nothing runs straight even though it's been restored. The counter top covers a starboard cabinet, wine cooler and a wine barrel with an undercount sink in the barrel. Getting a counter top to fit next to the building, around the pergola columns and the old wine barrel was a challenge but this counter top fits perfectly and is the counterpoint of the pool area. In a world where craftsmanship is lost Majestic Marble and Granite should be your only choice for custom granite or marble projects. Great work, fair prices, delivered when they said. They were used by Kolter Homes ( horrible builder) and contracted for the granite in this town home community. My house is 4.5 years old and the my kitchen sink separated. I called Majestic and after numerous emails they told me I had to get a plumber to take apart plumbing and probably put together after being very vague in multiple emails. I asked if they repaired a chip ( because they did repair a chip) I had and I received a price of $250/.00. They finally told me it wasn't the same chip. They won't fixed their work. Jill, don't bother speaking to her and Daniel didn't call me just emails me. Scott I assume the owner same thing, no call back.The responses were poor, didn't address my questions and had to call due to their poor communication after multiple emails. I'm being passed around and at this point.... If I have to pay a plumber why do I need them? to what glue it?I shouldn't have to pay. I am filing a small claims lawsuit after I get.a plumber to repair and gives me a bill. Buyer beware
