Cannot say enough wonderful things about our new counters from Chris! The whole kitchen has been transformed. Throughout the entire process he was very helpful and knowledgeable as we chose the material that best suited our style/budget, and he made expert recommendations on what's more durable and how to care for it. Probably my favorite part is the new sink!! (Before and after pics included) Our first sink/counters were original to the house from 1995, with some questionable DIY work done before we moved in...but the new sink and counters are a MASSIVE glow up and if you still have a 'drop in' sink you need to call Chris and upgrade to undermount ASAP!! He made sure everything was measured and secured perfectly, SEAMLESSLY. Go ahead and zoom in on the after pic and see if you can find the seam! It's like it's not even there! Overall HIGHLY recommend!!!

We couldn't be happier with Chris and team at Jacksonville Countertops. Everyone was very professional, polite, and enjoyable to work with throughout the process. We presented a new-to-them challenge to incorporate three electrical and spice rack pop-ups into the middle of our expanded kitchen peninsula's countertop. Chris was excitedly willing to take on this customized task. In advance of cutting the quartz, he came to our home with a template to ensure his computer-generated measurements were exactly as needed. Chris and his team did an amazing job at making precise cuts and adjustments for the pop-ups to be flush across the countertop and to properly fit all of the work surfaces throughout the kitchen. It turned out perfect! The quality of the work was outstanding and Chris met our communication expectations. This team really took a lot of pride in giving us the best experience. Chris and his team replaced 3 Corean countertops with Quartz and 4 sinks in my bathrooms. Great job! Did a much better job than the guys we hired to do our kitchen. Stopped by one afternoon for 30 minutes to take measurements with a high-tech machine, then stopped by again a week later and finished the job in one afternoon. My experience with Jacksonville Countertops was nothing but A++. From estimate, to measuring and template, to installation, Chris have been always on time. He listens and works his magic to make sure I am absolutely happy with my slab/sink selection and his installation. His price is better than both HD and Lxxe's. Plus, I get to pick out the granite I like by looking at the actual slabs instead of a sample square. With the latest technology, Chris was able to precisely fit this L shape countertop with the sink cutout as 1 piece. Countertops came out more beautiful than I expected. I am 100% recommending Chris and his team for your countertop project.

So like most other homeowners looking for granite installers, I did my online research. I ran across the big boys in town, you know the ones often referred to you by the granite warehouses. We even had a couple come to our house for estimates. Both were more interested in telling me what granite I wanted and how I needed to buy from their "preferred" distributor than in listening to me and my wife. I was very unhappy with both of them and knew there had to be a better company in town. I ran across Jacksonville Countertops on both Yelp and here on Google reviews and EVERYONE had great things to say about Chris and his team. My first meeting with him went great, he was courteous and professional and gave me a price THOUSANDS less than the other installers. One had calculated that we required four slabs of granite and was charging me for 164 sq/ft. When Chris measured it, he came up with 114 sq ft and required only three slabs!! Seriously, is that that much abuse in this industry? Do they think that homeowners cant calculate square footage? Chris didn't leave my house before I agreed to hire him. His reviews were fantastic, his price was the best, and we hit it off like we had known each other for years. When he returned a few days later to take measurements, he had the latest and greatest laser measuring system. Gone are the days of the old wooden templates. I was quite impressed and immediately felt even more comfortable that I had hired the right guy. Installation went smooth, he and his crew did it all in one day with perfect fit and finish everywhere. We couldn't be happier with the service, quality and the end result. We are doing my daughters kitchen soon and without a doubt, we will be using Chris and his team. My advice: Go to Granite Depot on Phillips Hiway and choose your slabs, they have the best selection in town. Then call Chris and let him take it from there. You will not regret it!

Probable the most professional company I've ever had do a Kitchen Counter work. The quality of work and workmanship is outstanding. His detailing and finish to the counter is top-notch.
