I went in and purchased two bathroom countertops. They sent out their own party to measure my space. One vanity is cut short and one as a very short backsplash. Their resolve on one is to fill the large gap with epoxy and the other they felt my mirror trim allowed them to cut it short but they will see what they can do with it, the other their answer is epoxy. Today I sent a request for a new counter the correct width, I am on a death ear now. All the while I am without three bathroom sinks/water until I can find a new countertop that isn’t an embarrassment for my family/guests to see.

Horrible experience. Could not even get past the quote w Trish. I went in knowing exactly what material I wanted...no questions...had measurements for kitchen and 2 baths and just wanted quote. I spent at least 20 minutes w her going over measurements of both baths and the kitchen and other details like sinks and faucets. I did get a quote from her but unbeknownst to me it was only for the kitchen for some reason. So not knowing it was only for the kitchen, I was happy and arranged for final measurements to be done at the location. I received call from the person that did that but missed the call and his # was erased. I called her to confirm time and she would not give me his number even though he had left it and would not call me back to confirm that that time was still available. She also wanted a deposit before I even got the final quote based on his measurements. He did not show up on time and I had to call to find out what was going on. He showed up nearly 2 hours after original time. Then it came out that her quote was just for kitchen so of course adding the 2 baths made it go up. I asked her why quote was only for kitchen originally and she did not even apologize....just mumbled she did not know. Sorry, I don't reward bad service and I saved $1000 going elsewhere where I received great service. Thanks for wasting my time. .

Kelca did not stand by their product. I have a 12 foot island that has 2 different coloration slabs. They kept blaming the manufacturer and had me dealing with them(the manufacturer) when I bought the slabs and had them installed by Kelca. For 6 months I called and called sent emails to no avail. They kept saying they would resolve it and never did. The manufacturer said they would refund 500.00 for a job that cost 5000.00, I said I wanted new slabs that matched not 500.00 which I never saw either. It has been over a year and nothing was ever done and there has been absolutely no correspondence from them. Please do not use them they do not stand behind their work. I have a new kitchen with the island being the focal point and the slabs don’t match. Worst experience.

Fantastic selection of quartz and granite. We bought a remnant for bathroom renovation at a reasonable price. Paul was very helpful.

My father and I chose Kelca counters over a couple other local counter companies, because they truly wanted our business. We worked with Tish, and she went above and beyond to find something that would work for us in the right price range. We had a hiccup with the original slabs, but Kelca went above and beyond to make it right and resolve the problem. It was great to deal with a company who prides themselves on their work and reputation.Everyone was great to deal with, and their installers were fantastic! I would highly recommend Kelca!

They do nice work and their pricing is fair. I had them install granite counter tops in my kitchen and then two years later had them do one bath counter and will have them do the 2nd bath this year. I highly recommend them.

Sink installed off center, tooling marks all around the sink cutout and one whole side of the bar was never polished. All this plus missed appointments and the worse communication skills from a company I have ever done business with. I like the stone from AGM but would have paid way more to go with another company if I could do it again.

Kelca counters did a beautiful job! Measuring, taking out the old counters and installing the new, was perfect! We highly recommend them and Trish was a dream to work with!
