Wow!! Jose and his crew are fabulous! Jose helped me know exactly where to go to see the quartz I wanted in full slab form. Once I picked out the slabs he had them ordered and in his shop in just a few days. They were able to do the install within a week of my cabinet install. The install crew led by Ernesto were very professional and kept my new floors protected while working. I also called Jose and asked him if they could make me a hearth stone for my new fire place and they did just that. It is so beautiful! These guys really are the best! They did an excellent job and I'm so happy with the end result. Thank you Jose for being so great to work.! I highly recommend anyone giving them your business!!

LTI did the quartz counter tops for our kitchen, pantry, and bathroom. I was pleased with their work and that they stand behind their work. There was a mistake on our kitchen island and when we discovered it, LTI came and replaced it with a new piece of quartz at their expense, no cost to us. 😊😊😊

Our experience working with Ernesto was great. Very communicative, knowledgeable, professional. He gave us several good places to go and look at slabs, install was less than a week after template which is amazing, and our marble countertops are beautiful and just as ordered. Will definitely use LTI again!

I feel really torn about giving a two star review to LTI. However, I believe it is justified. We used LTI to install quartzite countertops throughout our home after a remodel. Almost everything went in beautifully and without an issue. However, we had a major issue with the stone in our kitchen next to the sink. There was a crack/large fissure in the stone right at the corner of the sink at the time of install. It was discolored and did not look great. It was fixed with old dark glue either before install or during install. We spoke with other countertop companies that assured us that the industry standard is that the stone should be replaced and not installed and that the fix was unacceptable. Because of the way this crack/fissure was fixed, it made the stone not sit flat on our kitchen cabinets. LTI tried to say that it was an issue with our cabinets. However, our cabinetry people and contractor used multiple levels and lasers to show that the problem was the stone and not the cabinetry. In the end, LTI said that they should not have installed the stones the way that it was. However, they were unwilling to come back to fix the problem. After weeks of back-and-forth, including us even offering to cover part of the cost of fixing the issue, they finally stopped answering our calls. We reached out to another company who came out and helped us fix our problem. They assured us that the work that was done but LTI should not have been done in the way that it was. Every other countertop in our house is beautiful and LTI did an amazing job. However, it is unbelievably frustrating that after a huge error on their part they were unwilling to make it right.

LTI Granite did a great job for us on 2 cultured marble showers and a quartz countertop. Their prices are reasonable and when compared with other alternatives are the best value for the money. I would recommend LTI without reservations.

LTI Granite was so great to work with. We had quite a few delays and set backs with our bathroom project, and Jose was very accommodating to our schedule constantly changing. When the shower was installed, they were quick, clean and professional! Highly recommend Jose and his team! We love our marble shower!

Jose and his crew did such an awesome job. Right now, no one will call you back or you get ghosted. But not Jose, he called me back even while on vacation and set up an appointment to give me an estimate. He really took care of us and we love our quartz countertops. I highly recommend LTI Granite for countertops. I will definately be using them again on my next project.
