Cannot say enough wonderful things about our new counters from Chris! The whole kitchen has been transformed. Throughout the entire process he was very helpful and knowledgeable as we chose the material that best suited our style/budget, and he made expert recommendations on what's more durable and how to care for it. Probably my favorite part is the new sink!! (Before and after pics included) Our first sink/counters were original to the house from 1995, with some questionable DIY work done before we moved in...but the new sink and counters are a MASSIVE glow up and if you still have a 'drop in' sink you need to call Chris and upgrade to undermount ASAP!! He made sure everything was measured and secured perfectly, SEAMLESSLY. Go ahead and zoom in on the after pic and see if you can find the seam! It's like it's not even there! Overall HIGHLY recommend!!!

We couldn't be happier with Chris and team at Jacksonville Countertops. Everyone was very professional, polite, and enjoyable to work with throughout the process. We presented a new-to-them challenge to incorporate three electrical and spice rack pop-ups into the middle of our expanded kitchen peninsula's countertop. Chris was excitedly willing to take on this customized task. In advance of cutting the quartz, he came to our home with a template to ensure his computer-generated measurements were exactly as needed. Chris and his team did an amazing job at making precise cuts and adjustments for the pop-ups to be flush across the countertop and to properly fit all of the work surfaces throughout the kitchen. It turned out perfect! The quality of the work was outstanding and Chris met our communication expectations. This team really took a lot of pride in giving us the best experience. Jacksonville Countertops replaced my outdated tile kitchen countertops with Black Pearl granite. I am extremely pleased with the end result, what a transformation!
