Greg was a great salesman. He came to our house d spent about 3 hours explaining everything and making sure we were getting all of our questions answered. He was the from 6-9 pm and even though it was late and we felt bad he still made it his objective to make sure we were completely happy before he left. He has worked with us through all the questions we had and responded very quickly. We are excited to see the end product after this great experience.

My experience with International Granite and Stone again far exceeded my expectations. This is the third kitchen project IGS has done for me. My design consultant Joshua was straightforward, and very knowledgeable and competent. I felt very comfortable signing my contract with him. I paid what i feel was a very fair price, communication with their project coordinator Lisa was excellent. The installation team , Alex and Nickie were very professional , they were true craftsmen. They were polite, checked for my approval at each step, and provided extra care in the installation. They truly went above and beyond to ensure the project far exceeded my expectations. I located IGS through Cambria. A sales rep came out however I didn’t hear back for a couple weeks. He was very good & knowledgeable so I wasn’t sure what was happening. I called and found out he had left the company. They immediately sent out another rep, Joe. Joe was a 180 from the 1st guy who I had thought was good. Joe was the most knowledgeable, helpful and able to give us a quote that day. He gave us so much more information. I am very happy with the IGS customer service so far. Since Joe’s visit IGS has been on top of calling and setting up next steps. Our quartz won’t be installed for several weeks yet as we’re waiting on the counter tops to be delivered.

My wife and I spent over a year researching different options for remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms throughout our home and after all the study and research we decided to interview two companies so we could compare price and quality of workmanship. Our choice was International Granite and Stone because of their professional presentation by sales manager Jessica Albright and Nate Faiella. They listened to our needs and gave advice where needed throughout the process. After the work was started we were informed by the project managed Robert Reda each step of the way what work was next. All the installers were neat and clean installing our quartz countertops. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process from start to finish with this great company and all their employees. Everyone that works here has been awesome. Very knowledgeable of products and pricing to fit our budget. Cam even offered to walk through warehouses with us on a Saturday to make sure we were comfortable in our choices. My neighbors had recommended this place and compared to the others I had been to, they were, by far, the most efficient, experienced and caring team that works together to finish our kitchen design that we wanted! International Granite and Stone far surpassed our expectations. We would like to mention the following people. Lucas, Steve, Danny, Brian, Melody and Tommy for their great work and customer service. We met with several fabricators before picking IGS. The sales & design representative who met with us, Lucas was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality. From there we went forward. It was a big project to us. The quartz countertops, plumbing fixtures and sinks for our kitchen and two bathrooms far exceeded anything I could have ever envisioned. In all my years, I have never seen a team work so well with a quality of workmanship that couldn’t have been more positive. Each person worked with extreme detail and great care. It was off the charts. We are more than pleased. The end result met so much more than our expectations. The actual installers Danny, Steve, and Tommy did precision work and I was amazed. If we do anything else in the future. I will call Lucas immediately. In addition to this review, we are also available to talk to any potential customers considering working with IGS. And the actual quartz is fantastic. It’s beautiful, and it fits perfectly. The template person needs to be mentioned also. Did a great job measuring and explaining everything. Everyone that came into our home was friendly and did great work. All in all, we are thrilled beyond words. Again want to give a major plug to the installers. If I had my own company that did this type of work, I would hire them. Thank you IGS for really coming through with your promises as Lucas mentioned. Your overall customer service is 100%. Sales and installation work good to excellent. The office scheduling is a mess. We were told install in 2 weeks. Turned out to be >6 weeks. Very challenging to get calls answered or returned. It took over 2 months to get refund for plumbing that we had to pay out of pocket since they do not have licensed plumbers. The refund was $475 and we were told it would be $510. This was our 3rd job and a complete turn-off for us! We have 15 properties and will likely never call them again!

I called International Granite and Stone to get an estimate on kitchen counters. Tim was the design consultant. He arrived on time. Came inside and told him what I was looking for. He brought over several samples and gave me some great ideas. He took measurements and gave me a great estimate. At that time I told him I was going to think about it. He called following day and I asked him to come back with a few more samples. With his help and expertise, I decided on the best fit for my kitchen. Tim spent several hours both days to make sure I was happy with my selection. If you are looking for a professional, caring, considerate with lots of patient, look no further and ask for Tim Townsend. You will not go wrong.
