Buyers be aware, the flooring samples in the showroom don't match the real product they send you. I bought following samples and they sent me a flooring way different with so manyyyy Very dark pieces that is not even present in the sample in showroom (code is the same). Showroom is just a selection of best samples in the product not the reality . now I have to redo all the flooring from another company (a trusted one) paying again for product and labor. Don't fall for the better price.

This is probably the best experience I have with kitchen cabinets in the Bay Area. I am a contractor, I typically buy about 20 sets kitchen cabinets for my customers, they have the best quality in the Bay Area except you want to pay premium for custom cabinets. I thought all KZ are the same, it turns out they carry different products.

I want to give a big shoutout to Hong Le Liang and Lilian at KZS Kitchen & Cabinet Supplies! They were amazing and made our shopping experience so much better. When we walked in, Hong Le Liang greeted us with a smile and made us feel really welcome. He knew everything about the stuff they had and helped us pick out exactly what we needed. He was patient and super friendly the whole time. And then there's Lilian. She was just as awesome! She paid attention to all the little details and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. She even gave us some great ideas we hadn't thought of before. Together, Hong Le Liang and Lilian were like a dream team. They made us feel really confident about our purchase. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with the team at KZS. We worked with them to get our kitchen remodeled. The contractor did couple of mistake where they didn’t put a panel as per design. We had to wait more than a month for the replacement to come and didn’t have a finished kitchen until a month after the agreed due date. The overall work of the contractor was also sloppy with misaligned doors and door handles. Highly doubt we will work with them on our next project.

We were rebuilding our home with 2 kitchens, and we got both kitchen cabinets from here. The designers are super helpful, and knowledgeable and helped design exactly what we wanted. It took quite a few iterations but they were very patient and courteous and really understood our needs to make our kitchen great. The cabinets look really spectacular, and good quality, love the bright oak color. The price was actually cheaper than some other places we shopped around.

Don’t go to them ever. First of all their prices are high because they get their items from other KZ kitchen. Secondly their service is very poor. I ordered my floating shelves from them and they took 3 weeks to get them which is one week late than their original date. I had to call them multiple times and when I finally got the shelves their installation equipment was so different. My contractor said we can’t use them so when I went to return them they didn’t take the items saying that special orders can’t be returned. They never gave me that information when I purchased the item.

We visited for a kitchen remodel. After selecting the cabinets, countertops, and sink, we were able to order items sized to fit our kitchen using 3D modeling. A week after placing the order, we could pick it up at the specified location. The prices were reasonable, and the cabinets were well-made. We ended up not needing one of the countertops, but when we went to the shop, they promptly processed the return.

Went into KZ Kitchens on Stevens Creek after looking at quite a few different kitchen cabinet stores in SJ. I knew what I needed and was looking for polite knowledgeable service and good quality/prices. I sat down with Kenneth and within an hour had everything finalized. Kenneth was very helpful with taking the time to show me different grades and features available. I would definitely recommend Kenneth as he was great, polite and knowledgeable. My wife and I found out we were expecting, so we immediately wanted to renovate our kitchen as we've been wanting to for a while and knew it would be almost impossible to do within the next few years with a baby around. Not knowing where to go and or how to even start with a short window, we found our way to KZS. We were greeted by Lance as we walked in and he was extremely helpful from the start. He showed us ideas of kitchen cabinets based on what we were thinking, came to our house to help with measurements, and then showed us a 3D image of the kitchen and we loved it already! We also didn't know of a contractor to help build it for us, and Lance said he had contractors he typically works with and recommends, which was perfect so we didn't have to go find our own. After finalizing the design and measurements, his contractors started and finished in just over 3 weeks - including demo, adding a kitchen electric sub panel, new flooring, removing a wall and pipe that was inside the wall. I thought that was extremely fast, which was exactly what we were hoping. I definitely recommend KZS and especially Lance if you're looking for a nice and affordable remodel!

We worked with Lance for our designing our kitchen and cannot recommend him enough. He is not only great at designing as per the client's vision but also gave us some great tips to incorporate better functionality into our kitchen. We made changes to the design at least 6-7 times and came to his office as many times. He was always very patient with us and guided us through the selection process. Since we had ordered a few extra parts, he even worked hard to get a refund on a special order. All our cabinets were delivered on time and the entire process was smooth and seamless.

We recently had our house remodeled including the entire kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring. While looking for kitchen cabinet design and purchase, we stopped by the KZS kitchen showroom and met Ronnie. Different options of kitchen cabinets and the actual visibility in the showroom was so helpful to determine what we liked. Ronnie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the design process and patiently listened to my design needs and answered numerous questions. She was always there and available to help when needed. The store also has bathroom vanities and various flooring materials that are popular in recent remodeling trends so we were able to do one stop shopping for our remodeling with Ronnie's help. Small hiccup with countertop installation was well handled and return/refund process of unused materials was easy and fast. It was nice to work with Ronnie and the store. Kevin was our main contact, and he was really great to work with. He made a 3D drawing for our kitchen which is exactly what I needed. And we emailed him with correct measurements afterwards which he then re-drew and since it was less than the original quote, he refunded the balance of the costs over the phone. We also made a slight change later on with our contractor and he tweaked it for us just a few days before we're supposed to pick the cabinets up. The pick up places for the cabinets and countertops were in Hayward and Union City which is a bit far for us. We had a hiccup about our countertops as they said someone else had picked them up but a call to KZS fixed it, and we got our countertop replacements fast. The selection on the cabinets were limited but they're good quality. Mine is made in Malaysia, and I found out that the cabinets are either from Malaysia or Vietnam. I also got the countertop and hardware from there.

We had an awesome experience with KZS Cabinets with our kitchen model. We worked with Kevin and his was the fastest response I received from all of the vendors I sent queries to. I sent him pics of our old kitchen and measurements and he sent me back a design and estimate by the end of the day. We did go through a number of design changes after that and Kevin was very patient through the entire process. He made the design changes as per our requirements and made suggestions to what would be a good fit for us. I had been in love with the glossy lacquer cabinets ever since I saw them some upgrade pics and I was very happy to see KZS had them. It was also very convenient to have their own contractors to work on the project. Our HOA needs licensed and bonded contractors and Kevin provided us all the required documentation for that. Jackie and his guys were super fast, efficient and hardworking. They made a quick job out of it and made the kitchen available to us very quickly (compared to how long we expected our kitchen to be out of use). It was a very smooth experience without any hiccups and everything was done in the timeframe that we were stated before. Very happy with our experience. We would definitely recommend to our friends. However, Kevin was really patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We found KZS on Yelp and decided to visit the showroom because of Its perfect 5-start review. As soon as we walked into the showroom, we fall in love immediately with the first cabinet that we saw. Since this is our first time with remodeling, we are very fortunate to meet Jackson, who guided us step-by-step starting from measuring the space to cabinet selections, then designing a kitchen layout to give us a visual idea. Jackson was very patient to answer all questions and requests; he updated the layout several times until we are finally satisfied to place the order. Jackson was also very helpful during the installation processes to help answer any questions from our contractors and provided necessary installation instructions. Jackson also referred a team to help install the countertop and backsplash, the stone was measured precisely and the quality of the installation was very professional. This is our first full kitchen remodel and I was quite nervous anticipating the whole process as we didn't know what to expect. KZS staff was always very friendly when we went into their showroom. Our designer, Jackson, was helpful in coming up with a layout that maximized counter space which we really needed. I was impressed that the timeline from finalizing on materials, which was very reasonable in price and of good quality, to the actual installation was only 2 weeks. The installation team was also friendly and reliable. There were a couple small glitches which were resolved very efficiently with good communications from both Jackson and Lance at KZS. Overall, it was a superb experience and I would not hesitate to do another kitchen remodel with KZS.

Customer service customer service . Jackson helped me out with my whole kitchen remodel. They have a very nice variety and quality products. But what I am impressed with is the customer service. When I am stuck with my contractor not having skill to install under the mount sink, Jackson helped me real quick with his contractor to install the counter and sink. Whenever you ask him something he jumps over it and helps you either with product or with installation help. I would give 6 stars if Yelp allows. Customer service is very important for me in a big project like kitchen remodeling.

So, My parents came to find this store and I realized it was the same KZS showroom in Redwood City. I told my parents that I Do Not have great expectation due to the other store being unfriendly and not helpful. My parents said these people maybe different even though I told them its the same company and should not expect anything but an attitude , or being too busy for us. When the Redwood City Store said to come back at a certain time, I did and they were not available and with another customer. My dad said we try and give them a chance and we can always leave. BUT THIS STORE WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KEVIN FU Saved our life, as I am remodeling my new condo!! Kevin was patient, helpful and drew up the whole kitchen on the computer. Kevin was always available and when he set a time for us to meet, he came through!! We came back and forth many times and he was so Nice and even stayed late to help. We found KZs Kitchen on Yelp and because of the outstanding reviews, we decided to visit their Santa Clara showroom. BEST DECISION EVER! We had the pleasure of working with designer Jackson who prepared the perfect 3D rendering for us and helped us select cabinets, quartz counters and flooring. He was a great resource to us during the entire process and answered many questions. Another selling point is that KZs partners with a licensed contractor. This is a great business model and a big reason why we hired KZs. Due to the current supply chain issues seen worldwide, we had to change the upper cabinets to avoid delaying our project but it was meant to be because we are so much happier with our final choices: Milky White wall cabinets, Fulton Night base cabinets, Calacatta quartz classic for counters, and SBC flooring in lava grey. 5.39" cabinet pulls are Amazon Basics in Golden Champagne. The contractor team is great/hardworking and did an excellent job! Wang, Jason and another colleague worked meticulously and we are so thankful they were assigned to our project. I've got to send a shout-out to Wang - he is fantastic and worked diligently and fast. He knew how to do everything, including dealing with unforeseen issues that come up with a 60 year old house. Demo/installation took less than 2 weeks and the team always wore masks and overall, great guys! Go to KZs Kitchen if you are looking for a quality, affordable and well-built kitchen. Oh and the soft close cabinets and drawers are divine.

I ended up buying the vanity here and our contractor picked it up earlier this week. Had no issues with pick up and was within the timeline of when we ordered it. This one wasn't in stock, so we had to wait about a week, but this is typical for any cabinets you buy, especially with the transport issues that are going on now. We aren't quite done yet, but the vanity seems to be made well and we are happy with it. No issues with what we ordered vs what we got. We did have some confusion on the estimate/invoice, but Johnny from Kzs reached out to me directly and resolved it very quickly. I'd definitely recommend coming here.

If you need kitchen cabinets, go to LANCE! He is super helpful, has really great solutions and ideas, pays good attention to detail and listens patiently and kindly. I made many changes and he always accommodated each one very patiently. He honestly cares about making the customer happy. Overall A+ customer service not only by Lance but also the rest of the staff. Lance is in high demand and extremely busy but he always makes sure to meet his customer's needs. The cabinet have been designed and ordered and we are excited to receive them! I would recommend KZS kitchen cabinets to everyone who love to spend time there using it daily. Cherry is our favorite store representative who has spent a lot of time and energy from the start to finish. We love our two bathrooms and modern kitchen design. After 21 years' use of our house, it's like we have brand new bathrooms and kitchen now.

We did our kitchen remodel on the raised floor level with small area, it's quite a challenge to make the kitchen bigger and spacious. Spend many hours with Jackson, and also many days with design changes from time to time, until we satisfied with the final design. We even made changes at the last minutes, but Jackson was very patient and professional in handling our nitty gritty requests. Kudos to Jackson!
