This is the only place you need to go for any of your countertop needs. The service is above exceptional. My sales associate, Ruth, went above and beyond, even communicating on her day off. Sending me to the best slab yards and working with them to find me two matching slabs when my top pick was not large enough . Cody made the template, spot on and included minor tweaks for me. Chris and crew installed my countertops so smoothly that I can't even find the seam and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Our experience with Lexmar was outstanding. Hanna, our Sales Associate, explained the details of different surfaces and was very patient with us while we looked through various slabs of granite in their storage area. Cheryl also helped a lot, explaining the steps we would have to take to get The granite installed. This was our first experience with granite installation. Hannah kept us updated on how and when things would progress. All of the staff were helpful, answered any questions we had, great people to deal with from start to finish. The installers did a great job installing our granite. Very efficient and professional. All at a reasonable price. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Our experience with Lexmar was awesome. We went to 6 other stone fabricators in addition to Lexmar for our kitchen countertops, and none of them met the same level of service that Lexmar provided Ruth and Cheryl from Lexmar were super friendly, professional, and very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the process. We were very indecisive, and were trying to find a sweet spot of aesthetics vs our budget. Over the course of several weeks we ended up forwarding around 40 selections from MSI & Monte to Ruth and Cheryl. It was a lot, but they were very graceful about our overwhelming number of requests.They were also very quick to turn around the requests into quotes, and talking about our selections. When we finally chose the stone we wanted to use, Jason came to our house for final templates/measurements. He was on time with the home visit, and worked efficiently. He did take input from us and answered any questions about the layout and the installation process we had at the time. When it came time to layout the templates on the slabs at Lexmars fabrication shop, Jason worked with me to ensure continuity between transitions and where the seam(s) would be. It was nice to have his experience to provide some guidance during that process rather than to just leave me to move shapes on the stone and hope for the best. Jason had a helper when install day came. Without prompting they laid out floor protection on the pathway to our kitchen, and took care to avoid damaging any walls or doorways. The install was fast and it looked beautiful when finished. We were excited and signed the paperwork accepting the install and they were on their way. Later that day I had a closer look at some of the install and had some minor questions/concerns (e.g. one side of my stove countertop was higher than the other due to the floor not be perfectly level). I emailed Ruth and Cheryl and was responded to immediately. Jason was back out a day later to address everything I asked about. I work with contractors everyday in the construction industry, and it is very rare for a contractor to be so responsive and amenable to what essentially is rework after customer acceptance. There was no fighting or weeks of communication. It was truly remarkable. We would absolutely use Lexmar again, though I hope to never renovate my kitchen again...so maybe if we hit the lottery and build our dream house. Otherwise, we will just endlessly recommend them to anyone we know who needs a stone fabricator. Included in this review is a picture of the current progress on the kitchen. No backsplash or trim yet, but the stone looks incredible!

We had a new powder room vanity top/sink installed by LexMar USA. We worked with Tammy who was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though we changed our minds twice during the selection process of the sink top, she was always pleasant and did not rush us at all. Excellent Customer Service!!! The individuals who installed the vanity top and sink were very professional and did an exceptional job. It looks great. We are very pleased. We'll definitely be back.

I recently had new Quartz countertops installed in my kitchen. I am so happy with the end product. Jason and his crew did an excellent job, and they were detailed oriented. From the beginning with the thorough measurements, making of templates, and including me with the layout before cutting the stone. I highly recommend this local close to home treasure! We picked a piece of Quartz (Category Z) from Mont for installation over all of our kitchen countertops. As a wholesale distributer, Mont does not sell the stone directly to customers, but requires a fabricator. We contacted 5 fabricators in Pittsburgh, and long story short, Lexmar was by far the best. I'll give a brief account of why we liked them so much, followed by a longer account of what happened with the other 4. Hopefully our experience will be useful to others. I don't have enough good things to say about Lexmar, but to highlight a few: 1) very fair prices, 2) extremely nice personnel, 3) super high quality work, and 4) on schedule from start to finish (so rare in the renovation business!). Our stone was a category Z from Mont with a very heterogeneous pattern that needed to be cut into many pieces with lots of cutouts. First, Cheryl, the contact person, is truly one of the nicest and most informative people I have encountered in the renovation business. She explained the entire process to me (and it unfolded exactly as she said it would), and answered all my questions without being patronizing or impatient. Second, the guy who measured the kitchen (before the demolition of the old tiles and countertops) must have done a great job, because when the pieces arrived, they were not a millimeter off. Third, when I visited their warehouse, the stone cutter patiently worked with me for an hour to match this unusually difficult-to-work with piece of stone into the right arrangement of pieces to make the seems look continuous. He really amazed me with his artistic eye for detail and how he traced the complex pattern from one end to the next. Finally, the installation went super smoothly. They showed up on time, worked diligently to make sure the necessary structural support was there and added pieces if in doubt. They did the plumbing as well, installed the cooktop, and tested everything. The result was the most gorgeous countertops ever! (will post pics when the renovation is complete!). Could not have asked for a better experience, and could not have been happier about supporting a local business with people who truly deserve the support. For the record, here's our experience with the other 4 fabricators that we did not hire: 1- Armina stone: The most expensive quote, i.e., exactly twice as expensive as Lexmar. No itemized pricing was provided. 2- Magnotti and Son: the second most expensive quote. I have been their customer for stone and hearthstone for two fireplaces. They provide good quality cuts, but are sometimes unnecessarily expensive. For example, they charged me 50% more for a box of limestone from Eldorado compared to another distributor. 3- Quality Granite Outlet: Same price at Magnotti and Son, but itemized and detailed. Fast response and an offer to price match. We did not follow up with them because the price was still 60% higher than the least expensive quote we had, so we figured price matching was probably not going to work out. 4- Ultimate Granite: Second least expensive option after Lexmar. I had them recommended by our tile guy, so I was interested in working with them, and their low price and good reviews were appealing. I'm afraid our experience with them left much to be desired. In contrast to Lexmar, they could not be less unfriendly. Speaking with them on the phone felt like a grand imposition. Even though the price was only slightly higher than Lexmar, when I asked them whether they were interested in matching it, they dismissed it right off the bat with no attempts to retain us. When I asked for specific prices of like backsplash, they never got back to me. So, they were naturally out.

Lexmar was a pleasure to work with. We had a relatively small job, which they were willing to come into the city to do - and when there was a small problem with our bathroom sink after the job was done, the owner came out himself and made things right, on his own time. Amazing experience. It has been 2 months since the installation of my granite counter tops. I am still in love with my choice and the installation is perfect. They are a great team, from helping me understand my options to taking the time to explain the installation process and making sure I was absolutely thrilled when the were complete. We also decided to install a piece from our slab onto the hearth of our fireplace. Looks great and brings the rooms together. I highly recommend this company.

While looking for a specific LG Viatera quartz countertop this summer for my newly renovated kitchen, Lexmar USA was one of five local fabricators that I reached out to for quotes. The good news is that I received the least expensive quote from Lexmar USA. The bad news? I gave them my floor plans yet somehow received not one or two but THREE incorrect quotes from two different Lexmar associates. None of the other four companies had any issues with accuracy, so I was extremely unimpressed when Lexmar continued to have issues providing me with an accurate estimate. At the end of the day, I ended up going with Quality Granite Factory in the Strip District, who were willing to match Lexmar's price.
