I ordered the Cambria White Cliff quartz for my kitchen…a great experience, especially with all the girls that work in the office/showroom…they were very pleasant and knowledgeable…on the day of installation there was one piece that was mis-cut and the guys left for a couple of hours and returned with a new piece…very pleased with JG’s all around professionalism…thanks for the great job…

Extremely pleased with JG Natural Stone! I took estimates from three places and they were the least expensive out of the three. Stopped by their shop to see their inventory and really feel in love with the leathered black granite. They came and measured and installed within a few weeks. We did 3 bathrooms and the utility room and we could not be happier. We provided the sinks and they installed them onsite. Great experience and highly recommend.

Fantastic job accomplished by pro's. I had an outdoor kitchen project in work when JG came out to take initial measurements. They came out for a second measurement prior to cut and install. When installing, the slab aligned perfectly with my cutouts for the built-in grill. During installation, the team took time to ensure proper notches for the built-in grill and flush mount the granite with the base and the side of the house. Of note, I also purchased the stone veneer from JG. All prices were below larger chain retailers.

Installed counters and backsplash. With counter install scratched and damaged our dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Grout and residue on floors which couldn’t be removed, as well as product covered on our table and kitchen island which we were told would be covered. Backsplash was the worst though as it was put free handed and not even, unlevel and could see uneven grout left messy and on cabinets. Complained and the same person who originally did the install was sent back and scratched the new counters, cut tile inside the house till we mentioned something then went outside leaving cut tile and product all in the driveway and grass, as well as damaged the drywall. Sent back again, after a 3rd time of being sent we just left it as is, to avoid worse damage. We went with this company because they were local and had good reviews but wouldn’t again.

I want to start by saying that working with this company has been a great experience: they have been responsive, helpful, polite, and a wellspring of information. They were accommodating with my schedule, and their installation crew was as quick and professional as could be hoped. But that's not to say there weren't a few issues. Their measurement of my sink was off a little, which resulted in the edge on one side overlapping too far; not the end of the world, but noticeable whenever the sink is in use. I also requested some of the stone be cut into strips to use as footers (since I had my cabinets mounted slightly higher than normal, to be easier on my back), which they graciously did—and for a tremendously affordable price!—but the installation left some gaps in places. It isn't too terribly obtrusive except in a single spot, and that can probably be masked with some creative use of wood filler, but it is still an extra step to do and will never look as good as a flush job from the outset would have. So again, I want to say that I WOULD recommend JG Natural Stone—they are a great company, working with them was a good experience, and their prices are excellent—but just bear in mind that no one is going to be perfect 100% of the time.

Prices and customer service are unbeatable. Really worked with my schedule to get our project done on time. They are truly the best prices in town - marble for $20 per square foot?! And granite for $16 per sq foot! We were so impressed. Our kitchen and 2 bathrooms were done in 3-4 hours. Only note I would have: If you are keeping the same faucets / drains tell them ahead of time so they will be cautious when removing. A few of our drains were broken when they ripped out the old countertops. I still highly recommend them.

I needed a small piece of granite cut for this cabinet I built in the laundry room. They were able to find me a piece that matched the style I was wanting, and then cut according to the specifications I sent over. The cuts were perfect, it fit beautifully and looks amazing. The price was extremely reasonable and they didn't charge me for a minimum square footage. The next closest price I found was almost double what I paid for this piece. Thank you JG Natural Stone, I'll definitely use you in the future!

Please do not use them unless you want to be lied at, ripped off and disrespected as a customer. When I signed my contract at this place, the owner's teenage daughter's that work here lied to me because things changed really fast after the measurement and getting the final invoice. Note; I am not the first one to say this. I wish I had read the comments first before ever going here. The comments say they are liars and people get ripped which is true according to my experience. When I first got to this place, I was super excited. I signed my contract to have quartz installed in my new kitchen but things changed really fast after measurements and them sending the final invoice. RED FLAG: They make you sign a contract before they actually come to take measurements. My measurements changed and so did the cost exponentially change. Any extra measurements was charged as a new job thus high fabrication cost. They trick customers by having them sign contract before measurements. I forgot to mention that on the day of measurements, they kept postponing the times. When I got the final invoice, I got angry because the prices had skyrocketed and they were trying to rip-me off. The owner's daughter was so rude and disrespectful. I got agitated and responded firmly to them since these people are liars. When they realized that I was right, they cancelled my project saying that I was using profanity. What did they expect after lying to me and the teenagers being disrespectful? I was so happy and felt like I had won lottery after they cancelled. I felt fortunate as I did not want to continue the project with liars and disrespectful people. I felt tied/stuck due to the contract so them cancelling the project was answered prayers. I did not have to deal with them anymore. They later lied to me again by telling me to pick up my check on Monday, when they knew they would be closed on Monday due to the weather. Keep in mind, they told on Saturday to pick up my check on Monday and then before they closed Saturday left a sign on the door saying that they are closed Monday. Liars!!! I ended up stopping the check via my bank. I found another local countertop place that was great and installed my quartz in a timely time. Please do not go here unless you want to get ripped and lied too by the teenage girls of the owner.

Top notch experience! This is my third time working with JG Granite and very happy that I gave them a call. Had a kitchen sink failure and of course new sink needed ti have granite cut by a professional due to small margin for error. Front desk staff and Juan know this business and it shows, I was a builder for several years and can appreciate people that take pride in their trade.
