I have been searching for the longest, for a reliable and knowledgeable contractor to do my kitchen upgrade; new cabinets with hardware and backsplash. After considering many, I decided to go with KC Cabinets. From the first day Claire walked into my home, you could tell she knew her stuff. She answered all my questions without trying to upsell or without talking down to me. She was strictly business, which was a selling point for me, as I myself am a busy individual. People don't mind paying for quality "one and done" work without all the drama. If that's you then KC Cabinets is your go to. # decent prices # delivers a timely and well crafted product. # lifetime warranty on softclose. hinges and 1yr warranty on labor. I'm so glad I ran across KC Cabinets in my search for kitchen renovations. From start to finish, everything went beautifully and on schedule. The two crews installing the countertops one day and the backsplash the next were professional, competent, and skilled. Each cleaned up well after completing their work. The office staff was friendly and helpful and met my needs. Their prices for both jobs were much less than a couple of other bids I had received, so I'm happy I paid less and received excellent service and products. I highly recommend KC Cabinets in Sugar Land.

The company was easy to work with, and the cabinets are good quality. Unfortunately, we discovered some installation issues too late (after we paid). The contractor sawed off our plumbing to get the old cabinet out, and left the pipe open, which caused our brand new cabinet to be ruined with water when the AC drained. We had to pay for an urgent plumbing visit to fix what they left open, but the bottom of the cabinet is ruined. In addition, the contractor measured incorrectly for our faucets (even though he took them out of the box to measure), which resulted in us having to modify and take apart the faucets. One of the sinks that was installed is also defective. It wasn’t noticeable until the drain was installed, and it’s obviously not round the way it should be. Again, nice people to work with, but the contractors do not pay attention to details.

I just finished remodeling my entire kitchen and used the company KC Cabinet and More. I am extremely happy with the new remodel. It went fast and most efficient. The cabinets are good quality and the countertops and hardware are fitted beautiful. But the best part was the customer service from beginning to end. I can’t speak highly enough about the owner herself. Quality work and service! I will use this company again for future projects.

The entire process was great! Claire, the owner and her staff helped me design my kitchen with the modern software that showed 3D imagines of the kitchen. Claire came out to the house a few times before I even signed the order just to make sure everything was going to be perfect. She delivered the cabinets in a timely fashion. Her installation crew were the very best! Claire came out several times to oversee the installation and made sure it was done perfectly. Claire has a lot of knowledge that she is willing to share too. You are not going to beat her prices. Don't forget to. order your bathroom cabinets from her too. I am super pleased w/ everything!!

I recently purchased two kitchen sets for my new construction project at KC cabinet and they were great! Their customer service and communication was amazing. The whole process was very smooth from the first day I picked out what I wanted to the very last day when they installed my kitchen all was amazing. I will definitely work with them again for my next project. Also last but not least I really recommend Sam she answered every question I had from beginning to end. She was very communicative and very quick in responding. I would say she was also very patient with me because I requested multiple adjustments to my kitchens lol so for that I’m very appreciative. After dealing with about three or four contractors for our kitchen remodel, we decided to look for a more economical alternative. We happened to come across KC Cabinets and More while visiting Floor and Decor in Sugar Land. We showed the owner, Claire what our vision was for our kitchen. After listening to our ideas, she gave us some great ideas to make our kitchen better and more efficient. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering a quality product. The installation of the cabinets, backsplash and countertops went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. When they were near completion, Claire made a final inspection and pointed out minor corrections and improvements to the installers to make sure everything met her standards. We have received many compliments on our new kitchen. KC Cabinets and More has a very good business model, so they can easily beat the competition with their expertise and pricing. KC cabinet and more, GREAT… GREAT.. GREAT, in everything, quality, honesty, patience, accommodation and nice team to deal with. I ordered cabinets for master bathroom, powder bathroom and guest bathroom, they agree to deliver them in different times with no extra charge, everything came according to the schedule on time, I even have to change the schedule at 4:30 pm the night before delivery because of problem in the master bathroom and they changed the time without any complain. The team that removed the old cabinets and install the new ones are excellent and did everything PERFECT! I paid ½ the amount of money when I did the contract, they did not even ask for the other half until I called them to go and pay the rest when everything was done. It was a great experience to deal with them. Clair did several designs to accommodate my needs and she successfully did a great job. Really everybody in that team was so nice and friendly. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THEM!!

Home Depot and Lowe's would not touch my project because it was too small. I only had one bathroom vanity I wanted to replace. Searched and found them near me in Sugar Land. Visited the show room and they had a nice selection of countertops, and she explained the difference between the products. I went with quartz. The price was great; even taking into account that they do not repair any sheet rock damage or replace your plumbing fixtures. They were able to get to my project within a week and the installers were excellent. There was a little bit of sheet rock damage done in removing the old backsplash, but having been told this might happen, i'm fine with it and I do know how to repair it myself. I had my plumber reinstall the fixtures, as the new sink was bigger and the drain line had to be relocated. I'll definitely use them again when I want to replace other countertops.

Highly Recommended Our project is to install a row of base cabinet in the dining room. We checked out the usual places like IKEA, Home Depot, Lowe's and finally decided to go with KC Cabinet & More. With Home Depot and Lowe's, there is always the plot of "we have a promotion of x% discount but it will end on Saturday...". With IKEA, the design is more modern but the material is the less desirable particleboard. We were thinking about going with IKEA until we got a very high quote for installation with some ridiculous pre-installation requirements such as homeowner must have all materials moved next to the room where they will perform the installation. Huh? We went to KC Cabinet & More next. The moment we walked in, we got a warm welcoming smile from Claire. She patiently listened to our need, presented the computer drawing, showed us the available options and finally gave us a quote that includes cabinets, counter-top and installation. With one look at the quote, we know immediately it is a reasonable quote. Claire didn't push us to make decision right away. As a matter of fact, she even suggested us to visit a stone yard in case we find a counter-top that we like better. We made the commitment to go with KC Cabinet & more two days later. On the day of installation, the workers showed up on time, unloaded and assembled the cabinets in the garage then started the installation soon after. We were surprised that Claire showed up before noon to make sure everything is going smoothly, she even helped with the installation. A simple gesture which we truly appreciated. The finished project looks great and is exactly what we expected.

After being frustrated with Home Depot, my husband and I stopped by this place and was helped by Claire immediately. She helped design our kitchen and was able to provide a visual right away. She's very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Communicated is great and the price is right! Our shaker cabinets were the same quality as the ones we were looking at from Home Depot; but a lotttt less expensive. We also got Claire's team to purchase Quartz from another company and install it. She got the contractor pricing and did not up-charge us on the Quartz like 2 other installers did. I would definitely come back here again for cabinets and countertop orders/installation.

KC Cabinet & More installed our new cabinets and counter top in our kitchen. They did an absolutely awesome job. Claire had some excellent suggestions which really enhanced the design. We are very happy with the quality of the cabinets and the quartz countertop and we were also very impressed with the installers. They were all very experienced and did an outstanding job. We are really happy we found them. We would definitely use them again and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to remodel.

This family business is very responsive and has a complete showroom which is hard to find these days. We came in to see if they had a remnant counter top for a small vanity that needed a custom fit. Sure enough there was one in the back and we got it all arranged for a new install. We had great craftsmanship as a result. I took away a star because the first sink had a chip and we had to have them go get a new one. And, our solid install appointment got changed at the last minute and delayed a week. We were waiting and had to call them about the delay. They need to work on communication with customers with their installers.

The Chinese lady was try to sell me stuff I didn't wanted. Also everything is way overpriced. The two other Hispanic girls are so getto. They act like they work for a doctor's office but in a getto way. No thank you. Very disrespectful and dirty environment. I'm a caucasian lady and it pisses me off when someone speaks in a different language in front of me and starts laughing. This is America. Speak English at least when the customer is right in front of y'all. Never ever I'm stepping inside this getto place. Will spread the word. The shina/Sheila chick was talking bout going to college and acting all boozie. Bitch please! People more educated than you clean my dishes and do my house keeping.
