Had some new work done by Carmelo and his team. They showed up on time and made the process easy peasy. Start to finish everythink took about 1 week longer than what we expected because our kitchen had some strange spacing issues. Carmelo handled it personally and we are VERY happy with the end result.

Carmelo and his team at top shelf craftsmen. Had them do some quartz countertops put into my newly remodeled kitchen and I am very kitchen impressed. Margarita was down at the showroom and helped me get started. I was initially going to go with Ikea but after reading more about the process I knew I wanted a local contractor. So glad I went with these guys.

We are doing a complete remodel of our home and all of our counters needed to be replaced. Carmelo came recommended to me by my cabinet refacing contractor. He came out several times to measure and oversee the project. His team is very skilled and pleasant to work with. Carmelo is exceptional in his professionalism. I had an extra large extension added to my island which resulted in my slab not fitting. Before I realize the mistake was mine I blamed Carmelo and he took my wrath like a real professional. Thank you Carmelo for accepting my apology and continuing forward with top-notch quality and customer service. Our counters are absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Carmelo and his team for any and all of your countertop needs.

If you're looking for professional and knowledgeable people to do your countertops definitely contact JDM Countertops. They fixed a botched bar add on countertop that I previously had installed and then had to have a second person finish. I was never truly satisfied with the end results. Rene, Gerardo and another nice guy went above and beyond to get the botched countertop Christmas gift I wanted to do for my mom in December uninstalled and the new add on bar countertop installed. I picked the stone one day and Rene was calling me to install the next. I cannot give these guys enough accolades for how great they work and the quality of there work. They exceeded my expectations on every level, from arriving on the time, to expediting the install by weeks. They were even kind enough to pause periodically during the installation, so that my son could take work calls from home without being interrupted during the process. Quality work is worth taking the time to look for. I'd do business 1000 times over with this great crew. Thank you just isnt enough.

My husband and I met with several companies to determine who we wanted to complete our fabrication as we already had a slap picked out. I could not have been more impressed by the communication alone with Rene. Every step of the way he was extremely sincere and kept me in the loop. Every member of the crew that came into my house was very respectable, thorough, and left no mess. The only thing I would work on is the scheduling. I received a 4 hour window but the crew didn't make it to my house until 1.5 hours after the 4 hour window.

Our experience with JDM Countertops was excellent. We have a particularly large island which they made out of one large piece of stone. It looks amazing! Carmelo and his team worked very hard and were extremely professional. I would highly recommend them!

Carmello was really easy to work with. When he did the measuring and estimate, he was very cooperative and provided ideas on how they would deal with some of the difficult or odd areas of my kitchen. The installation was done one week after the laser measuring. The installers were very good. They made sure everything was perfect. I am very pleased.

Far exceeded expectations. We dealt with Rene' from beginning to end. His communication was top notch. We had contracted with another fabricator and couldn't get a timely response to any of our questions (waiting 3-4 days or more). When this fabricator changed the fabrication timeline from two weeks to 3+ weeks, we went looking. Went to Yelp and saw that JDM had great reviews. The price was fair (in line with all of the others) but we made our decision solely based on Rene's communication. And we are very glad we did. Great product, fair price and outstanding customer service.

Really impressive team here at JDM. Margarita and Carmelo were helpful and awesome to work with. We were doing a little home renovating and decided that quartz countertops in the kitchen where the way to go. I went to Ikea first since that is where we were getting our countertops done, by after reading a little more about the Ikea processes I decided to go straight to a local guy. I am really really glad I did. The process was straight forward and they were responsive. My favorite part of the whole ordeal was they did what they said they were going to do and I didn't have to chase after them. The edges and finish are great craftsmanship. They take their work seriously. Showroom has a lot of options and examples so at least head down there and take a look at what they have. You'll thank me.

You can't go wrong with JDM. JDM has done the counter tops for both my kitchen and master bathroom. Carmelo (the owner) has an amazing gift for templating the perfect fit for my design (which had some pretty tricky angles). Their pricing is very fair, and they were punctual with delivery. I'm very happy with their craftsmanship.

Needed 75sf of countertop, I got several quotes, JDM was on the low side but close to the others. I was a little nervous going with a small fabricator but Cindy sold me on her excellent installers, and she was right! These guys know what they are doing! I was a little nervous at first because we got granite with a strong grain. Our island is enormous and I was afraid of having a seam. They were able to template the whole island on one slab but had to seam it because transporting would have been problematic. The seam was almost invisible and I was so relieved! We love our Moon White countertop, thanks Cindy!

JDM Countertops was terrific to work with! Cindy, the rep who came out to provide the estimate, was wonderful - helpful, knowledgeable, friendly - told me things none of the other companies providing estimates told me about. The guy who came out to measure and the guys who came out to install were efficient and professional! There was a miscommunication about the backsplash, so I called Cindy and later that day, the guy who did the measuring for the install came out to install the backsplash. Great customer service, responsive, great price, on-time. Did everything they said they would do and very professionally, too! Even my project manager was impressed by this company.

Pretty much everything from start to finish was a huge disappointment, so if you do not read this whole review please do NOT put yourself through what we had to go through and DO NO HIRE THEM! They seemed professional, told us everything was under warranty. Well warranty of people that are willing to install horrible work means nothing. We had issues start to finish. 1. Took the day off for them to install. They did not show up until 5:30pm and continued to do so every time they came. I had workers in my house until 8:30pm and 9pm. And they were SLOW. Standing around staring at ill-cut granite for 10-15 minutes at a time. 2. They came and everything was measured wrong, not just a little wrong, we are talking 2-3 inches off. They tried to install granite with chips at the seam and repeatedly told me this was normal and acceptable. One chip was the entire length of my finger. I refused and they installed part of a countertop without measuring with a 2.5 overhang. I'm no contractor but you could visually tell it was off, we could not get into our dishwasher. Sloppy work and clearly just trying to install and leave. 3. I talked to the owner who also said chips in the granite are normal. I told him I took a poll on social media, asked other contractors, and asked the supplier and they are said BULLSHIT. I said you do not have my permission to install any countertops with chips. I had to watch them like a hawk, and still missed some chipping so obviously they do not care about the quality of their work. 4. The workers spoke Spanish and I am not fluent, but they were beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. Many times one worker kept asking "is she listening to us?" and another time another worker said "I don't want to say too much". Obviously they are shady. I told the owner this and he did not apologize for the sloppy work, unprofessionalism, or really anything. He still wanted full price. 5. There were scratches and dried glue from the fabrication all over the countertops I could not scrub off. They had to come back another time to fix, however the owner kept hounding me for full payment. Overall, it was a horrible, drawn out, unprofessional experience with a sloppy install. I did not appreciate having to argue and raise my voice to have a somewhat decent install, and even still it is not perfect. I am still finding issues they hid from me the longer I have the countertops. Please, DO NOT hire them and go through what we went through. It is NOT worth it.

They refused to use a template when measuring the countertops, saying that the job was too small. Consequently, the countertop was not cut correctly. I wish there was a way here to show a picture. Also, in my quartz countertops, I have found numerous scratches. The job looks very amateurish considering I paid top dollar.
