General information about International Stone Gallery
The production and supply of marble, quartz and granite countertops is carried out throughout the western district of New York State. Products made from various types of natural stone. Craftsmen work with solid slabs, conveying the majesty and naturalness of the natural material to the countertops. The assortment contains more than 600 types of stone of various grades and colors. Each client chooses the finish and size of the countertop. Designers and craftsmen are able to make any product chosen by the customer. The scope of services includes delivery, which guarantees the safety of the goods, and installation without chips, defects or irregularities.

From initial consultation to template to install, International Stone Gallery was incredible to work with. Josie was patient and very informative about what to expect. Price wise, I was pleasantly surprised with my estimate and compared to a couple of other quotes that I received, ISG was by far the most reasonable. Their selection of materials was incredible. The entire process was quite painless and they even recommended a contractor to do the removal of my old countertops and plumbing. If you are in the market for new tops, consider ISG first!!

We only stopped just out of Curiosity on what granite would cost compared to some other places, I am so glad we did! Prices are extremely reasonable. The entire process was easy and everything happened quickly. Communication with Gabby was fantastic. Chris who took the measurement's was awesome. He spent a lot of time going over the features and details they can put in to really make sure everything is perfect. The installation crew was respectful, asked questions as they went to make sure it’s exactly what we wanted, they left no mess at all. I really couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommended and will be a return customer!

A beautiful stone marred by thick yellow seams. I immediately received a call from the owner after posting the first picture. His best man came and worked hard to blend in the seam. The owner followed up the next day. It looks much better.

Installers were great and receptionists were very polite. Owner is unprofessional, rude and quite honestly a little unhinged. Went back on his word multiple times as well. He is very lucky he has the employees he has. I’m happy with the finished product but not a very enjoyable process.

Don't waste your time driving all over town like I did to check out the competitors.International Stone Gallery surpasses them all, from the greatest selection,knowledgeable salespeople and great installers. My countertops were installed today. The three installers we're friendly, respectful and very professional. I was really impressed when they went out of their way to match the backsplash with the countertop design ! There was one huge issue that arose which they diligently and promptly resolved. What a difference these countertops have made. They're beautiful ! It feels like I'm in someone else's kitchen 😂 now I have to go and cook... Ugh

The countertops are beautiful and the guys that did the install were great! The process could be a bit better. I was without the countertops/kitchen sink for 3 weeks. I also did not know until last minute that I could have had a different sink as I thought they had already fabricated to match the sink I had in there. All in all I would use them again.

I'd like you to know that the entire experience was amazing. Chris (my sales guy) was so patient and knowledgable; as a first-time "designer" I really needed that. The selection was huge! What I noticed right off the bat is that the big box store I visited only offered small squares of a product from which to choose. It is IMPERATIVE to be able to see the whole slab! I held my cabinet samples up to the slabs and POW, my choice was so much more clear. As a consumer I realized how competetively priced you are, taking into account all of the service, product and installation! The gentleman who came to measure was incredible; his knowledge and questions made me feel so good about my decision. He didn't rush through the appointment. Everyone in the office was always so nice whenever I called, and I very much appreciated the owner, Sommers, seeking me out to introduce himself. Top notch! I just returned from laying out my counters on the beautiful stone i picked from International Stone. Key was wonderful !! Not only was he very knowledgeable but he was very patient and extremely helpful with his suggestions. He listened to what i liked best in the slab and then tried to give me that in the cuts for my counter! I have to also mention Tom who came the day before to measure. He was very meticulous and even made suggestions I had not thought of! Great people to work with and beautiful granite!!

I was super excited about the price for granite in my kitchen but was not happy with the service. No one gets back to you a timely manner and I was without a kitchen for 4 weeks because I think they overbooked. I am happy with the final product but not with the service. Word of advice don't pay everything upfront. That was a good choice on my part in the end.

They have a very nice selection of full slabs and remnant pieces, however the amount of phone and email tag we have had to do is extremely annoying. Also, a little heads up for COVID times, none of the employees wear a mask. They are very open about it and claim that none of them wear one.

I was very disappointed in the turnaround time to measure for my bathroom vanity top. I put a deposit down last November and because of contractor problems and Covid nothings been done until the work was started 2 1/2 weeks ago. When I did call them they said it would be three weeks before they came to measure and another week before they installed my vanity top, I even lost a week trying to connect with the salesman who was never Available to come to the phone. When I redo my kitchen countertops and island I will most definitely go somewhere else.

Went in to look for new countertops and met with Jonathan K who could have cared less I was there. He seemed bothered to help me and a bit snooty. I guess since I didn't arrive in a BMW I wasn't worth their time. Even if they are the lowest cost I won't be using them.

We used International Stone to get new kitchen countertops (quartz), laundry room (quartz) and bathroom double sink vanity (granite). We love the kitchen countertops and laundry room countertops but were dissatisfied with the bathroom vanity. There is a crack in the granite that goes to the edge of the countertop. We paid over $1200.00 for this remnant and I was very disappointed it was cracked. When we asked about getting it replaced, the owner/president came to inspect the granite and found a few other cracks. He offered a couple different remedies, but we felt strongly we should have a counter without cracks. The owner/president begrudgingly said he would replace the countertop. After that, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. The company was slow to respond. In addition, we had 2 sinks mounted on the original counter and they said they weren't responsible for any damage caused by trying to remove them and most likely couldn't be removed without damage. No remedy was offered for the cost of the sinks. We did pick out a replacement piece of granite, but when we refused to sign a liability waiver saying they weren't responsible for any damage to our walls, windows, or vanity the owner/president became very defensive. He treated us like liars and like we were just trying to get something for free. Additionally, he talked down to me, and dismissed me when I made a comment about being surprised by his defensive position. He spent the remainder of the conversation talking to my husband and behaving as if I wasn't in the room. I was insulted by his conduct. He was more concerned with defending himself than addressing the true issue of our dissatisfaction with the product he sold us. At the end of the conversation he shook my husband's hand and ignored me. I was so insulted and disgusted by how he made me feel that we just left without getting the replacement granite. I will never do business with this company ever again.

I would never contract from this place. I was made to feel like I was an interruption instead of a valued potential customer. 5 minutes later, as I was finally asked if I needed some help, I asked to see a sample on the wall. His response was "you want me to take that down?" Of course, I need to see it next to my samples. Each sample I requested was met with the same response. We walked around outside to look at slabs and because I didn't find the color and style we were looking for, I received an attitude of "you are wasting my time". He said, "well this is all we have". After going back inside, he retreated to his office, never to come out again. I just left. Not the kind of customer service I would want on my kitchen remodel!!!
