I had to work with Deborah multiple times to find the stone I wanted and she was always pleasant to answer any questions I have, and supporting me to decide with great suggestions. Installers did a great job and didn’t leave any mess. When I visited to see the stones, Owner Rigo went above and beyond to show me the stones to make a decision. Lion stone did a wonderful job installing the beautiful granite in my kitchen. From start to finish, they were in constant contact and the process went very quickly (much quicker than the times I was given when looking at other granite companies). I will definitely use them again. The installers were very professional, careful, and cleaned up.

Exceptionally good job in fabricating and installing an 84" x 54" Island countertop with double thick edge, L shaped kitchen counters and window sill extending over 4 windows 10' long using Fantasy Brown natural quartzite. Kitchen was a full gut remodel in a Bucks County style farmhouse. Installing crew were careful and did no damage. Staff were professional and knew what they were doing. I would recommend Lion Stone and would go back to them for other projects.

People are very nice and friendly. I was able to go there and pick the countertop I wanted. The staff was patient with my pickiness. The installers came in the time window given and did an excellent job installing the countertop and sealing it properly. They gave me some great care instructions as well. Have used this company a couple of times now and have had great experiences both times.

Terrible Experience with Lion Stone - Avoid at All Costs! My recent experience with Lion Stone was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite the initial positive interaction with Deborah, who was pleasant and offered a competitive price, the actual installation process was an absolute disaster. Oscar, the individual tasked with measurements, was not only rushed and impatient but displayed behavior that bordered on racism. He showed a complete disregard for our preferences and seemed disinterested in providing any level of customer service. During the installation, the disrespect continued. The installers tracked dirt and grime throughout my home, ignoring basic courtesy by not even asking if they should remove their shoes or use protective coverings. To add insult to injury, they blasted loud music, disturbing the peace of my household. Upon inspecting the finished product, we discovered a chip in the granite backsplash. When we brought it to their attention, the installer initially agreed to fix it but later claimed it was a "feature" of the stone and refused to address the issue. To make matters worse, he became confrontational and threatened to dismantle the entire installation if we persisted. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering Lion Stone to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and invest in a more reputable establishment, even if it means paying a little extra. Trust me, it's worth avoiding the stress and frustration of dealing with Lion Stone.
