I had them replace my counter tops at all 3 properties. When I needed repair on one of the counter tops, the receptionist, Rachel, told me that they are a different company now and can't help me! I looked them up to find out that they have the same license number and the same owner so I sent them another email requesting the owner contact me, never heard back!

Update (05/12/2021): KB Transformation came back to do our kitchen and master bathroom. Emilio and Mark did a beautiful job on both rooms. We had a family gathering recently and everyone complimented on how luxurious all the rooms look now. My sister will also call KB Transformation to do her bathroom in the near future. Thank you for doing a wonderful job! First post (12/22/2020): We had our 2 bathrooms redone. They both look amazing! The team at Kitchen & Bath Transformation was very professional. It really only took them 4 days to finish and there was no mess of a normal renovation. The result is better than we expected. We will be calling them early next year to do our kitchen & 3rd bathroom.

In addition to doing great work and being easy to work with, they stand behind their product. We had an issue with the shower floor and they came back and fixed it at no charge. Even though it was long after the work was completed, they worked with us and continued to be very responsive. It's been a couple years now, but the everything still looks and works great. Glad we picked them and avoided a demolition project. Appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness.

This company was absolutely amazing! We first met them at the OC fair and I was skeptical but did my due diligence in researching them. So glad we went with them. They first come out to your home to give you an estimate. Fred was very knowledgeable and helped us get the perfect materials. Scott was our installer and treated our kitchen as if it were his own. He ensured that everything looked perfect before the job was done. This remodel was life changing and I only wish we did it sooner. Very reasonable in price for what you get in the end.

K&B Transformations did a great job on our Jack and Jill bathroom in 2019 so it was a no-brainer to hire them again for our Master Bedroom/Bathroom renovation...new quartz overlay on bathroom countertop and fireplace...new doors, drawers and refacing of vanity...new shower floor tile. They were very flexible with scheduling the work around our planned trip to North Carolina and our unplanned COVID infections. From Chauncey in the showroom, Fred the estimator and Scott the installer, it was another job well done and another very good experience. We are so impressed with this no-demolition process and the quality of the products.

I can't recommend this company enough. They installed my kitchen counters and sink in three days and the work is absolutely perfect. Their crew was prompt, extremely clean and respectful. I was amazed at the level of detail. My entire kitchen has ONE seam...yes, one. Every panel was meticulously cut to fit exactly around the window, cabinetry, stove, etc. Quit looking for a stone guy....these are your guys!!

We selected Kitchen and Bath Transformations over several other contractors to replace our kitchen counters. We selected a white quartz with gray veins in a counter top that went over our existing counter. No demolition, no mess. Fred, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and worked with us on pricing and scheduling. The final cost was competitive, however I think the quality of the material and expertise of installation was the major factor in selection. Emilio was the installer and did a masterful job Plus he was a pleasure to have in our home for two days. All of the veins in the top matched down to the aprons. He was very detail oriented and cognizant of cleanliness and reduction of dust in surroundings areas. We highly recommend this company.

K&B transformations had previously remodeled both our kitchen and master bathroom, both of which turned out well, so we had no reservations about contracting with them to remodel a secondary bathroom. They were easy to work with and the installers were very professional and we appreciated their attention to detail. Overall, the final product turned out well and we were pleased with the end result. What was less pleasing was their lack of response after the final check was cashed and we noticed damage to the bathtub that was not present prior to the installation. Our tub had been recently reglazed and was in excellent condition prior to the K&B remodel. After the remodel, we noticed 5 new chips in the tub. We took photographs and forwarded them to K&B, both via email, and in a follow up letter, but never received a response. I understand that accidents can happen during any construction or remodeling project, but the total lack of a response from K&B is disappointing. At the very least, they should have acknowledged the issue, or offered to repair the damage to the tub. The hallmark of a reputable company is how they respond after the job is completed and the check has been cashed. On that point K&B failed, which is why we did not give them a 5 star rating. Their lack of a response to our phone calls, email and letter speaks volumes. I doubt that we will utilize their services again.

The guy who came to bid was sketchy (I'm being kind) and drove all the way from the San Bernardino mountains to my home in So. O.C. That's a long way and shows how desperate they are for biz. They don't return calls. They don't follow-up. That is not professional.

This places ruined my project. They broke off from Granite Transformations but still claim they are part of it. Messy, late. Learn from my mistake. Go with a company that has years of experience behind them. I will update when I find someone to fix the mess they made
