Really bad customer service! We talked to Ellena to get an estimate for our kitchen. She gave us a price written on a post it note and would not give us a printed design of what will be included. She said we can get a print out when we come back and pay. Anybody can help us when we come back she said. She wasn’t there when we came back and was immediately told yo just come back the next day. We drove over an hour to get there! Alex finally helped us because we insisted. We asked him if the shopping list he gave us included everything we will need. He said yes. Now our cabinet installer is saying that there are parts that were not included and we have to again drive over an hour to pick up the parts. Our installer also found doors that had chipped corners and Alex is saying he’s not sure what he can do about it. Really bad experience here. Save yourself the trouble and take your money some place else!

We needed countertops for our home renovation. We're on a very tight budget so we opted to go with a referral from a contractor to use this company because they were supposedly "affordable". Our house is located over 100 miles east of Los Angeles so we had to pay a hefty installation fee. On the day of the installation Leo Peng and his helper came. Throughout the installation, you could hear Mr. Peng yelling at his helper while he was smoking his cigarettes and dropping his cigarette butts on our property grounds. The countertop material is very cheap quality of Quartz, I believe Mr. Peng called it. It's kind of yellowing already. When he was leaving, I asked him for 3 countertops for use as small desktops in the bedrooms. His answer was for me to pick them up from his Los Angeles County factory, the following week, which I agreed to. We paid him $1600 cash for the day and he signed a receipt stating that he received the cash and promises to fulfill the additional countertops the following week. Is been three weeks since that promise was supposed to be fulfilled and he has not come through or even answered my messages asking, kindly, when I could pick them up. My mother called him which he gave her his address and promised to fulfill his promise on May 3 (today). When I called, my call went straight to voicemail but his messaging was not set up. I texted him to no avail. I am done asking him to fulfill his promise as I can see that he is not going to, thus, I am writing this review to warn all others considering going to this company for their countertops. I would suggest that Home Depot would be preferable as their work is guaranteed and their customer service would be easier to deal with.

I didn't get an assembly manuel for the vanity purchased. Will call tomorrow and update the review if I get one. 2/19/21 - I called and they texted me a copy of the of the instructions. It work but it was a bit confusing zooming in on my phone. Overall I like the cabinet! Would use them again.

Very nice people work here and the guys that load the slabs are very careful with the order and very quick to help you so you don't have to sit around waiting

The price is really good. However, you get what you pay for. 1. All the mirrors are 30 inches high. They don't mark it on the tags. 2. Let them know you want to cancel the order instead of rushing. The order will be ready in minutes even it's a special order.

The customer service provided by xiaoyin Xu and ellena Liu was great. They explain the details to me in a nice manner. The price is good and hopefully the quality is great as well. They were patient enough to tell me the difference and time frame to the bath room vanity, LED mirrors and so on. It was a great experience. All the best

Avoid this place! I bought serval stuff and the sink had a dent and the faucet was missing pieces. We asked them for an exchange the manager refused. They are so rude rep Alex is very unprofessional. They started speaking Chinese and they started laughing. Please take your money elsewhere. I will be filling a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
