We shopped for new countertops at Lowe’s and HomeDepot but didn’t like what we saw. Then we found K&D online when searching for Quartz countertops and went to a showroom. The friendly sales rep Andrew was great and showed us around and since we had already picked out what we wanted, the shopping was speedy and enjoyable. The countertop installers arrived in the earlier part of the time frame which was nice and they were done just as fast. In our search to replace our kitchen countertops, our experience with K & D and Andrew(So.County location) we’re exceptional. It took us a while to decide on the right design as our job was not a complete kitchen re-do, so the tops had to blend/accentuate what we already had in place; there was no hard sell. The crew that did the installation was courteous, respectful and very efficient. Communication with Andrew and other employees always kept us in the know and they answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with our countertops. And, after K & D’s owner inspected the problem our tops were completely replaced within two weeks time-no charge. They obviously stand behind their product and offer great customer service. I would not hesitate to send anyone to K & D Countertops.

I discovered K&D after Home Depot lost their supplier for the material that I had chosen. After visiting a showroom , I not only found a similar style but felt I found a company that I could trust to do a good job and deliver a quality product. Sara was pleasant and available from start to finish on my project. The communications were stellar as to costs, measuring, and installation. Installers were timely, pleasant, and efficient. The product is silky smooth and easy to clean. It was refreshing to have such great experience. Thank you!

It was such a wonderful experience working with Andrew and K and D. The countertops were ready ahead of schedule and they worked with my schedule to be able to install them. The counters are beautiful and it completely changes the room.

I originally found counters I liked at Lowe's but they seemed too expensive so I decided to shop local. I stop into my local K&D Countertop showroom and was impressed. I worked with Andrew at the Tesson Ferry location to order my Cambria countertops. He was wonderful to work with. The price was $400 cheaper than Lowe's and included the kitchen sink! Once my cabinets were installed, someone came out and measured to make sure everything would fit perfectly. Within 2 1/2 weeks, they called and said the counters were ready to install. The install team was very professional and did a great job installing. Everything fit perfectly the first time! I would highly recommend K&D Countertops. Their service and attention to detail was top notch at a great price.

After several months of shopping around for new countertops we decided to go with K & D. From beginning to end they have been great to work with. They communicate with you every step of the way, answer all your questions, and put you at ease. All of the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. After the template was measured, a drawing is sent to you with a layout for your approval. During the template measuring (included in the cost) I asked several questions, and the gentleman was able to answer all of them and put me at ease. On installation day, the team removed my laminate countertops and backsplash, a plus for me, and installed the quartz. My cabinets were off a little, but they were able to make the adjustments. I am amazed at how invisible the seam is, you have to hunt for it even though you know where it is. Installation crew took their time and did an awesome job. I would recommend K&D to anyone looking for new counter tops. We went with Cambrai Torquay and 3x6 white subway tile with Mapei warm grey grout.

Had quartz countertops put in a month ago and we are very, very happy. Product is excellent and workmanship by the install crew was perfect. I would highly recommend them. Love the undermount sink too that was free.
