I just had laminate floors installed in my home. I was very pleased with the entire process. The girl in the office karleny was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions to my questions. There was no pressure. I went with 5 year finance, The crew showed up on time and did a great job. They also cleaned up nicely. My floors look great. I recommend this company.

Be careful with this company that offers the best quality of laminated floor and the best financing options. The photos that they have on their website would make you think that your house would turn out beautifully. I went to LA Carpet in Corona with Ray and Ana. At first they were very attentive. Ray came to our house and took The measurement with the floor that we chose because according to Ana it was “the best on the market” I asked them for a floor that is 100% waterproof, scratch proof, and stain proof. That day I asked Ray if we could install the flooring next to the chimney and he said yes we could with 100% confidence. He should know since he has years of experience and is the regional manager. My husband signed without knowing the literal nightmare we were about to go through. Since the first day they installed the floor we noticed the terrible quality, chips in the paint and cracks in the laminate. Even when they installed it they left gaps between the panels. When they came to install the floor by the chimney the installers told me that they could not install it next to the chimney because it was against the law and they would need to put ceramic instead. There sellers were so interested in selling their product that they didn’t care about the possibility of causing a fire by lighting the laminate on fire. Ever since then it has been one incident after another. From choosing the tile that would be placed by the chimney, to the floor that they already installed chipping and breaking, to them not coming back to continue the installation for two months. Hey still have not come back to install the rest of it. I have had 2 months of sending them proof that their floor is terrible quality, but all they care about is that we pay for their defective flooring. Their website says that they have a “satisfaction guarantee” which is a bunch of lies. They are even took pictures of my house without permission and sent us a letter threatening to sue if we did not fulfill the contract. Even when they came back to install the floor the installers would not continue the installation because we had not moved out furniture something that they said they would do as was specified in the contract. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I am going through and I’m sure some people have had positive experiences with LA carpet, but I’m sure I’m not the only one that has had a bad one. If you still go to La carpet to get work done. Make sure you read the contract and ask them for a cost breakdown before you sign with them because if you ask them for one after you do it will be next to impossible to get one from them.

We had our master bathroom remodeled with new shower, sink and flooring as well as carpet in the living room, and we’re so pleased with their work. We worked with Ray and Anna, they were extremely helpful through the process. Zach and Jason did the demo and installation of the shower. I was so impressed how they prepped for all the work - really seemed to take pride in their work and keeping my house clean in the process. We were so happy with that remodel that we decided to redo the shower in the main living area as well. Nestor and Ernesto came out to do that remodel and once again - we were in Awe!! Ray came out to our home from LA carpet twice to give us quotes for a kitchen renovation and flooring for kitchen, dining room, & family room. The price was the best we had heard after talking to 3 others. The products were beautiful. We had the kitchen done and we keep getting so many compliments about our kitchen. Our flooring is laid and it's just beautiful. The trim looks so professional. They were here Wed.&Thurs. last week. They were just about finished when all our fire alarms went off. Our youngest autistic boy tried to light a candle and it started a fire. Quickly both workers jumped into helping to put it out. They went above and beyond and we were so grateful. There was only very small damage to a shelf and some clothes. Also, a worker (Luis) came today to fix a drawer that wouldn't close. He said it wasn't attached all the way so he fixed it and then check all the drawers and tighten them for us. We have received so many compliments on our kitchen and floor and we recommend LA Carpet to everyone. Thanks again Ray!

RAY was knowledgeable, patient and provided a wealth of information on carpet styles, care, and installation. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful. Hello all, I was very skeptical to use this company due to the rating being all over the board. I know you will never be able to please everyone, there are people you will never please no matter what you do so I wanted to post my rating right away. I dealt initially with Anna and Ray. We did our estimate and we decided to give them a try. They scheduled the work for us within a couple weeks and sent Dector and his helper out to do the install. What a team!!! These gentleman were nothing but professional, answered questions we had along the way and were so nice and worked so hard. These 2 guys did excellent work. We're very careful with our personal belongings, cleaned everyday before they left and always had a smile of their faces. I highly recommend them, and I would say the exact same thing even if my family wanted to use. Sooooo Ray is a very good sales person but more importantly a good "people person." Ray, came into my home to quote me and it wasn't the cheapest quote but I liked his presentation and I wanted good material with good quality work. He assured me we would be happy. It's easy to say that but when there are hiccups or problems not everybody actually steps up to the plate, handles the hard calls, and scrambles to fix it meanwhile REMINDING you, "I want you happy." Just like any constructive kitchen upgrade there could be hiccups and there was. Thank you to Ray & Anna to handling the heated & tough calls and keeping your word. I just remodeled my kitchen and flooring with LA Carpet, and it came out Fabulous! The team of contractors that worked hard did a fantastic job! Marcello, the flooring specialists was precise with the measurements and was very detailed oriented, my flooring is beautiful! Luis, the cabinet installer did a great job and installed the cabniets quickly. Cesar, the plumber who came to fix our leaking sink and knew exactly what needed to be done. Jesus, the appliance installer was very gentle moving and installing our appliances and installed my plumbing perfectly. Ana, who coordinated step by step with the process of remodeling handled everything with ease. Ray, the sales rep who quoted us and gave us the exact numbers and cost with no hidden in betweens. I don't think I have came across having a kitchen remodeled and flooring install within two weeks! Thanks to all the team at LA Carpet!

We recently had our whole house Re-carpeted and on the date of installation the new carpet had stains most likely from the factory machinery. As you can imagine the whole house was in disarray for the carpet install. The installers had to leave since the new carpet was unusable. I gave Ray a call and he was on it. Within an hour they had located new a role of carpet and prioritized our install on the very next Monday only two days later. The installers completed the installation and did a first rate job. Ray even arranged for floor molding to be done the very next day, which wasn't in the original job quote, free of charge. That going the extra mile for great customer service. I highly recommend Ray and his team!

We just sold our house and moved back into our first home, which we had been renting. Sadly, the carpets we installed 3 years ago had been destroyed. We had laminate flooring installed in all our bedrooms, upstairs hallway and office area. Also had baseboards replaced in our whole house. LA carpet provided competitive pricing and completed the installation ahead of the promised date. The installation crew of Farzan, Kami and Tone worked very efficiently and completed the project in time and with quality results. This is the second time that we had used LA carpet for our flooring needs and both times we have gotten excellent work.

I have dealt with Ray and Ana many times now. They are smart and efficient. They both have vast product knowledge. It is pretty amazing the amount of detail and specifications they know off the top of their heads on so many product lines. I found this very helpful as well as a time saver.
