Working with Kissimmee Granite & Marble has been wonderful since I first interacted with them last year. Aleem and Erika have been there to answer all of my questions until I was ready for the project. They took their time to hear me out and show me different kinds of slabs, so I can have what suits me the best. Lastly, the two persons that came in for the installation did an outstanding job!

We are totally pleased with the work and customer service from Kissimmee Granite. From the time that we went to the showroom through the installation of our quartz, they were great! Erika did a wonderful job in setting up the project with helpful guidance in choosing our product. And Manuel and Pedro just did a great job in the installation which was quick and as clean as possible. We completely recommend this vendor!

I’ve been waiting for 15 years for new countertops and it was worth the wait!! Love my new Quartz countertops. The entire process from the beginning to end went smooth and was very organized. Great experience with Kissimmee Granite and Marble. All aspects of the project went perfect. From the planning process, to choosing the materials, the delivery and installation and the communication, all excellent. It’s how business used to be done, which isn’t the case in this day and age, all at a reasonable price. A special shout out to the installers, Manuel and Pedro, they explained everything so well, removal went great, cleaned up all dust and debris, and the install of the new materials could not have gone better. Our new kitchen quartz and sink look fantastic. I would highly recommend Kissimmee Granite and Marble.

Great company for countertops. Fast response from seller, quick measurements and quote within hours, same day templates and within days quartz countertops are installed. From the measuring person to installers Pedro and Manuel to the lady on the phone with scheduling, to all great job, also to the shop personnel who prep the countertops. Very happy with our tops. If you choose to go elsewhere you might be at risk!!!. Well recommended company. Thank you all.

I am In love with my countertops. Pedro and Manuel were very pleasant and professional. They explained the process as they went, they cleaned up after themselves. What I loved the most is that they both asked my opinion prior to making any holes, they wanted to make sure it was done to perfection. Granite Buyer beware! We purchased countertops for our new home and we’re given a lifetime warranty back March 2020. Recently I noticed an issue with the granite and called to have the countertops fixed under the warranty. I was given the run around asking to provide photos of the issue which I did. Then I was told to reach out to their supplier Quantum Quartz USA in regard to a replacement when the warranty was provided by Kissimmee Granite and Cabinets. It has been months of back and forth and the continue to refuse to honor my warranty and fix/replace the countertops. Do not shop here! They will not honor your warranty if you have any issues with your countertops down the line. Quantum This is the granite supplier for the company where I purchased my countertops. It seems like they knowing sold faulty granite with known issues to my supplier and when I tried to use the lifetime warranty to had it fixed or replaced. They refused to replace the countertops.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Kissimmee Granite and we saved $1000 by selecting them! We had a quote in hand from another vendor and decided to stop in on a Saturday to comparison shop before making a decision. We found a slab we loved at a great price. The owner was able to give us a quote on the spot based on my rough measurements and sent me home with a floor plan of our kitchens based on those measurements for me to update as needed, which was very helpful. The quote provided was $1000 less than the first vendor we went to, what a great value! He explained the process and helped us to plan an extension to our island to allow for bar seating. We set the appointment for templating to be done and the owner was present to explain the install process and where any seams might be. Jerry and Raphael came a few days later and quickly removed our old Corian (with built in sink) and installed new counter tops and an undercount sink. There is a seam due to the size of the slab but I can’t even find it unless I look very closely - and you have to know it’s there to notice it! Definitely recommend Kissimmee Granite for beautiful countertops at a great price.

Kissimmee Granite did an excellent job replacing our outdated black countertops to lighten our kitchen. Had them come back to touch up an issue with refrigerator door not opening all the way. The installers- Manuel and Pedro were timely, extremely knowledgeable and professional. The pricing was extremely fair (my husband's a builder and has had granite put in many homes).

I couldn't be happier with our new countertops that were just installed. Erika in the office was so nice and worked with me changing my mind on the countertop color and install date. The team that did the measurement and installation-Manuel and Pedro were awesome. They were professional and very helpful with all questions we had. They had always cleaned up after themselves and were very particular with small details leaving a professional touch. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone who asks and will keep them in mind for any future renovations-we have some bathrooms to work on :)

I was looking for a kitchen cabinets and found this business. I must say that the prices quoted to me is very reasonable. Tariq the owner kept his appointment on time came to the house and made his measurements. Sent someone to remove the old counters. Very nice staff. I highly recommend this business if you need to renovate and needs kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counters.

Kissimmee Granite was one of 3 quotes we got to install stone counter tops. Since we've used Kissimmee Granite in another home, we already knew their quality craftsmanship. Unlike others, their professionalism with a personal touch led us back! The onsite selection was great, and onsite fabricating to fit custom sinks was awesome! Timely removal and install of new stone WITHOUT seams was a smooth process. The installers were GREAT and ensured we were happy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Did my counter top with this business after trying with another company that was very unprofessional, but thats another story. I'm very happy that a friend told me about Kissimmee Granite. Everyone at this business was very professional and helpful. The job was done in a timely manner. They were upfront from the beginning and we are very pleased with the end results. I got computer quotes from both large box store and Kissimmee Granite was less than both. Also, I got to speak with the owner about the job and not some young trainee at HD that could not answer many of my questions. The install also only took a week from the time I paid a deposit. HD would have been at least 3 weeks or longer. Everyone from the owner to the installers acted professional and did a great job. All of my emails were answered quickly and I felt good about having this company do the job from start to finish. The 2 guys that did the final install had been working together for some time and it showed with the workmen ship of the install. You can buy the best quality granite but if you get a bad installer, the job will look poor. Lastly, all my sections came in on piece with no seams which made the job look the best it could. I was told by the HD employee that I was going to have 2 seams with my install unless I paid more money for waste.

My husband and I just had countertops installed by Kissimmee Granite. The whole process was relatively easy, their website has lots of helpful info, they have a good product selection, and I can't speak highly enough of Erica. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and really made a difference. I hope the owners/managers understand her worth to their business! I handled the in-person visits, pricing, granite selection, scheduling, etc. on my own (without my husband who has way more knowledge with these things) simply because the place is close to my work, and Erica made that easy for me to do. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because when the counters were being installed, the measurements taken by Ali were a little off. The counters were a bit too wide and would have come out a tad too far over the cabinets below. Fortunately, my husband (who works in construction) was home and he was able to cut the drywall at the back of the countertop so the granite could slide further back and not be a problem. I had also arranged to receive a sample piece of granite the day of the install, but the workers didn't bring it. One call to Erica, and it was resolved right away. Thank you Erica!

Granite was great. I bought a kitchen package. The installers were completely incompetent. I had to deny the my credit card charges to get them to fix the install. Very arrogant owners.... The cabinet install was more than 1.5 inches off level...... The calking - my grandkids could have done better. I gave 2 for the granite nothing else

The installation was a complete mess. They sent new installers that could not do the job. Now the caulking is turning brown (white when installed) and I need to redo it. The granite came in 2 pieces which did not line up when installed. Many calls and the owners talk big but don't deliver on promises
