We desperately needed countertops with specific colors and patterns to make our kitchen renovation turn out perfect and thankfully found them at Liu Trading. All of the staff were very accommodating to our request to select each countertop and patiently pulled them out until we were satisfied with all of our choices. We originally ordered an extra island and decided later, before selecting the countertops, that we didn't need it and management refunded that piece with no hesitation. We are very happy and satisfied with our countertops, service, and price and will go back for future renovations needs.

Renovating is a complicated process. WL Construction provides expert guidance from Lynna at the office/showroom with Wilson suggesting new ideas. Their competent and professional employees are always prompt and offered alternatives during the remodeling.

Trying to complete our new house was very costly and the sub-contractors took much longer than expected. I was surprised to get a quote from Liu's Trading Co. that was much less than everyone else for the cabinets, granite, and big sink installation. The undermount sink came out absolutely beautiful. The cherry cabinets and blue diamond granite is mind blowing to see. They were in and out in two days and cleaned up very nicely. Great price, Fast, and Good quality. It was a wonderful experience at the end of completing our house.

Two complete bathroom renovations: The crew from WL Construction, led by Howard (English speaker) were fast, professional and did great work!! The project was expected to take two weeks and we were pleasantly surprised with a 9-day turnaround from demolition to shower doors and trimming. Lynna (office) was pleasant , efficient and kept the "boys" rolling like a fine oiled machine. We love our new bathrooms and would recommend them highly. Mel and D

I cant believe this business still exits, the two ladies at the showroom their customer services are horrible, they are so rude and snobbish. They let their two dogs unleashed and bark at people, that was really scary. They couldn't care less about their business and customers. Go somewhere else.

Purchased cabinets and quartz counter top. After installation noticed watermarks on the counter top. Contact Liu's on many occasions to try to resolve the issued. They cancelled and rescheduled several times. Sent fabricators with limited English. Difficult to communicate with. Matter not resolved. Reschedule again, the owner even came out and said he was not able to get the marks out. Said he would send a crew to repair. Every time we called to see when they would schedule us in they said they were busy. Finally went down to speak to them directly. First they said they would schedule us in, but they were busy. We insisted on getting the matter repaired since it was now 3 months since it was installed. Then they started to blamed us for damaging the counter top. Went on to say it cannot be repaired. To get the watermarks out it would have to be replaced. SO . . . they were giving us the run around the whole time with no intention of ever coming out to repair something they knew could not be repaired??????????? Unprofessional.

This has got to be the least professional business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I inquired about a quote in regards to my kitchen, and he said he'd come to give an estimate. An hour and a half after waiting for him to show up for the scheduled appointment, he calls saying he can come now. At that point I had other obligations, so he agreed to come the next day. He then called 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and says he can't come, not even offering a reason. He promises to come the next day. The next day rolls around and I wait 30 minutes past the scheduled time before calling him, at this point obviously rather frustrated. He admits he had totally forgot about the appointment and says he can't come anymore because he's eating dinner! Communicating with Wilson is extremely difficult, because he speaks little to no English. His whole operation leaves you with a very uneasy feeling in your stomach. Perhaps it's for the best he never worked on my kitchen. His negligence, unorderliness, and utter indifference makes Liu Trading a business you want to avoid at all costs.

This company was terrible. I had new countertops to my kitchen installed and they did the job fast and I felt like I was getting a decent deal at the time. After the the work was completed they had damaged the existing cabinets. It did not look like they cared about the collateral damage they were creating when removing the old countertops. They claimed it was no fault of their own and that it was my problem to fix. They also did not cut the correct amount of holes on the counter for my dishwasher. When I asked them to cut out another hole, they said it was too late since the guys already left the job and I should have complained about while they were there. They're wasn't much communication between the main office and the workers. I had conflicting statements from the guys that were doing the install. I'm walking away from this job feeling pretty screwed. I agree with the other reviewer who said that this was very 3rd world. I have certain expectations when it comes to quality and costumer service especially when I'm spending $3k. Even the workers seemed rude and standoffish. I guess they weren't worried about getting future projects from me. I will not be using these guys again or recommending this company to anyone else. I hope this review helps anyone thinking about using this company. You were warned.
