Magic City Granite for the WIN!! After meeting with a few other granite places in town, I thought I was at a dead end. I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of knowledge, poor showrooms/stock on site, engagement with me as if they didn’t need my business nor care if I chose them. One business told me they required 100% of the money up front! Then, after searching some more, I discovered Magic City Granite! From the initial phone call to day of install, Magic City was phenomenal! Initial meeting with Cydney in the showroom (discussing types of materials based on my wishes and wandering around the well stocked yard looking at different pieces), Rob who came to measure for template and the amazing team of installers that were efficient, respectful of my home, informative in response to my many questions … A very special thank you to Mary Ann and Cydney for being so patient with my many phone calls, emails, endless questions and unannounced trips to the office to look at my pieces of granite until the day of install! Y’all are fantastic and I love supporting local, family owned businesses. The entire experience was MAGIC!

Magic City Granite did a fabulous job with countertops in our kitchen. The crew is very knowledgeable and professional and paid attention to every detail. We had another bid which was $3000 higher and did not offer to remove old products at that price. Highly recommend them.

The two installers were the best I have worked with. Would highly recommend for use. The prices are reasonable. The installers are great communicators it keeping us informed and answering questions to easily understand. Fantastic job!!!

Did a beautiful job on our countertops, including a waterfall island and a mitered edge for our bathroom vanity. Excellent work takes time and they are worth the wait. This is the second kitchen Magic City has done for us and we would use them again in a heartbeat. They also were $10k cheaper than their largest competitor in Billings on our project.

We were looking for quartz countertops for our new build. When we drove up to the Magic City Granite business, I immediately fell in love with the FIRST piece we saw -- Cambria Brittanicca. We ordered it for our kitchen countertops and backsplash, island and waterfall, and banquette table. Absolutely stunning!! We highly recommend for quality, service, and installation. A big shout out to Magic City Granite for the great work on my bathroom! I knew they were the only company to work with when it came time for a surround for my shower. I wanted quartz slabs for a clean look and much fewer grout lines than tile. Ordering was easy and they have a great selection on-site to choose from. Thank you to the crew for the meticulous attention to detail.

Magic City Granite Company is the ONLY company to get your granite, quartz, etc. countertops I purchased my beautiful Quartz countertops from Magic City Granite Company. I went to the majority of countertop vendors in Billings MT and fell in love with not only the Company, but one of the owners, MaryAnn! Magic City Granite is a top notch and highly professional Company. After meeting her and looking at the huge amount of samples they had, there was no question I would be purchasing from Magic City Granite. I got my countertops installed in June 2025 and they are absolutely beautiful. The installers were extremely professional and not only did an exceptional job, but they told me how to care for my countertops. If you are looking for new countertops, get them from Magic City Granite Company. You will not regret it.

I had Sensa Taj Mahal quartzite counter tops installed in January. During the installation, I heard the installation team drop something and then curse a lot. I came down to ask what happened and they said nothing. Once they were finished installing I noticed three visible cracks to the counter tops. They lied to my face and said they were natural fissures. I called the company owner and he came down and agreed they were broken. He tried to buff them out and they were still visible. Later, I opened a chop block and a huge chunk fell off. I barely touched it and it just fell off. A week later, I got a stove installed and yet another piece fell off. Now they won't answer my emails and I am stuck with $7000 counter tops that are broken in five places. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your dream counter tops.
