Jem designs is a fantastic company to work with Lindsey did our designs and edit and changed everything to our liking took our kitchen from the 60s with an update look at an affordable price with the valley wood cabinetry line They answered any questions I had as I was doing the install myself and replaced the one damaged thing I had quickly and promptly Thanks so much Some before and afters with the new designs there is a little more work that needs done

JEM Designs is a featured company through the remodeling company we used, Buckeye. From the time we entered Tiffany Chambers was professional and thorough. We were remodeling two full and one half bath, so two large and one small vanity with sinks. Tiffany helped us pick styles and colors that will be a part of our home for many years to come. The workmanship of the vanities is exceptional, and the materials for the sinks is just what I envisioned. Any future projects would be enhanced by working with this company.

We had never done a kitchen remodel before and Tiffany put us at ease by walking us through the process and hand-holding us as we made our selections. She offered great advice to make sure we didn't make any big mistakes and that everything we selected blended well together. Shawn (our installer), works extremely well with Tiffany and understood exactly what we wanted to achieve. He always let us know where he was with the install, was on schedule, neat, patient, and super friendly. They made the process as painless as possible while our kitchen was "shut down". There was an easiness about the encounter and the sense that the designer (Tiffany, et. al.) knew what you were looking for without a lot of the agony we'd experienced with other places. The end result exceeded expectations. The cabinets were ordered and arrived without delay; countertops local and available for our own review and selection; installation top drawer with local contact, etc. Couldn't be more pleased with the process, timing and overall result. Went into Jem Design because of the great reviews. I showed Alexis some picture of my current kitchen, provided a drawing with measurements and basic concept of what I wanted. I decided on a cabinet face and color I though I would like and left. A week later I get and e-mail from Essence stating she is finishing my design (guess I get no further input) and would sent it out soon. On the next day I get and invoice for 19K for the cabinets (not including countertop) along with some pictures. I have no idea what any of the cabinets are like on the inside, what pull out options there are, anything. I just receive the pictures and the invoice. I call and my designer (Alexis) and she isn’t there so I email my concerns. Two days later at 4:42 pm I get another e-mail from Essence stating they are working on my changes, and let her if I had any questions. My first question is if you close at 5:00 don’t email 18 minutes before you close so by the time I see it your gone for the day. The next day I call once again, and to my surprise my team isn’t available. I let John (who answered the phone) know my frustration. He states he will take care of it and also come out Friday to get “good” measurements from my house. He said he would be there at 9:00 am (he arrived at 9:15 only 15 mins late but late is late). John was very professional and polite, he collected the measurements he needed and stated they would be in contact with me. I again informed him that wasn’t sure what I wanted, the design I offered was just a one option, however I was open to other. If I’m going to spend between 50 – 60K I wanted some options. I want to make an informed decision, I want to see the options, and make my choice. I hear nothing for two weeks, then I send an e-mail and get the response, we are just finishing up and I’ll send you something before the end of the end, a little while longer I get the same picture (minus two wall cabinets) as I did weeks ago. Again with no explanations. I send off an email stating expeditions are not be met and I feel as if they don’t want my business. Again I hear nothing. I’m getting much better service from Home Depot then this place. I guess if your lucky enough to get Tiffany then you may have a better result then I did, however this place is full of customer NO-SERVICE. I had such high hopes.
