Excellent to deal with from picking out our product, to great communication during the preparation of the bar top, the measure crew and the install crew who worked extra hard to get this bar top down a long dock and on top of a houseboat. We are very happy with the finished product. Highly recommended This is my second time using them. This time they came and did my whole kitchen with quartz counter tops. Heidi went the extra mile to find the right product that we liked and also matched our budget. As you can see from my previous review it was a no brainer to come back for more excellent service. Still highly recommended

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our granite purchase with Magnolia Granite and Quartz in Cookeville. The entire Magnolia experience was commendable. First up for the Magnolia team was Ben who was so helpful in sales and selection, then Aaron the master craftsmen, the likes of whom you rarely meet in real life, and finally the awesome install team that puts it all together. Don't waste time shopping around; go to Magnolia and talk to Ben, you'll be glad you did.

Magnolia installed dolomite marble countertops in our kitchen quickly, professionally, and at a great price. Ben was extremely attentive the entire process from the beginning until the very end making sure we were 100% satisfied. Abby and Harold were also great to work with. I never felt like I needed to micromanage the project, which was great since I live a few hours from the project location. Thanks for a great experience!

We cannot be more pleased with our experience with Magnolia Granite & Marble. We started off in Crossville where Leonard was able to very quickly point us in the right direction and got us an initial quote very quickly. He also recommended that we visit the Cookeville store to view the slabs and options that we might consider. When we visited Cookeville, Heidi took us through the slabs (on a VERY hot day, I might add), and we ended up changing our initial choice of granite to a Leathered Fantasy Brown, which proved to be an outstanding choice for our rustic (log) home. We would have likely never considered it, if Heidi hadn’t discussed it with us. Magnolia did the tear out and templating in a couple of hours with very professional men who made sure we had all the changes that we had requested. They were very flexible and accommodating when we decided to change up our backsplash from the original design. A week later, the install team did an equally professional, quick and beautiful job of installing our countertops and new sink. The end product is absolutely beautiful! The office staff at Magnolia did a great job of communicating with us when the install crew was delayed due to traffic and other issues. I would not hesitate to use Magnolia again with their outstanding customer service, high quality products and expertise in fabrication and installation, and great communication throughout.

We are not related or friends with the company, although it would have been nice. We shopped around, check the prices and plus we wanted to support local business. We met with the staff, picked out what we wanted, and arrange for installation and delivery, there was some miscommunication between us and them, and them and them, but it eventually worked out. The installers were great, they were very careful, in not damaging the slab or personal property, they took their time to do it right. We are satisfied with the company and it's staff.Great Job !!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Leonard got the ball rolling and provided excellent follow through. Heidi clinched the deal, sharing pics of the granite I was interested in installed and looking fabulous, especially with the color-accented Blanco sink. Harold took charge from the cutting through installation of the stone - and when errors were made, he got the problems fixed expediently. Great teamwork from Magnolia!!! This is a company I would do business with again.

Home run all around. Great service, friendly, informative and honest. I've purchased multiple countertops and great each time. The last installation covered 3 large areas, and Magnolia installed seamlessly (literally no seams in either L-shaped tops). Glad they're serving Crossville as well as Cookeville!

We worked with Samantha and she was excellent. Went into the yard with us and listened to what we wanted and was helpful. The guy who came to measure showed up a few days later and was thorough and knowledgeable and polite. Another few days we were ready for installation. Four guys showed and were friendly, thorough and competent. We were very pleased with our overall experience. Great company!
