Kitchen USA has the best cabinets & amazing installation team! Ken is very knowledgeable & professional! He had great understanding what you need & made the best selections base on your desires. His work like a piece art! Fabulous!

We've used ken for two projects so far, a kitchen and a bathroom, and both projects have turned out really well. Ken does a great job of taking the time to understand what you're looking for and then strives to execute that vision. He sketched up a quick 3D image of what our kitchen would look like to convey drawers vs. doors and where appliances would go, and that went a long way to help us visualize the finished product. He took the time to provide several samples of finishes so that we could fine tune the final look to our liking. For the bathroom, we hired a contractor for the renovation and had the opportunity to request that Ken build the vanity. He integrated seamlessly into the overall construction process, again taking the time to understand what we were looking for and then provided several samples to get the finish just right. He worked with our contractor to determine what dimensions he needed to work to, and everything came together without issue. We weren't sure where to find mirrors for the bathroom, and Pete was able to build those too. My husband and I have enjoyed both experiences working with Ken, and he's our first call for any cabinetry projects in the future.

Kitchen USA did an awesome job helping us design our new custom style-gourmet kitchen, and two bathrooms. The cabinets are the best high quality and unbeatable price! (They are not builder grade cabinets and sell you top dollar). We were referred to them by our neighbors, who used Kitchen USA in their beautiful home. We cannot say enough about the professionalism, craftmanship, and customer service at The Kitchen USA Haley and may the team are amazing! The experience was top-notch from beginning to end and then some! We had been working with another local cabinet company on a kitchen remodel for months and getting increasingly frustrated with the quality of the customer service and the process. At the last minute, just before signing the contract with this other company--I did a google search to get some additional options. I sent in several requests for more info/quotes. We got a response from May almost immediately, and she was here to do a consultation with us within a day. She was knowledgeable and professional and extremely collaborative. She was able to guide us through the process painlessly,. She took the time to go through all of the 3D renderings from every angle so that we knew exactly what we were getting and how it would function. From the design of the kitchen, to the installation, and "finishing touches", every person that we came into contact with through Kitchen USA went above and beyond. Ken Haley and may are true professionals. Any "snag" that came up was quickly and seamlessly resolved. Their attention to detail and desire to help us make our vision for our kitchen a practical reality was impressive. I should also point out that because we had worked with another company for months, we were working with a tight deadline--and Kitchen USA did not let us down!! I would highly recommend without any hesitation

Kitchen USA installed the granite counter top in our kitchen and they did a great job. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and professional from the initial visit in their showroom to the measure to the install. Kitchen USA replaced our kitchen and master bath cabinets and counter tops. They did a fantastic job! Ken and his team were great to work with. We are very pleased with the quality and service we received! The prices were very competitive if not the lowest we found. Undergoing a renovation can be a stressful undertaking. Ken and his team went above and beyond to make this it as painless as possible. They kept us updated throughout the process. The work was high quality and was completed on time and on schedule! Well, The moment I enter Kitchen USA , I felt at home, and I new this is my place that I will buy my kitchen from. I new exact the design I wanted and I looked in so many places . I have a unique kitchen and unusual one. Either , the other did not know or could not see what I wanted. Ken gave me confident , and gave me what I wanted. Personal attention , That what every one need, to get to the goal you are looking. Were ever we had issue with size, or location, all was solve to satisfied my needs. Just to make me happy. The word NOT able was not existed. And off course things happened and issues were there. But all was solved to my likes. TERRIBLE Customer Service. Our experience left a lot to be desired. It has been 6 months since we paid for service. After continued lack of communication and once we reached out finding issues with back orders, we finally got a scheduled date. We stressed how important it would be to keep the date because we had people coming in town to assist. Another company came to do the demo the day before. We called to confirm in the morning. At 2:20 PM we didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call, but received an email canceling the installation. I cannot speak to the quality of their work because it has been 6 months and I have seen nothing but excuses since providing payment. ***Updated- 5.12.2023 (post-install)*** I did adjust my review from 1 star to 2. Simply because the job ended up completed and it wasn't a complete scam. They did offer to try and reschedule an installer for the cabinet for possibly Saturday (almost a week later) if they could. They made it clear to us that it was a support issue and they simple did not have the people to complete the work. We installed the cabinets ourselves so the counter template could be made and we wouldn't be delayed further. Kitchen USA did discount the final bill (at our request) since they no longer needed to install the cabinet or the hardware. They did deliver and install the counter. The contractors were not very thoughtful when doing so. We have a house with a baby and pets. They decided that when they needed to saw they would do it outside but leave our front door wide open the entire time. That being said, the cabinets and the countertop look nice. The quality of the product is solid. The service and delivery is terrible and leaves a lot of room for improvement. ***Note*** While it took the company awhile to get back to us they seemed to reply to the negative review right away. They also made it seem like they were active in communicating with us which they were not. It was noted we were the delay in scheduling the install due to us having a newborn. What they left off is that when we called to schedule the install they informed us that it was a mistake and our vanity actually wasn't ready yet. We also called to find out where the seam would be on the countertop (after the negative review about communication) and were told we would receive a call back with the details that day. Never heard from them. We called back the next day to find the worker was out-of-office that day and someone else eventually got us the details.

I went to multiple places around jacksonville for the perfect place to design my kitchen. I was referred to Kitchen USA through close family member! Met with Haley and she was very accommodating with all my ideas and wants. Haley was able to create and accomplish what I wanted within a timly manner. We are so thankful for finding Kitchen USA and Haley for making our kitchen come together!!

The initial purchase and contract on a Saturday morning to the delivery and install was an outstanding job all the way around. I very highly recommend K/USA and plan on a kitchen makeover next year as well.
