Be careful with this company that offers the best quality of laminated floor and the best financing options. The photos that they have on their website would make you think that your house would turn out beautifully. I went to LA Carpet in Corona with Ray and Ana. At first they were very attentive. Ray came to our house and took The measurement with the floor that we chose because according to Ana it was “the best on the market” I asked them for a floor that is 100% waterproof, scratch proof, and stain proof. That day I asked Ray if we could install the flooring next to the chimney and he said yes we could with 100% confidence. He should know since he has years of experience and is the regional manager. My husband signed without knowing the literal nightmare we were about to go through. Since the first day they installed the floor we noticed the terrible quality, chips in the paint and cracks in the laminate. Even when they installed it they left gaps between the panels. When they came to install the floor by the chimney the installers told me that they could not install it next to the chimney because it was against the law and they would need to put ceramic instead. There sellers were so interested in selling their product that they didn’t care about the possibility of causing a fire by lighting the laminate on fire. Ever since then it has been one incident after another. From choosing the tile that would be placed by the chimney, to the floor that they already installed chipping and breaking, to them not coming back to continue the installation for two months. Hey still have not come back to install the rest of it. I have had 2 months of sending them proof that their floor is terrible quality, but all they care about is that we pay for their defective flooring. Their website says that they have a “satisfaction guarantee” which is a bunch of lies. They are even took pictures of my house without permission and sent us a letter threatening to sue if we did not fulfill the contract. Even when they came back to install the floor the installers would not continue the installation because we had not moved out furniture something that they said they would do as was specified in the contract. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I am going through and I’m sure some people have had positive experiences with LA carpet, but I’m sure I’m not the only one that has had a bad one. If you still go to La carpet to get work done. Make sure you read the contract and ask them for a cost breakdown before you sign with them because if you ask them for one after you do it will be next to impossible to get one from them.

We had our master bathroom remodeled with new shower, sink and flooring as well as carpet in the living room, and we’re so pleased with their work. We worked with Ray and Anna, they were extremely helpful through the process. Zach and Jason did the demo and installation of the shower. I was so impressed how they prepped for all the work - really seemed to take pride in their work and keeping my house clean in the process. We were so happy with that remodel that we decided to redo the shower in the main living area as well. Nestor and Ernesto came out to do that remodel and once again - we were in Awe!! So happy with the new showers in our home!!! Highly recommend!!!

LA Carpet provided an exceptional experience with my bath remodel. Regional Manager "Ray" was extremely knowledgeable and walked my wife and I through the estimate and provided samples to ensure expectation would be met. Ana Saidian provided all trade scheduling and coordination. The process was very streamlined and all installers arrived on time and performed very efficiently. A special shout out to Zack for his outstanding tub to shower conversion installation service. Other trade specialists that performed well and met deliverables were Jason, Luis, Adan and Jesus. LA Carpet + Flooring did an exceptional job throughout the process of installing new tile flooring in our primary bathroom along with new premium carpet in all 5 bedrooms + closets. Our project manager, Ray, was an absolute super star for us. He was there for us every step of the way and is an asset to the company + most definitely to us as well. The installers for both the tile + carpet were very nice and were total pros. No complaints! 5-star all the way!! I've already recommended LA Carpet + Flooring to friends + family and will continue to do so.

Ray came out to our home from LA carpet twice to give us quotes for a kitchen renovation and flooring for kitchen, dining room, & family room. The price was the best we had heard after talking to 3 others. The products were beautiful. We had the kitchen done and we keep getting so many compliments about our kitchen. Our flooring is laid and it's just beautiful. The trim looks so professional. They were here Wed.&Thurs. last week. They were just about finished when all our fire alarms went off. Our youngest autistic boy tried to light a candle and it started a fire. Quickly both workers jumped into helping to put it out. They went above and beyond and we were so grateful. There was only very small damage to a shelf and some clothes. Also, a worker (Luis) came today to fix a drawer that wouldn't close. He said it wasn't attached all the way so he fixed it and then check all the drawers and tighten them for us. We have received so many compliments on our kitchen and floor and we recommend LA Carpet to everyone. Thanks again Ray!

RAY was knowledgeable, patient and provided a wealth of information on carpet styles, care, and installation. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful. He quoted a price that was reasonable and affordable, and therefore there was no going back and forth with pricing. I highly recommend Ray for great customer service. My Installation Team (FRANCISCO and CARLOS) were professional, timely and left my home exactly like they found it (clean). They moved my furniture with care and placed everything back exactly like they found it. As a matter of fact, they installed my carpet so fast, I couldn't believe it! I was very happy with the outcome of my new carpet, and therefore, I highly recommend LA Carpet in Corona, and be sure to ask for RAY. Thanks LA CARPET, CORONA for a Job Well Done!

Hello all, I was very skeptical to use this company due to the rating being all over the board. I know you will never be able to please everyone, there are people you will never please no matter what you do so I wanted to post my rating right away. I dealt initially with Anna and Ray. We did our estimate and we decided to give them a try. They scheduled the work for us within a couple weeks and sent Dector and his helper out to do the install. What a team!!! These gentleman were nothing but professional, answered questions we had along the way and were so nice and worked so hard. These 2 guys did excellent work. We're very careful with our personal belongings, cleaned everyday before they left and always had a smile of their faces. I highly recommend them, and I would say the exact same thing even if my family wanted to use. Thank you LA Carpet for the wonderful product, the professionalism the entire way, our home looks amazing!! Thank you thank you!!

Sooooo Ray is a very good sales person but more importantly a good "people person." Ray, came into my home to quote me and it wasn't the cheapest quote but I liked his presentation and I wanted good material with good quality work. He assured me we would be happy. It's easy to say that but when there are hiccups or problems not everybody actually steps up to the plate, handles the hard calls, and scrambles to fix it meanwhile REMINDING you, "I want you happy." Just like any constructive kitchen upgrade there could be hiccups and there was. Thank you to Ray & Anna to handling the heated & tough calls and keeping your word. We are extremely happy with our kitchen even tho their was a few bumps. Thanks Ray & Anna!

We recently had our whole house Re-carpeted and on the date of installation the new carpet had stains most likely from the factory machinery. As you can imagine the whole house was in disarray for the carpet install. The installers had to leave since the new carpet was unusable. I gave Ray a call and he was on it. Within an hour they had located new a role of carpet and prioritized our install on the very next Monday only two days later. The installers completed the installation and did a first rate job. Ray even arranged for floor molding to be done the very next day, which wasn't in the original job quote, free of charge. That going the extra mile for great customer service. I highly recommend Ray and his team!

We were skeptical going with what we thought was a commercial/franchise flooring company. In fact, we did our due diligence and attained quotes from small businesses and other commercial competitors to install flooring in our entire house. We are so blessed that we challenged our skepticism and had Ray come. His advice, patience, creativity with financing, EVERYTHING was nothing short of a miracle. We forecasted only being able to afford doing our flooring in pieces because we wanted high quality flooring and wanted to stay responsibly in budget. Ray being the guru fulfilled our dreams. He got us top of the line flooring, with herringbone tile, during a pandemic, with ABSOLUTE BEST INSTALLER ADAM, for our ENTIRE HOUSE, not just a portion. Flooring is a huge investment and it sets the precedence of your entire home decor, and comfort. It is necessary to go with a company who is going to exceed your best interest because flooring is a life sentence. You will be overwhelmed with satisfaction with Ray, LA Carpet CORONA, and Adam the installer.

I had a great experience with LA carpet. I had new laminate flooring and kitchen quartz counters put in. It was all done in a timely manner, customer service was great and cost very reasonable. I am grateful for Ray at his team in Corona.

I recently had the floors in my 2000 Sq ft home replaced. The installers Augustine and Andrew were amazing. Always here when they said they would be, quick, and the quality of workmanship was just amazing.

We are so excited for our new floors! Ray and Ana were a pleasure to work with, they knew exactly what we needed-waterproof laminate flooring. We did our entire house. The 2 construction workers-Augustine and Andres were timely, hard working and did such a clean job! You should request them to get the job done. Everything looks so wonderful. It was a blessing for LA carpet to bring a new look into our home. We are so grateful! Will highly recommend you guys to everyone!!!

Very satisfied with my carpet installation. The two guys moved my heavy stuff as pre arraigned wouldn't even let me help. Very polite on time and professional. I highly recommend.

We just sold our house and moved back into our first home, which we had been renting. Sadly, the carpets we installed 3 years ago had been destroyed. I frantically tried to find a carpet store who could help within one week. Many had no availability for 6 weeks! LA Carpet Corona store to the rescue!. They helped me select top of the line carpet, measured and ordered my carpet the same day! Anna was so helpful, as was Bennie, who is her Irvine store associate. The installers were out within 5 business days. They did an amazing, careful installation of the pad and carpet. Beautiful! We are sooo happy! Perfect job!

We had laminate flooring installed in all our bedrooms, upstairs hallway and office area. Also had baseboards replaced in our whole house. LA carpet provided competitive pricing and completed the installation ahead of the promised date. The installation crew of Farzan, Kami and Tone worked very efficiently and completed the project in time and with quality results. This is the second time that we had used LA carpet for our flooring needs and both times we have gotten excellent work.

I have dealt with Ray and Ana many times now. They are smart and efficient. They both have vast product knowledge. It is pretty amazing the amount of detail and specifications they know off the top of their heads on so many product lines. I found this very helpful as well as a time saver. Our floors came out beautiful. I would highly recommend!!
