My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Lito's! We are going through a kitchen remodel and having Lito's was a huge blessing. He was very responsive through texts and offered us a great price. A few weeks after installation, a large crack appeared in the quartz, and after talking to Lito's, they offered to come make the repairs for NO LABOR COST, even though it was obviously not their fault! This is a company that has integrity and cares about their clients. We recently had Gregorio install 5 slabs of book matched calacutta marble around our fireplace. The workmanship was perfect. There were a lot of matching seams and they all matched flawlessly. Given the expense of these slabs, Gregorio is they only fabricator I would trust for such a complex job. As you can see from my previous posts, every job I give him is extremely difficult requiring precision craftsmenship.

My neighbor strongly recommended Gregorio for my kitchen remodel since he'd used Gregorio on multiple projects and been very happy. I was so glad! My first interactions with Alexandra were very positive, she was very available to answer lots of questions including recommendations on where to buy the material, how pre-fab vs full slab works, and all the in's and out's. I have never done this before, so her willingness to guide me was a huge help! Then when I met Gregorio I was so pleased! He's clearly an expert. He knows his stuff very well. He made some suggestions to me but was always clear that it was my kitchen and totally up to me, and whatever I wanted he would do. He was the one who did all the work, with an assistant, rather than having some associate do all of it. I love the finished product and am really thankful I hired Lito's. :)

Bought some white princess quartzite at All Natural Stone and had Lito install. They had multiple recommendations and the price was very competitive. They were professional all the way from start to finish. Gregario and Alex were great. They first installed the countertop and then we went round 2 to put another slab for the backsplash. We are so happy with the results and the installation. I'll let the photo's speak for themselves! I'm happy to be a referral for them!

This review is long overdue. We have used Lito's twice, once to fabricate our kitchen island counter top and once to fabricate our bbq island counter top outside. Lito's office staff was wonderful to work with, very patient and always responded promply to my requests. Lito's was competitively priced and provided premium customer service as well as quality work. The scheduling of both of our jobs were also done in a reasonable timeframe. I would highly recommend working with them especially if you are using very high quality material.

We had a great experience with Lito's Marble & Granite. Alexandra and Gregorio were very responsible to my initial inquiry and gave me a very competitive quote for both removal of an old countertop and replacement with Mustang quartzite. Our project required 4 slabs, and even then it was a bit of puzzle fitting to make it work with the grain patterns lining up on both seams and edges. Gregorio was very efficient and pleasant to work with. They did a great job of holding to their schedule, arriving on time, working quickly, and at the same time being very conscious of quality. I would definitely recommend Lito's to anyone and use them again myself.

My experience with Lito's Marble & Granite was top notch. I had purchased my countertop slabs and my contractor asked Lito's to do the template and installation. They were quick and super efficient. They came in, measured out the template and we met them within an hour at their shop to place the template on the slab. The quartzite I bought had shades of beige & grey veins throughout. The decision of where to put the seam was difficult. We needed the 2 pieces to match at the seam and the slabs were not colored the same at the seam area. Gregorio assured us that he would match the seam without issue, the color would be no problem. He was so right. The end result is stunning. You can not tell there is a seam unless you look very closely and you know where to look. He also beat his estimate to have my countertop ready by several days, which was super awesome as the contractor was finished with other tasks and was ready for the countertop installation. He spent time to tell me how to care for my countertop at the end of the installation. I could not be happier, I wish there was a 6 star rating.

I simply can't say enough great things about my experience with Gregorio and Lito's Marble & Granite. My project included kitchen and bar counters and a fireplace hearth. Gregorio came out and he's been amazing from the start. He gave me a few suggestions for where to go shopping for my new quartz countertops and made sure I got good pricing when I purchased the materials. When it came to my new fireplace hearth, he sent me somewhere else to go through marble and granite remnants to save some money (and again, made sure I got good pricing). The schedule slipped by about a day or so, but that's only because the quartz I ordered wasn't in stock (not Gregorio's fault!). Gregorio answered all my questions and he's just overall a super nice guy. Easy to work with, knows his stuff and does great work - very, very meticulous. I could not be happier.

Had Litos install a quartzite waterfall island and kitchen countertops and couldn't be happier with the entire process. They handled pickup of the materials, came and took measurements and even dealt with our odd bay window cranks when cutting the material. Even though it was during the holiday season, they were prompt and honest about timeframes.

Lito's Marble & Granite did a fantastic job fabricating and installing the Silestone countertops during a remodel project in South San Jose (see the photos of the Craftsman style kitchen with white cabinets). We received many compliments on their work during the recent open houses! During the project, we ran into a material defect issue with one of the Silestone slabs (no fault of Lito's!), but Alex and Gregorio were accommodating and reasonable to work with. If you are looking for a competent contractor who does quality work, is reliable and easy to work with, and is fairly priced, look no further than Lito's Marble & Granite. You will be very glad you did!

Ok, so my experience with Gregorio and his crew at Lito's Marble & Granite was not a normal situation. They kind of fell into my lap by the person I purchased my tile and counters from. I was not able to do my research and that made me nervous like a fat kid on a first date with gas. Lucky for me, Gregorio is professional, and knows his craft. He was super easy to work with, efficient, and honest. Side story to help understand the kind of person you will work with if you make the right choice to work with Gregorio. I purchased my Kitchen quartz top from Bedrosian's in San Jose. Gregorio personally went to pick up the slab to fabricate it. I received a call before he even loaded the material and I was immediately informed about the poor quality of the slab. He said there were minor scratches but they were all throughout the slab and in certain light would be noticeable and he recommended not to get that product. He was my eyes even though I had never even met the guy. I ended up trusting him immediately. He then picked up some pre fab slabs at Uni-Marble off of Brokaw, which has TERRIBLE reviews for their pick up process. Gregorio was not even supposed to install that slab for me, he was just doing it to help the project out. Well his kindness paid off as I eventually had him do the installation in return for his work in dealing with Uni for me so I didn't have to. Bottom line, he was awesome. Clean work, quick, and honest. One of my contractors scratched the new quartz after it was installed, and Gregorio sent someone back to fix it same day. I couldn't be happier. Remodeling is never fun, so anytime you can eliminate a tad bit of stress by having a quality worker...it's worth it!

I've now used the bathroom for 6 months and just wanted to boost the rating to a 5. Quality and workmanship is as good as it gets and at a great price. There are certainly places that charge an arm and a leg but I don't see how they could provide any better service.

My landscaper recommended Lito's for our outdoor kitchen. It is a huge U shaped counter and took three slabs of granite. Lito's did a fantastic job. I arrange most everything through email with Alexandra in the office and Gregorio came to do the on-site work. It looks wonderful and was so easy. I found them to be very responsive - answering all my questions very quickly. They even guided me away from materials that would not stand up to the outdoors but the stone place said was fine. After doing more research, Lito's was correct - it was not a good choice for outdoors. I did have a few other bids and they were the most competitive. I would absolutely use them again.

It took me several tries to find the right granite company for my kitchen remodel project, and I am so glad I found Gregorio and his team @ Lito's; I am just thrilled with the results. I am finishing off a complete kitchen knock out and remodel. We knew we wanted granite counters but weren't knowledgeable of the complete process as a do it yourself builder. I found Lito's Marble and Granite here on Yelp. After reading all of his excellent ratings I decided to contact Gregorio. I gave him a rough idea of my project to get a really guesstamite of the cost. Gregorio answered my email quickly and gave me a pretty good quotation and recommendations of stone vendors where I could get a discount. I'm sure I drove Gregorio and Alexa with all my questions and changes. Today was installation day. Gregorio and his team arrived exactly at 8:00 AM and started the install. By 11:30 the granite was in, the sink installed and holes drilled for the faucet. What can I say except I LOVE IT and a big shout out to Lito's Marble and Granite.

Gregorio and his team were awesome to work with. From the initial contact of obtaining an estimate through to the installation process - it could not have been easier! Gregorio picked up our stone slab and transported it to his shop, saving us the delivery fee that the store we purchased the stone from was going to charge us. Soon after the stone was at the shop, I was quickly informed that we were short on material for the kitchen and two baths. I was able to drop by the shop and pick out a remnant piece that complimented perfectly with all of our existing color choices. Gregorio's generosity was displayed through his offer to give us the remnant piece free of charge. This was so appreciated since we were undergoing a complete remodel of our first investment property and at this point felt like we were bleeding money to the finish line! Installation day was a breeze - Gregorio took the time to inspect our cabinets and made adjustments to ensure that the stone product would receive adequate support. The workmanship is flawless and the seams and edges on the stone counters are beautiful. The total cost was also very reasonable compared to other fabricators/installers. I selected Gregorio / Lito's Marble for a kitchen counter top installation. I was extremely picky selecting the countertop installer, especially towards the workmanship and the seams (we have a U-shape counter and has to expect seams). Gregorio went out of his way to prepare seams with a similar surface (Quartz) that I could see for myself. After seeing about 4 different installers who were willing to demonstrate their work (out o fmany more), Gregorio was simply the best and at a very reasonable price. Through the selection, then templating, manufacturing and installation, Gregorio was very responsive, extremely professional and very easy to discuss any details (and there are always many details). The countertop was installed today, and the result is very, very nice. I am so pleased with how the seams end up. The workmanship is simply fantastic. I have his number secured for our next project. I highly recommend Gregorio for his outstanding work.

I would definitely recommend Lito's Marble and Granite. We worked with Gregorio and had a wonderful experience. He was easy to get a hold of and always showed up when he was supposed to. I also felt very comfortable having him work in our home while I was there with my kids. He was referred to me by my mom, who also used him for her granite countertops a few years ago. He did a beautiful job in her kitchen and now ours as well. He templated and installed our quartz countertops and we couldn't be happier with the results. The fabrication was very well done and the installation too. Our seams are barely noticeable and the wide mitered edge we chose is consistent throughout. We got estimates from multiple fabricators and Lito's was very competitively priced. Gregorio also went the extra mile helping out with things that weren't necessarily his job. For example, the company we purchased our slabs from wasn't able to deliver them to Gregorio until the following week. This was hugely disappointing as we were living without a functioning kitchen. To help expedite our job and avoid unnecessary delays, he offered to go pick up the slabs for us the same day without any extra charge so that we could get our kitchen put back together faster. I can't say enough good things about Gregorio. He's awesome and we will for sure use him again in the future for any other remodeling projects.

Gregario did all the stone work for our bathroom. Which included the tub deck, tub sides, 2 shower walls with a niche, shower curb, shower bench walls, as well as the vanity top and all the back splashes with a beautiful white quartz. Not only did Gregario come under budget from every quote we got(and I got a lot of quotes). But he also did a fantastic job. Everything he did was done perfectly, he actually saved me because I was in contract with another fabricator, who told me they could do mitered edges on all the work, and then somehow "forgot" they had said that, and screwed me by trying to up the price. Instead of dealing with them I dropped them and went to Gregario and he fit me in his schedule quickly so it didnt delay the rest of my construction. He is amazingly gracious and prompt, his work was perfect, everyone thinks it looks great. I cannot be happier... if I had more stone fabrications to do I wouldnt even think of using anyone else. My contractor worked with him throughout the process and my contractor was very happy with him as well.

Like many homeowners, we were faced with the task of selecting a stone fabricator after purchasing a marble slab for a new fireplace surround (5 ft x 4 ft). I met with several fabricators recommended by the staff where we purchased the stone, their quotes were higher than Lito's. In addition to being very competitive, Lito's left me with the feeling that the job would be done right. Of course the other positive reviews here increased my confidence in Lito's. The final measurements were taken and the installation was completed yesterday. Not only were they professional and worked as quickly as they could for a pre-Thanksgiving install, the fabrication work was beautiful. If you are unsure about choosing a stone fabricator, I urge you to consider Lito's for good service, reasonable pricing, and excellent workmanship.

First off, I wish I could give them 6 stars. I called three granite fabricators. The first one has yet to call me back (two weeks now!) The second called me back after one week. Gregorio of Lito's called me back with in two hours. He came out the next day to give me a preliminary bid, which was better than I expected. One thing that sealed the deal though, was the "L" shaped cabinets. Several years ago we asked about that and every granite guy said we would have a seam/joint at the sink. Gregorio said, "I can do it without a seam, one piece". He did all the measurements and told me he could do the whole job with one slab (not the two we thought we'd need. He came out when I called and accepted the bid to do the template work. That took him about 2 hours. He left and told me when I get the slab, call him and he'd pick it up and save me the delivery charge!! After he picked up the slab on Monday, (we had a slight delay, not his fault) he said he would stick with the original date of Wed for install!! You're kidding me??!! On Wednesday at about noon, he was backing his truck into my driveway. Three hours later, I have brand new granite counter tops ("L" shaped area and center island). It gets better. I'm a fairly decent DIY'er and was going to install the marble subway tile back splash. He gave me a verbal quote, which I accepted. His tile guy was notified. I had a problem with the trim around the back splash (was going to use pencil trim because no one makes bull nose 'marble' tile. His nephew makes custom marble bull nose tile!!! No need to pencil trim to make a picture frame on the wall. The tile guy showed up on time and started. He didn't finish the whole thing in one day (he stayed until 8PM!!!!). Dedication to workmanship; 6 stars Attention to details; 6 stars Returning calls and keeping in contact; 6 stars When it's time to re-do the bathroom, I'm not going to bother calling around for granite guys. For some time I had been thinking of giving my kitchen a face lift. A friend recommended Lito's. She was very pleased with the work they did. I called and requested that they come out to see my kitchen and give some ideas and a quote. It took 5 days from the day they came out to give me a quote to the day they installed the new counters. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the company and the quality of the material they use and the service provided. The men are very friendly and are very good at giving you ideas. The quality of the labor is wonderful. Everything was done to perfection and everything was left in great conditions, all I needed was the sink to be installed. My bathroom also needs some work and without a doubt I would call the company again and ask them to re-do my bathroom. I would recommend this to any one who needs to get things done quick and with quality.

All we needed was a remnant for a bathroom vanity. Lito's not only had some but had some Carrara marble ones that were exactly what we were looking for. The price to fabricate and install was half what we had been quoted by several other shops. After discussing what part of the marble we wanted to show Lito and his assistant delivered and installed it within a week as promised. There was some difficulty in installing it due to some cabinet work that wasn't what it should have been (and which Lito had nothing to do with). He not only figured out what was needed but did the work without any problems. We strongly recommend Lito for anyone looking for good products and good service. Our vanity looks great with the marble counter and back splash!

I had a small job to just create a backsplace piece for above my stove. 26x30. I had some leftover granite from my counter top, and asked Lito to remove the bullnosed piece, cut the size to my specs, and polish it. I was able to take it in and get it back on the same day. The piece came out pefect and exactly the right size. I am very happy with Lito's work, and it was very reasonably priced. I will go back to Lito's if i have any more work!

Lito is the best stone fabricator I have ever worked with. I used to be a designer and project manager in the stone industry a few years ago, and have worked with Lito on numerous high end projects all over the Bay Area. His work is impeccable, he is extremely knowledgeable, and in addition he is as polite, courteous and dependable as it gets, which is hard to find in the industry. We recently renovated our own house, Lito did all the stone work for three bathrooms, our kitchen, and two fireplaces. Extraordinary Master Craftsman We are so pleased with our granite. We had narrowed down our granite choices to two pairs of slabs with significant color features that we thought would make a dramatic counter top in our kitchen. Lito Viveros met with us at the granite store to make the final selection. He measured each slab and considered the layout and fabrication. He recommended one of the slabs as it would allow continuity between the countertop and the back splash. Once our cabinets were installed, Lito made a template to define the contours for the granite. Our kitchen is a bit unusual with a large curved peninsula so the template process needed to be rather precise. The granite flows into the window sill adding complexity to the layout. Lito determined the best layout that showcased the granite's natural beauty. The granite has the appearance of a river running through it. We saw the template attached to the granite slabs at his shop. We then approved the layout. And then about 4 days later he was ready for installation due to a delay in one of his major contracts that was in the queue ahead of us. The on-site effort was a team approach in handling the heavy slabs as we had selected 3 cm think granite. They matched the seams so they are nearly invisible. The back splash appears to be a continuation of the slab with very similar coloration. Lito and his team work in a careful and precise manner and have such an incredible eye for detail. Lito is a meticulous, creative, talented granite fabricator. He also has an easy going personality with exceptional customer service skills. We would highly recommend Lito's one-stop full service solution to your granite needs.

If you are looking for fair prices and quality craftsmanship, this company takes the cake. I learned so much from Alexandra about quartz and she taught me about using remnant pieces for my bath vanities to save money. The installation for 1 kitchen and 2 large baths were done in 1 day. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 starts is because they had a miscommunication during install and they didnt finish the side backsplash so my master bath was left without side backsplash. They will be returning me money for that and when I asked for the remnant piece left over from my kitchen they delivered it to my home. The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any countertops!

Do yourself a favor and stop looking, because these guys are really good. We had a tricky job. Our island was extra large with cutouts for columns on each end, and to do it without a seam meant maneuvering an 800-lb counter. To do all the surfaces with one slab required extremely tight cuts. Lito's provided a very reasonable quote in a matter of hours, scheduled demolition for the following week, turned it around so quickly we were without a kitchen for just 9 days (and that's because we pushed it back a day), and the final bill was exactly what they quoted. They didn't even charge extra for mitered edges. Everyone was cheerful and professional and they left the house clean. When I discovered some adhesive had not been completely wiped off, they didn't bat an eye at making the 40-mile round trip to fix it. They even removed a large scratch made by the plumber before we'd had a chance to use our new counters! Isn't that the kind of contractor you want to do business with?

This company had the best price and was able to cut and install granite in a timely manner. However they did not finish the counter tops to my satisfaction. They didn't finish grinding the top of counter tops at the seams (joints) and sealing the granite. They missed two appointments to finish the job, but had already received payment for the work. they didn't return phone calls or respond to messages left on their ans. mach. They also committed to add a counter top in my sun room, for a fee, but as above they didn't show or complete what they quoted to do.

We had a bad experience with Lito's. We used Lito's for our new kitchen countertops. There were 4 pieces in the kitchen that they fabricated and 1 small one by our front door. They severely damaged the largest kitchen section. They cut the sink in wrong place in a second section. They had noticeable epoxy fills and non-right angle cuts on a third. The other two had minor epoxy fills. They came to inspect and tried to get out of some of it by telling us our granite chips easily. Funny there was no issue or discussion of potential problems when they got the granite or before they fabricated. They agreed to buy a new slab and redo two out of three portions. The redone pieces are great, no chips or issues. However we still have one section where they did a very poor job. We had to keep the third poorly done section to get the other two replaced. See the pics. If I could do it over I would have chosen another fabricator.

Our contractor used Lito's to install 2 Silestone (premium 3cm?) countertops for our bathrooms.I noticed a sizable chip on the corner of our master bath countertop immediately after install.You couldn't miss it lol! They did come out promptly to repair though. I guess my only complaint on that one would be to have installers look over their work.(chip was very obvious) Fast forward a few months we needed our kitchen countertops replaced. They weren't very responsive with communication. Out of the 3 fabrication quotes I rec'd (the other 2 companies were recommended by All Natural Stone)theirs was twice the cost.Also,Lito's insisted I needed 3 slabs.We went back and forth on that one.The other 2 quotes from fabricators recommended by All Natural Stone said I would only need 2 slabs. Too busy,too expensive,error on slab quantity (I could have shelled out another $4k for quartzite slab!)and quick to run out the door after install so used someone else. My bathroom countertops do look nice though. I feel bad with only one star but the price gouging and big error regarding # of slabs was bad!

Beware, flaky outfit. Number on website goes to some one's personal cell who directs you to an address that doesn't even have their business name attached to it. My guess is this business is run on the side. Websites can be very deceiving.
