The woman working at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. On top of that, she refused to have the order loaded on my truck with the excuse that her guys were at lunch. I observed at least 3 workers in the warehouse that could've loaded it in 5 minutes, but she refused to have them do so. Totally unprofessional! Because of her horrible behavior I wasted a chunk of my time and my job was delayed. I will never again use LJ Stone because of this person and my company does hundreds of thousands of dollars in bath and kitchen remodels a year. I will use one of the many other stores on 9th street and I advise you do so also.

We needed to remodel our master bathroom even if it was only 7 years old. The builder put in not that good ones so we wanted to get better quality cabinets and countertops. After shopping around we found this place in Upland. Although the name doesn't suggest they have cabinets. They do have good selection of cabinets and great selection of countertops( Corian, Marble, Granite, Quartz and more.) The prices are very good and affordable. Cece was the one whom helped us and she was very patient. After you order it takes about a week too hey the cabinets. The countertops they have plenty in stock. I do recommend this place of you looking to get any cabinets and countertops.

Very disappointed. I bought cabinets, quartz countertop, and a farmhouse sink from LJ Stone. Total cost was approximately $8500. The farmhouse sink I was given came defective. As you can see in the pictures, the sink drain hole is uneven and does not allow the kitchen sink basket to sit properly. Since it does not sit properly there's a leak. I've had 3 different plumbers come out to try to stop the leak and no matter what they do (silicone, plumbers putty, etc.) it continues to leak and they all say the same thing, the sink is defective. I contacted Gary from LJ Stone and it seemed like he was going to help me out. He said he was going to contact the manufacturer to give me the information on the correct kitchen basket because he claimed that I probably had the wrong size (note, I had already tried 3 other kitchen baskets from Home Depot and they all sat uneven due to the uneven hole). I decided to give him a chance, who knows, maybe he had the correct kitchen basket for the sink. So far I've gone 2 weeks without any news, I call/text Gary and he claims they are getting back to him "today" (I wonder which today it is). For $8500 that I paid, they need to replace my sink! The company that installed the kitchen GTO Countertops has agreed to install the sink at no cost as long as LJ Stone replaces the sink. This is a very frustrating issue. Sucks to have a leak in your new kitchen when it's all supposed to be new! Do not go with LJ Stone! Horrible customer service.

They are blocking or deleting this review... I wonder why!??? I have normally purchased material from here for my boss and normally Jennifer was the person that I would deal with since my boss was recommended to work with her. Unfortunately Jennifer doesn't work there anymore and it was always a great experience with her, she was such a nice girl and awesome to work with and she would go out of her way to call me for other materials that I was asking her for before I went to get them she would check for me and call me back all the time. This one last time I had to deal with Cici since Jennifer is t there anymore and it was the worst experience ever she was shorty with her answers she just had such a flat mood (if you know what I mean) she was just blah! After continually being a customer here now I am sure not to go back to this store. There are so many other stores on ninth street and I'm sure they would be happier to take my business. This so called CiCi or whatever her name it is just rude! Never coming here again. I spoke to my boss and told him Jennifer is no longer there. But thank fully my boss has her number and I'm sure wherever she goes we are sure to follow!
