I ordered the Cambria White Cliff quartz for my kitchen…a great experience, especially with all the girls that work in the office/showroom…they were very pleasant and knowledgeable…on the day of installation there was one piece that was mis-cut and the guys left for a couple of hours and returned with a new piece…very pleased with JG’s all around professionalism…thanks for the great job…

Extremely pleased with JG Natural Stone! I took estimates from three places and they were the least expensive out of the three. Stopped by their shop to see their inventory and really feel in love with the leathered black granite. They came and measured and installed within a few weeks. We did 3 bathrooms and the utility room and we could not be happier. We provided the sinks and they installed them onsite. Great experience and highly recommend.

Fantastic job accomplished by pro's. I had an outdoor kitchen project in work when JG came out to take initial measurements. They came out for a second measurement prior to cut and install. When installing, the slab aligned perfectly with my cutouts for the built-in grill. During installation, the team took time to ensure proper notches for the built-in grill and flush mount the granite with the base and the side of the house. Of note, I also purchased the stone veneer from JG. All prices were below larger chain retailers.

Installed counters and backsplash. With counter install scratched and damaged our dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Grout and residue on floors which couldn’t be removed, as well as product covered on our table and kitchen island which we were told would be covered. Backsplash was the worst though as it was put free handed and not even, unlevel and could see uneven grout left messy and on cabinets. Complained and the same person who originally did the install was sent back and scratched the new counters, cut tile inside the house till we mentioned something then went outside leaving cut tile and product all in the driveway and grass, as well as damaged the drywall. Sent back again, after a 3rd time of being sent we just left it as is, to avoid worse damage. We went with this company because they were local and had good reviews but wouldn’t again.

I want to start by saying that working with this company has been a great experience: they have been responsive, helpful, polite, and a wellspring of information. They were accommodating with my schedule, and their installation crew was as quick and professional as could be hoped. But that's not to say there weren't a few issues. Their measurement of my sink was off a little, which resulted in the edge on one side overlapping too far; not the end of the world, but noticeable whenever the sink is in use. I also requested some of the stone be cut into strips to use as footers (since I had my cabinets mounted slightly higher than normal, to be easier on my back), which they graciously did—and for a tremendously affordable price!—but the installation left some gaps in places. It isn't too terribly obtrusive except in a single spot, and that can probably be masked with some creative use of wood filler, but it is still an extra step to do and will never look as good as a flush job from the outset would have. So again, I want to say that I WOULD recommend JG Natural Stone—they are a great company, working with them was a good experience, and their prices are excellent—but just bear in mind that no one is going to be perfect 100% of the time.

Prices and customer service are unbeatable. Really worked with my schedule to get our project done on time. They are truly the best prices in town - marble for $20 per square foot?! And granite for $16 per sq foot! We were so impressed. Our kitchen and 2 bathrooms were done in 3-4 hours. Only note I would have: If you are keeping the same faucets / drains tell them ahead of time so they will be cautious when removing. A few of our drains were broken when they ripped out the old countertops. I still highly recommend them.

I needed a small piece of granite cut for this cabinet I built in the laundry room. They were able to find me a piece that matched the style I was wanting, and then cut according to the specifications I sent over. The cuts were perfect, it fit beautifully and looks amazing. The price was extremely reasonable and they didn't charge me for a minimum square footage. The next closest price I found was almost double what I paid for this piece. Thank you JG Natural Stone, I'll definitely use you in the future!

Please do not use them unless you want to be lied at, ripped off and disrespected as a customer. When I signed my contract at this place, the owner's teenage daughter's that work here lied to me because things changed really fast after the measurement and getting the final invoice. Note; I am not the first one to say this. I wish I had read the comments first before ever going here. The comments say they are liars and people get ripped which is true according to my experience. When I first got to this place, I was super excited. I signed my contract to have quartz installed in my new kitchen but things changed really fast after measurements and them sending the final invoice. RED FLAG: They make you sign a contract before they actually come to take measurements. My measurements changed and so did the cost exponentially change. Any extra measurements was charged as a new job thus high fabrication cost. They trick customers by having them sign contract before measurements. I forgot to mention that on the day of measurements, they kept postponing the times. When I got the final invoice, I got angry because the prices had skyrocketed and they were trying to rip-me off. The owner's daughter was so rude and disrespectful. I got agitated and responded firmly to them since these people are liars. When they realized that I was right, they cancelled my project saying that I was using profanity. What did they expect after lying to me and the teenagers being disrespectful? I was so happy and felt like I had won lottery after they cancelled. I felt fortunate as I did not want to continue the project with liars and disrespectful people. I felt tied/stuck due to the contract so them cancelling the project was answered prayers. I did not have to deal with them anymore. They later lied to me again by telling me to pick up my check on Monday, when they knew they would be closed on Monday due to the weather. Keep in mind, they told on Saturday to pick up my check on Monday and then before they closed Saturday left a sign on the door saying that they are closed Monday. Liars!!! I ended up stopping the check via my bank. I found another local countertop place that was great and installed my quartz in a timely time. Please do not go here unless you want to get ripped and lied too by the teenage girls of the owner.

Top notch experience! This is my third time working with JG Granite and very happy that I gave them a call. Had a kitchen sink failure and of course new sink needed ti have granite cut by a professional due to small margin for error. Front desk staff and Juan know this business and it shows, I was a builder for several years and can appreciate people that take pride in their trade.

They did a great job when we had them replace our bathroom countertops with quartz. We decided to use them for replacing our granite kitchen countertops with quartz as well as subway tile for the backsplash. They were quick to get out to give me an estimate and used a special laser device for the kitchen countertop measurements. They responded quickly to any concerns I had pre-installation. Turn around for the countertops was about 3 weeks and about 4 weeks for the kitchen backsplash since it was a popular tile that had to be shipped from California.

We used JG Natural Stone for our new counter tops in our kitchen. It was a wonderful experience from picking the granite to the installation. They were on time for the install, cleaned up when done and did a great job. We had never had granite counter tops before so they instructed us how to keep them looking good. Jorge and his team did a phenomenal job installing granite counter tops in my home. They were very responsive from the first time I called and were able to come out and measure, cut, and install all within of a week of contacting them. the owner came to our home to measure & make a template. at that time, he discussed options and provided an exact cost for the project. they did a great job installing our master bath counters. They were courteous and professional. They protected floors from damage during the installation and cleaned up after themselves. we would definitely use them again.

Jorge and his crew were very professional when in our home. Didn't make a big mess and cleaned up after themselves after installing our granite counter in the kitchen. He had several good suggestions and paid attention to detail during the install. We wanted to complete the final details ourselves but are certain JG Natural Stone would have done a great job with the completion. We ordered a countertop and tile jobs from JG Natural Stone. First, they installed a countertop. No issues with that. After a week, they came back and did a natural stone installation. Horrible job. 1. First of all, they saw our walls twice before the installation and didn't even mention that they needed to be painted with a dark color. We thought it wouldn't matter since the stone will cover it. 2. In the pictures, you can see that they leave such big gaps (approximately 1/4 in). Their representative tried to convince us that it is "just the design of the stone," but we're on our mind so far and understand that it is not. Moreover, you can clearly see mastic and walls in these gaps. Believe me, it looks horrible when you look at it in-person. 3. The material has chips (we were told I is "just the design of the stone"). They just didn't want to provide enough material to find better pieces 4. When we tried to talk with someone from the office asking them to redo the job or provide us a discount on their labor, they said they cannot do that. 5. Now we need to find another company who will redo this job. I cannot tell you how we're sad and feeling fooled. We're highly NOT recommending this business to anyone. In case if their technicians mess up, they will always say it's "by the design." Please find another company who cares about their reputation.

From rentahusbandtx, This place is not recommended, unless you want to get ripped off!!! We are contractors, this is the only guy in 40 years, that Ive bought from that wouldnt honor his work. Hes also the only company that we have had to sue. Everyone else has fixed their mistakes, but Jorge thinks hes above that [ see other reviews on Google] Hired this guy to do three bathrooms for my customer. The last one they cut an inch short on two sides. They also cut out for sinks in the wrong places. We had brought the vanity to his shop for him to measure. How could he get it wrong? When his guys tried to install, they made a terrible mess of caulking, sealant, and epoxy all over our freshly painted cabinets, toilet, and walls. Which in turn resulted in us having to paint entire cabinets again. I've never had anyone do such sloppy work. He lied and said he would fix it. Since he ruined the last piece of the slab, the only acceptable solution was to buy a new piece that the customer approved of. JORGE LIED ABOUT HIS IM GOING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. He refused to refund the money paid to him for the job, $1100, and refused to buy a new piece of stone. [another $500] He is so glib; he thought he could lie his way out of his responsibilities to us. Now we will sue him for the $1600. He cost us 4 weeks of delays, and a customer who couldnt accept the crap he gave to us as a bathroom vanity top. Please see the pictures posted with this and stay away from this BUM! Look at how he tried to make the top fit. He added little pieces on the edges to deceive the customer into thinking the top fit. It didnt even make it to be supported by the cabinet box. And he told me that was ok. Being in the business for 40 years, hes just a liar

Had them out to measure for our counter tops, the girl showed up an hour early and didn't apologize about just showing up. I was told I would get our quote within 48hrs, after 3 days I called and was told 1 more day. I called twice more before giving up. I received an email with the quote over two weeks after she was out to measure. Very disappointing since there were other positive reviews.

They quoted me over $300 to grind and polish the edge of a piece of granite I already have (26"by57") for my kitchen island. I have been given estimates to buy and have installed new granite tops from two different counter top companys for far less than what they want to rework four edges of my piece. And I was going to bring the piece to them and pick it up and install myself. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.....
