Unbelievable transformation of my house, from the entire floor to the brand new kitchen , bathroom, and refurbished wood stairs…Beyond what we could expect!!! From the beginning till the end, Boss Janson demonstrated his professional skills at designing of new layouts of kitchen, profound knowledge of the types of the floor, floor materials and colors…; plus the excellent skills on the installation of floors, stone countertops, and the detailed on the cabinets and tile floors, and the interface between the sink and the countertop, and our favorite wine cabinet…fantastic and amazing work! The most important is Mr Janson’s noble character, he kept his promise and finished the project on time with incredible quality! Last but not least, Mr Janson is a truly honest gentleman we have known, even no one dime was overcharged !!! Jason, the owner, was great. Super nice, fast & hardworking team. There might be a slight language barrier but don't let that hold you back from talking to them, very reasonable pricing. Work I had contracted them to do was a complete gut of the kitchen and remodel: Demo, Tiling, Recessed lighting, Crown Molding, Baseboards, Cabinets, Counter top, Plumbing, & Sink/Range Backsplash tiling. We used him for flooring five or six years ago and Jason did an excellent job on our living room and a rental house flooring. For another flooring project, we called him but he never returned to our calls. His voice mail box is full, so we drove to his shop to pay a visit on February 23, 2022. His office was closed and filled with a bunch of junk. Did he close his business? If you know what happened to his shop, please put your comments. Thanks for reading my comment.

Used this company at the recommendation of several co-workers. Some people here believe he goes by Jason but I'm pretty sure it's Jansen. Like others said, there is a slight language barrier. Here is what I can say about him after having our kitchen done- his prices can't be beat. He is super cheap. He works fast and efficiently but you have to inspect the work to ensure it's exactly what you want don't. For us, if he says he will do or fix something, he will do it. If I had a problem and needed them to fix it, he would send someone down the same day to fix it. On one wall the quartz didn't line up for the backsplash tile guy so they I needed them to cut a sliver and put it all the way up against the wall. He said no problem and it was fixed 4 hours later- this was on a day they weren't planning on even coming to do work. He gave me zero pushback for the corrections or changes we wanted. He is a good guy and I plan to use him again. My recommendation is to be very specific with what you want and how you want it. As long as he knows what you want, he'll make it happen.

Their flooring prices are very reasonable and they are flexible and quick with scheduling/installation. The owner is a nice guy and means well but he is extrememly busy and english isnt his first language so keep that in mind. Overall I would use them again because if you compare service and price I dont think I would have been able to get the same deal anywhere else.

It's taken me a couple years to write this review because I'm still traumatized by the terrible work Jason/Jian's team did to my house. Kitchen- overall install of cabinets and tiles were not bad but the materials used are cheap as things are chipping. The cabinets are also not uniform in color and it bugs me daily. Bathrooms- do not let these people install any tiles. The spacing between the tiles are off, they smeared the grout and let it dry so it always looks dirty, the edges are off, tiles are not leveled, they installed the shower head soooo high I have to go on my tiptoe to try to grab shower head, the list goes on. This was my first remodel. We were on a major time crunch. I chose the cheapest contractor without any time to educate myself so everything was rushed. I ended up refusing to pay the rest of the balance because of the terrible job they did but I should have paid way less because I'll spend a lot more redoing their mess one day.

The owner Jason was very rude just like what another reviewer said. I think he is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He talked down on you. I still have bitter taste in my mouth. He has zero interpersonal skills.

Got a quote from "Jason" so he comes by to give estimate. After three texts and phone calls, he finally sends a quote four days later. Not sure how he is quick and prompt. Within two days we decide to move forward and he suggests a time to meet at his store to pick out cabinets, floors etc. He fabricates a lie about the appointment time on the same day we were suppose to meet which was already a good week after we decided to go forward. So now two weeks into this process with him and couple of red flags, I chose to just be patient. We finally meet to see cabinets and floor... pretty outdated style and colors. We picked out least offensive option and he visits again for measurements. Now this time around, reflecting back on his quote he wants nothing to do with the electrical work or wall texturing/fixing damage even for the kitchen and bathroom that he is remodeling. Third red flag. After couple of days passes by and again no response from him, we had to part our separate ways after wasting over two weeks. So lesson learned, if you want a quality workmanship with good reliable/responsible contractor, Jians is the opposite. I am glad that it didn't work out because he is the person who would quit in the middle of the job.

The owner is not very responsible and is actually quite rude. He took a long time to finish a kitchen. Once everything was done, some of the work he did came a part. We told him about the problem and he said no problem. He would fix the problem in a few days. Then a couple weeks later we asked him again. He said "rest assure" I promise you it will get taken care of. Well it's been 2 months, tried calling him.. then kept blowing it off... I guess he had no intention of fixing the problem.. even though he smiles at you and says "of course we will fix it! It's our responsibility." We even told him we can pay more money... and he just said "I will be there in a few days..." what a liar...
