We purchased quartz for our kitchen countertops and backsplash. Throughout the process, Chen was instrumental with assisting us - with design, product, scheduling (templating, fabrication, install), and constant status followups. She was very professional and extremely great to work with. The templating/fabrication/install team was amazing! Very efficient when doing each of these tasks and the workmanship they performed on the fabrication was incredible - still in awe with the end result. We would definitely recommend Jerong. They are definitely our choice for doing our future home development.

As a General Building Contractor. I’ve been buying material from all over the Bay Area. I’ve been buying counter top stones from different vendors. And this place is one of my favorites. They have the best quality, but they also have affordable materials. I always talk to Francisco because it’s very important for me to deal with a person who’s very knowledgeable. If you go to this place, ask for Francisco. In my experience with Jerome, I’m happy and I highly recommend it to you.

We attempted to order a cabinet top of granite. I had an engineering drawing of what we wanted, and presented it to Melissa. We very quickly discovered that she was not capable of reading (or understanding) a proper engineering drawing. She insisted that we needed two "peninsula pieces" to fabricate our order, and told us, after cutting, that "you will have some stone left over" (more than 7 sq.ft) . . . . I attempted to show her, on my drawing, that our order could be made using ONE "countertop" piece (for about HALF the price) At that point, I discovered she is not capable of simple arithmetic, or logical thought. After she "recalculated" my drawing, she finally agreed to "cut the stone the way you want", BUT we had to pay 100% in advance. I agreed, stipulating that if the results were as per the drawing, that would be fine - her answer "no, you pay regardless" . . I questioned, what if your cutters make a mistake?? . . "no you pay regardless, no refunds" There are numerous other stone retailers in Hayward, many have staff that possess intelligence and common sense and are ready to do business in a normal manner. I suggest giving one of them a try . . .

I purchased almost all quartz and tiles from Jerong for my home project. I worked with Chen and she is amazing. It was a long process for us to make final decisions on what to buy. We emailed her to ask all kinds of questions and she responded almost always within the same business day. She is very knowledgeable about the inventory Jerong carries and has been super helpful when we were not sure about which product to choose. We underestimated the quantity of some items and had to go back to order more. Chen managed to get the extra order available with a very quick turnaround. I recommend Jerong for its good variety of inventory, unbeatable prices, and wonderful customer services from Chen.

I struck gold when I walked into Jerong after visiting so many places looking for a pre-fab countertop & other materials for our bathroom remodel. Their core clientele seems to be contractors, but I was graciously welcomed and assisted by Chen during several trips to find just the right material. There are other suppliers nearby (named in other reviews) that may beat them on price, but the stress-free environment, customer care and higher quality of stone & quartz at Jerong make them my first choice. The showroom is not fancy, but they carry stone and quartz in both slab & prefab. The MSI quartz I got was the best anywhere in terms of price/quality ratio.

Melissa, the installers and everyone I have dealt with at Jerong have been exceptional. I first visited them almost 20 years ago - can that be right? Well they were great before and they still are - in fact their inventory has only gotten better. Every time I have gone online or called them the response has been super helpful, quick and very clear. The prefabricated countertop material they have is terrific and they have tons of it - marble, granite and a whole room of quartz. I understand the tariffs with China may make getting this material at their amazing low cost - really difficult going forward - so if you are thinking about a replacement or new construction job - hurry!!! The delivery is the toughest part with these - and Jerong can deliver (unlike Floor and Decor, etc.) and fabricate to fit, etc. I went in on a Wednesday and my two countertops were ready for delivery on that same Friday! This was so terrific and surprising - I didn't even stipulate a speedy turn around time. When the material was delivered and installed they were so professional, courteous, clean, thoughtful and the job was done perfectly - really perfectly. Working with Jerong has always been a pleasure and I'm so happy to see their good practices continue and thrive. Thank you!!

I needed to replace my bathroom countertop. Melissa responded to my email inquiry quickly, and she assisted me during my visit to the store/warehouse. She was efficient and knowledgeable and I was able to pick out my quartz piece in ten minutes! What was so amazing is that just two days later Juan and his assistant came by to demo and install my countertop...in under three hours! They were so nice, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. The price and service was fantastic, and my bathroom looks brand new! I will definitely use them in the future to replace my kitchen countertops.

Wife and I just remodeled our kitchen. Looking for quartzite countertops, we visited half-a-dozen businesses including Jerong Marble Products in Hayward www.jerongmarble.com where we purchased two gorgeous slabs of Taj Mahal quartzite from a truly fun person, Melissa Herrera. And her price was right. Now installed, we love our new kitchen. After we install our backsplash and range hood, we'll post a pic or two. Melissa is amazing. She's the most responsive salesperson I've ever encountered. She gives you options within your budget and doesn't make you feel pressured into deciding anything. She showed us several options, even had her crew position the slabs next to one another so we could see how they looked together and compare / contrast. Their pricing is very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them for a remodel.

At the recommendation of our GC we went to Jerong in our search for kitchen countertops. I spent several months looking at all types of materials for countertops at every shop in the bay area. Although we did not end up buying our countertop from Jerong, we visited them several times as we were making our final decision. They have THE BEST PRICING for prefabricated countertops. They have a nice, high quality selection of both granite and quartzite (and other materials). Their prices are clearly marked and they seem to be very straight shooters. We mainly dealt with the Sales Associate, Rodel Torres. He is an incredibly nice man who is very patient and knowledgeable of the materials. I actually felt bad that we did not end up buying from him because he is so sweet.

I flew to the bay area to remodel my mother's kitchen. I had very limited time and found Jerong on Yelp. From the moment I walked through the door, I was very impressed. The place is clean and organized. I wanted quartz countertops and they had numerous ones on display with their prices. Rodel helped me and was great. He gave me samples, took my information and called the installer to get me a quote. The price was fair and they were able to do work within my time frame. The installer was a craftsman and Rodel made sure I was happy with the job. I would be happy to use them again!

I was shopping around for some prefab granite countertops for my home. I am not a contractor just a guy trying to play handyman, I had gone to Uni-tile several times to look around but no one was never available to answer any questions the place is a nightmare at any given time. uni-tile has cheaper prices but the quality of the granite is very poor. As I was leaving I decided to drive around to see if there where any other stores close by and I came across Jerong Products and let me just say that within literally 10 minutes I found the perfect granite for my home. Jerong is very clean and presentable and they have a nice selection of granite and the quality of the granite is 20xs better than uni-tile for sure and the costumer service is top notch. My sales rep name was Chen she was amazingly efficient and very knowledgable Chen was on top of things every step of the way from day one until the day of my pick up. I'll definitely be back with more business for them.

My fiancé and I were looking to remodel our kitchen. We went to Uni- Tile first but couldn't find anything that was nice. Our contractor recommended us to go to Jerong Products. We were so happy that we went there. What a great selects they have! The store was well kept also. It wasn't an easy decision to make. I've never shopped for granite or marble before, so this was a new experience. Jerong was the fourth stop, and I was glad I came to this place. The selection was very good, and the prices were reasonable, too. I would say they had the best combo of all the places I had checked out. What really warranted the fifth star of the rating is the service. The other places were either indifferent or too intense, sales-wise, but I was very comfortable with the young lady helping me (Jocelyn). She was very good in helping me make my choice rather than pushing this or that or upselling. I appreciated the service. The install went well, too, so this turned out to be a very good experience.

2 thumbs up for Jerong and for Katy! We were told about Jerong from the appliance salesman at Sears-Newark. He highly recommended Jerong. We completed our kitchen remodel about a month ago. Initially, we were going to use an in-town interior design/contractor company. Jerong blew their prices OUT of the water! Jerong's service was incredible. Katy was responsive, detailed, pro-active, and fun to work with. Since most of our interaction was e-mail, it was imperative that Katy be responsive. She delivered big! There selection was great. We went to Dal-Tile to view their slabs. Jerong has the same exact granite. As a matter of fact, Jerong's slabs had better color combinations. Their installers were the best. They installed our granite and tile. They did a beautiful job and were meticulous. We have only one seam in the granite and it looks great. With Jerong as our tile/marble/granite contractor, I look forward to completing the remainder of our renovations. I know the work will be completed on schedule, on budget, and with great attention to detail. Our kitchen came in approx. $2k under budget. Thanks Jerong and Katy!!!

I was so impressed with this company's product, service, and speed. I worried that there might be problems since I lived in Washington state and was ordering the granite sight unseen, along with asking them to do some complicated cuts. I sent them a template, and I was thrilled with the result. The granite arrived beautifully packed, and all pieces were intact. All pieces fit perfectly, and the seam cuts were the best I've ever seen, hardly visible at all. In addition, the granite (and there were two ty pes) was gorgeous, defintely first quality. Cristian was my salesman, and he handled everything with speed and precision. And the price was better than I had seen anywhere else. All in all, I am thrilled and highly recommend this cmpany, both for professionalism and product.

I had a great experience with Jerong. I was looking for prefab engineered quartz countertops and it seems like only 2 places carried it - Artistic Stone and Jerong. Katy was extremely helpful and kind and very non pushy. I was able to bargain alittle on the counterops. Also purchased some Porcelanosa tiles. Good thing bout Jerong is unlike the Porcelanosa stores, they have the price tag on the tiles, and they were cheaper than Porcelanosa themselves. They also allow you to purchase tiles based on the piece and not by the box. Only slightly bad thing is there are no returns at this place. Overall i had a great experience here.

I was very happy with my experience with Cornerstone Home Design and turned out Conerstone is an affliate of Jerong. Service: I was extremely happy with the service that Eric Fong provided. He was the only person we dealt with since the service with this organization is so good that once we picked what we want from Jerong, Roger from Cornerstone pretty much take care of everything. So for us, all these happened behind the scene and we didn't have to do the run around. Pros: 1. Price - great price! 2. Selection - Probably too much, we were only looking for certain style of tiles so we didn't look through everything... they even have sinks for sale. 3. Service - need to say no more. They were awesome. Look for Eric, he is great! Cons: 1. The place looks more like a warehouse and doesn't look like one of these very nice and fancy show room with fancy decoration, but that's probably why the price was good. It's the quality and price that I look for, not how grand the store is.

Great selection! Great price! Great service! What's not to like? I visited three other showrooms prior to discovering Jerong. Previous quotes for granite counter tops ranged from $3000 to $7500. Jerong not only beat the other quotes but the selection and service far exceeded my expectations. My sales rep, Katy, was both courteous and professional. I couldn't recommend more! Excellent slab yard and fantastic customer service. Jerry, the owner, was quickly meeting with the customers as they walked in and assigning them to a sales person. We quickly found a choice of slab that we loved. Jerry had his guys move 15 slabs so we could pick 5 that we wanted. He also is able to arrange for fabrication which we did with him. Considering the size of the order he gave us a good deal. His guys when they showed up brought exactly the slabs we had ordered and were very creative in cutting the slabs so that they covered the large area we wanted. Overall fantastic experience, highly recommended.

Jerong products has an excellent selection of granite and marble especially slabs and pre fab pieces. they have new products regularly (the latest is glass tiles). Lots of marble fireplace mantles although I personally prefer more contemporary designs. Price is very very reasonable. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly; ask for Eric, he was very helpful.

I CANNOT believe I am the FIRST to review Jerong!! This place is incredible!!! The Scoop: If you need ANY type of stone, come here to look at least. They have the largest granite and marble selection I have seen so far. We shopped for granite here on the strong recommendation from our contractor. We were blown away, and fell in love with Antique Labrador. Now granted the piece we love isn't cheap, but that is because it's a high end piece. We made a couple of calls, and it seems as though Jerong has the best price by about $50 per slab. We are looking at $445 for a regular old 26x 96 bullnose. If you need to spend less, don't be discouraged. They have everything from basic Grey ( $105 per slab, 26x96) to other crazy expensive $500+ slabs. Basic cremes, blacks, and tans are very inexpensive. The BEST part?? Go outside and see the wonderful lot of "oops" orders. If you only need one slab for, say a bathroom vanity, this is your place. Super nice staff; they will pull out any pieces you want to see in the sunlight, etc. Very easy to work with, and reliable. We HAVE NOT bought our dream granite, but that's because I'm still looking for off-white/cream colored cabinets that are prefab. If you have any pointers, please do share. A+ establishment. Don't waste your time at more expensive, smaller yards, come here and feel like a million bucks when you put that distinct, unique slab in your kitchen!

Located in Fremont with a lot of other countertop places I liked how Jerong had everything placed so it was easy to see. Many of the other places nearby just had an overwhelming selection of quartz which made it hard to really visualize. Prices were a bit higher than others but they are open to negotiation. We ultimately purchased from them because they carried certain brands and had it in stock. One great thing is they do have a pretty large selection of quartzite and had larger selection of prefab than other places.

Jerong has the best selection of pre-fab slabs we found. The quality was MUCH better stone than other prefab outlets, which have drab stuff. Also, Jerong has full slabs with interesting character. Jocelyn and the owner were both responsive and interested in our needs. If you can go pre-fab, it will save you a LOT of money. I strongly suggest a trip to Hayward before you make a decision.

I can understand why this place has gotten good reviews. It is much cheaper than high end stores. They have a decent selection of marble, granite and quartz. Their prices are competitive but not the lowest I found. I was ready to finalize granite fabrication and installation with one of their sales representatives. She was going on vacation but promised to e-mail me when she returned with the final details. I sent her a follow-up e-mail providing a bit more information and letting her know I looked forward to hearing from her but I never did. I'm not going to hound anyone to take my money from me! My job certainly was not a big job but it was an easy one. In the end, I found a store that had the exact same slab $100 cheaper and installation was approximately 1/3 of the price.

I'm never use Jerong again. I bought 4 prefab quartz pieces that they swore were from the same die lot. When cut and installed and put next to each other there is significant color variation. I have to scrap the entity project and it's about a $5k fix. And they did nothing to help me solve the issue.

I was considering purchasing countertops from this place until the moment when I was ready to place order, the island piece was sold out. So I consulted with the sales person when it would come in. He has no clue and moreover being completely helpless. Clearly he is punching the hours and can not care less of the customers, so I walked away. Overall I think they got selections of products, including slabs, and fair price. But, but! They don't want to sell you stuff.

I give them one star for the following reasons: selection: 1. poor selection for whole slabs. Also, if you're looking marble slabs, you can basically skip this place. They only have ONE kind marble slab for you to choose. price: if you're looking for prefab slabs, go down the block to Uni-Tile & Marble. Uni offers a lot more selections and much lower prices. customer service: TERRIBLE! And I'm talking about the manager or owner of this place here. I have to say that he was very "attentive". He followed me throughout the showroom - not to help me, but to make sure I don't take pictures. I guess my question to him is, if they don't offer samples to me and I am not allowed to take pictures, how am I going to make selections. I mean, this is so different from other slab places, like Da Vinci or Integrated Resource on the peninsula, where they encourage you to take pictures so you can refresh your memory. When I went there, I was the only customer in the showroom. That also gives you a glimpse of how popular this place is. Then with the poor customer service and selections, I wonder why anyone would want to do business with them here? To be fair, I have to mention that the first time when I went there, which was months ago, I had a different sales person - not the mgr/owner. She was much better. But after today's visit, it's safe to say that I will never go back to Jerong again!

Make sure to get all the warranty and sales information in writing before hand... and make sure you read over everything! We made a purchase a couple years back and purchased over $1000 of tiles, but ended up not picking up all of the inventory we needed because we finished with what we had, hence we were left with $100 credit. First off, we should have received a refund for whatever we didn't pick up, but we were happy enough at first that we knew we'd probably come back and spend the extra $100. We came back a year later when our next project started and brought the paper work over, but the owner said the credit expired!??!! First off, NOOOO where on our receipt or paper work did it say anything about an expiring credit. We ended up getting into a heated argument at the shop and it didn't do anything, the owner just walked away from our conversation and I still never received my credit! Since then, they started writing that the credit expires in 6 months after on all their new contracts, so be very very careful with these guys, do not pay for more than you need and do not leave a chance for a credit on their books for them to steal from you!!!!

Terrible customer service. I bought 2 cases of glass tiles and wanted to inspect them before leaving their warehouse. Anything purchased at Jerong is "As Is". No returns. You have to sign an agreement when you purchase their products. When the warehouse brought out my purchase it was about 20 minutes to closing. After I started inspecting each sheet, there were already 4 sheets that needed to be exchanged, the warehouseman took those and didn't wait for me to finish the rest. He said he need to get ready to close up but someone brought over the 4 new sheets. Shortly after another man came who seems to be the owner/manager, I showed him a few more which he was able to get someone to bring over. But he said, "I cannot change anymore, they are glass so they are not all perfect". What I bought is going on my wall and it will really stand out. I don't want to buy something that may be damaged and certainly don't want it on my wall. He did say that he will give me credit for the sheet. Well, I came all this way to get what I needed so please let me walk away happy with what I bought. Don't be rude and push your customers out the door because you must shut the door on me exactly at your closing time. I realize you are closing and am considerate to get out of there fast as well.
