Highly reccommend Kennedy tile amongst other shops in the area, Tonelle is full of quartz countertop suppliers so it can get overwhelming on who to go with . After a ton of research, I found the best quality and pricing at Kennedy Tile. Kevin over there will send a quote to you within minutes . They have a ton of collection in their warehouse, connected to their office. Danny and Michael came by to take a template of my kitchen and explained everything to me ahead of time. The day of install they were super professional and careful. They did some on site polishing and adjusting, overall they were so helpful and guided me throughout the entire process. I wish all companies were like this. You are lucky if you get Danny and Michael to install your countertops , hard working guys that are perfectionists ! Thank you so much Kennedy tile !

I Use Kennedy Marble sins 2009 , they did a lot of kitchen counter tops for my friends and family , they are very professional , no one ever had any problems with them , always replying to you , always helping with suggestions , always fast and reliable . The price is beyond fare , they doing all the measuring and coming fast to install it . I really love the company the crew and the manager there ! Thank you guys for your work !

From the moment we walked into Kennedy Tile and Marble, we were happy with the selection and service. Kevin was courteous and gave us great options and pricing. He was great with suggestions and didn’t pressure is to buy the more expensive stone or design as we were looking to have Quartz installed. He gave us a turn around time if one week and stuck to his word. Danny and his crew installed the stone and it was quite the undertaking as the slab was very heavy. He and his crew were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and kept me informed of the process. They were hardworking and diligent. I can only say nice things about Danny and crew. I am very happy with the finished product and would Kennedy Tile and Marble to anyone for future projects.

As new home buyers with no experience in remodeling or renovations, my wife and I walked into Kennedy a little intimidated and apprehensive. We left feeling comfortable and completely satisfied. From our initial visit and selection of our counter-tops to the installation by one of their recommended professional installers (Andrew), the team at Kennedy ensured that we stayed within our budget and time-frame. Rudy and his staff communicated with us every step of the way and delivered a truly quality product. As frustrating as home renovations can be, working with Kennedy was a great experience. Kennedy Marble and Tile are the best! I chose my quartz slab which was difficult because there were so many to choose from! Prices are fair and the whole process was seamless. Danny and Michael installed my countertops, they were professional and made sure the installation was done properly. Kennedy has a great selection of stone and tile including decorative pieces. Their staff has been there long enough to help put together selections for every possible bathroom and kitchen arrangement with the most difficult customers. I refer all of my clients to Kennedy and they all come back happy. You actually get to see the slab of stone that will be cut for your home unlike most places where you don’t actually know what the whole piece looks like. Excellent!!!

Kennedy Tile and Marble has the BEST prices and a great selection on tile, marble, granite & quartzite. Don't let the location fool you, they have or can get anything you want. Kevin is a STAR!. He spent lots of time with us at the showroom and on the phone. When we wanted something he didn't have in stock he helped us find it. Then made sure he priced it better than everyone else. He was a pleasure to deal with, very courteous and as mentioned he gave us great options and pricing. Because he is a seasoned veteran of the tile/marble/granite industry he was able to give us great suggestions when we were stuck. He never pressured us to buy more expensive stone, instead he listened and helped us find what we loved, irrespective of price. Delivery and installation were seamless and on time, a rarity in today's world. Danny and his crew were pleasant, professional, hard working, clean and most of all did a fabulous job of installing. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rudy, the owner, and again can only say we were very happy with our interaction. In summary the process from start to finish was outstanding. We are ecstatic about the finished product (we posted a few pictures below) and would highly recommend Kevin, Danny, Rudy and Kennedy Tile and Marble.

We recently closed on our new home, and among the renovations needed were new countertops. I went to two local places for comparison, and ultimately chosen to work with Kevin and his team at Kennedy Marble & Tile. Kevin was great to work with - he listened, was straightforward, and always delivered on his commitments in terms of timing, length of project, etc. Also, the price was extremely fair in comparison to another option we looked at, and we couldn't be happier with how our new countertops look! I worked with Kevin at Kennedy Tile and he was very easy to work with! It took about two days to get the installer, Dany, in to take measurements of the kitchen countertops. Then he returned about a week later to install. It was a pretty easy job but he was diligent and made sure to measure everything twice. Dany is a hard worker and it is obvious he takes pride in his work. For great pricing and customer service, go to Kennedy Tile and request Dany!

Highly recommend Kennedy Tile for the ease of working with them, quality of their products and their customer service. My contractor recommended them as a place to get granite saddles for a bathroom product and I've since used them for multiple projects in the past few months. Always great prices, quick turnarounds (2 days on average), great service and product. From someone who didn't even know what a saddle was until recently, I can say they are true pros, guiding me patiently through the ordering process. I feel truly considered as a person and not just an anonymous customer when I go in there.

I was getting my kitchen renovated, and I had visited numerous stores to find a quartz counter top at a decent price. Kevin showed me the selection at the warehouse, and Statuario elegance was the quartz that I was sold on. It is very elegant and sold at the best price. Kevin has amazing customer service and offers the best tips and suggestions. He even came to do the measurements twice. Michael cut the piece in such a beautiful artistic way, displaying the veins beautifully. In addition, Danny and the guys were very professional with the installation and demeanor. I was referred to Kennedy by a friend who is a designer for a good selection and competitive pricing and she was totally right. I just finished building out my UWS Manhattan kitchen and Kennedy was a main supplier! I purchased my kitchen floor tile (beautiful tile) from them and they had the best pricing in town by far, and then I wound up going back to them for my quartz counters (purchase, measurement and installation) and they are beautiful. The guys were super friendly, professional and beat everyone's pricing every time. Highly recommend!

great tile store, great service, really beautiful products for far less than . Home Depot...recently had a black granite counter top installed, totally hassle free! Sent them the measurements, they sent me some options and prices, an installer came to measure, and a week later, my counter tops were installed. Easy-peasey. Recommend highly.

What a fantastic selection of granite, marble, and tile! I was stunned by the amazing variety and saw interesting granite slabs that would NEVER be available at bargain box stores. And the prices seemed totally reasonable to me! These guys make the Home Depot countertop section look like a joke! If you're serious about your kitchen and bathroom surfaces, forget the bargain box stores and check out Kennedy Marble & Tile! EDIT: My girlfriend has recently remodeled 3 bathrooms in her new home and I've made several trips to Kennedy with her. She's been very happy with the service and the tile looks great!

I recently used Kennedy Marble and Tile for my kitchen countertop. Kevin was who I worked with, he was very easy to work with! I'm very happy with my countertop. The guys that installed it were efficient and took COVID precautions. The installer, Danny even came back twice for measurements and to make sure I understood where angles were. The only reason for not giving 5 stars : -I had to reach out myself to make sure I got on their schedule though they told me they would call me. - I received a quote for the countertop (which I thought was super fair) but the quote was for a countertop with a seam which I didn't know. They quoted me a price that was 35% higher for one without a seam afterwards. I should have def asked when they quoted me but had no clue that I should! Would I use them again, YES, without a doubt. Now I know the right questions to ask and am so much more well versed in countertops!

The salesman barely spoke to me, including upon my arrival, just followed me around. Any questions I asked received one word answers. When I said I was leaving with nothing, he slammed a granite sample we were walking around with on the back of a truck REALLY loudly for no apparent reason. Graffiti-covered place skeeved me out. Big selection, yes. Not worth it to experience this place and the "salesman". I'm actually a little frightened!

I'm not sure how they've accomplished such a fantastic rating. I only have negative things to say. I had different people request quotes for the same material and for some reason we all got different numbers within a short period of time. So I found the same quartz from someone else for 20% cheaper I had them do most of the job, but I still needed a backsplash. I call Kennedy a couple weeks later and ask for the backsplash . He asks for my info , pulls up my file , and then takes a pause. He asks me if I went somewhere else for the quartz and I honestly replied with yes . He said I'm not even going to touch this job and that I'm a customer and that he will stay "respectful." And then he hung up on me. Business is business and they aren't a good business. He lies , tries to grab every opportunity to milk you for a little more , and it's very obvious. Then he says "I always help my locals." This dude is only bad vibes . Compare your quotes from him to other tile shops , I'm sure you'll find it cheaper somewhere else.

I had this company installed granite in years past. Needed them to come back for a service call and reset the granite as seam has separated. Not blaming them and was trying to get service call for about one year. Was told numerous times (lost count) that they would have someone do a service call. First person never arranged. Then they gave me Andrew who said he would take care of probably 5-6 times. Never calls me, I have to call him. Did not give anybody a hard time. Been dealing with Rudy at Kennedy Tile and he has told me he would get another person (3rd one) but never heard back. Would never ever recommend this company. I can't believe they have any decent reviews. They have great selection of granite but there service is very poor. Worst service I have ever encountered. After posting this review, I called Hamburg Supply, who I originally contracted with for the granite counter. They purchase from Kennedy Tile. Kennedy Tile also provides the installer so you would think Kennedy Tile would have handled my follow up work. They knew Hamburg Supply was one of the outlets who uses them. Once I followed up with Hamburg Supply and wanted to speak with Joe, the owner, things got moving. He was out but Sandy at his business was great. She got Kennedy Tile to handle within a few days. Ramon, an installer called me back right away and was at my home within a week and did a magnificent job resetting the granite and even put a coat of protection on it. Cost was $180 but it was never about the cost just getting the work done in a professional and timely manner. I understand that Rudy from Kennedy Tile has done this before in his treatment of customers so I can say this...I would never use Kennedy Tile again after this but would definitely recommend Ramon as an installer. He was an independent contractor who does work for Kennedy Tile.

Definitely need to know what you want when looking as salesmen are no help at all except to agree with every word I said to speed things along. Friends and contractors recommended this place but my experience was horrible. I thought the prices were competitive but the quality and service was terrible. A small section of countertop was 1/2 inch off on a 1 ft. base . "that a 1/2 inch per ft. also shorter then other side and 1/8 inch thinner .Oh yes I forgot to mention my slide in stove happens to be where this mistake is .Months went by with numerous exuses why I was next on the list to have new template done to replace. Every time I spoke to them they were so convicing and appologetic so over time I realised my naiveness.. I fixed it myself , cut countertop edge straight and polished. good thing they didn't give me the edge i wanted so easy to polish. To bad they didn`t come thru for this little section of countertop . Because if they did I would have showed them how reasonable I am And not have them fix the seam at the sink.Yes the seam is great but again ,1/8 inch difference between both slabs used . And sink hole looks like it was done free hand with no template. One last thing .Since I found polishing stone to be easy I`m going to polish out a couple large scratches in my peninsula.

It's important to ensure that the return policy is specified on the receipt as it seems to change on a per purchase basis. I purchased an order of chair rail tiles and Lily, the woman at the front desk, told us that we could return the order with a 15% restocking fee. When I came in to pick up the tile the color was completely different from the sample we chose in the store. When I wanted a refund she said it wasn't possible because this was a special order. After about 5 minutes of arguing she relented... not worth the effort. You're better off going to Home Depot.
