Imperial was one of the BEST vendors i dealt with now when i re-did my house. They are super responsive, professional and accommodating. When i was unhappy with my stone choice for my kitchen island, months later- Joseph Brull gave me no problem wtsoever to come in and choose a different stone. He was really nice about it and super accomodating. Their crews they send to work in ur home are all friendly, very clean, also very accommodating and do truly incredible work!! I absolutely LOVE how my stone came out everywhere! I can honestly say they were one of the top vendors i worked with on my house and i highly recommend anyone who needs stone to work with them as well. Hatzlacha!!

Frumy from the main office staff is an absolute pleasure to work with, she is genuinely a great person. It’s so nice to work with someone who actually cares and her professionalism is a breathe of fresh air. Shloimy came to template the stone and he was just awesome to deal with. Imperial Marble & Granite is definitely the most premier supplier and fabricator in the area! Before I found Imperial, I searched high and low, and was unable to find the calacatta marble I wanted. I was so grateful to learn of Imperial because they had the stone I wanted and the quality was far superior than any other marble I could find in the tristate area. The quality far exceeded my expectations. They installed marble slabs on my shower walls, and a mitered shower curb and vanity countertop. The job is beyond pristine and I couldn't be happier! The company who will be installing our frameless shower doors couldn't get over the gorgeous job and mitered corners...and he certainly sees a ton of bathrooms!! Imperial is committed to ensuring you are happy with everything and their customer service is bar none! My parents will be using Imperial for their bathroom and I'll be coming back for more marble for my master bath, which is currently in progress! Location is at the end of a road amongst office buildings so it's very deceiving. It took us a few wrong turns to realize we were in the right area. Beautiful show rooms and design ideas. I fell in love with a few slabs of quartz but reality is we came here to replace one of our sinks. We had looked online and through a few wholesalers but couldn't find the exact one that we needed a particular color we needed. A few people had suggested to come here and I'm so happy we did because upon our first visit we had the most amazing customer service and they helped us get exactly what we needed. Mind you it was a very particular color for a dated space so I'm so happy we came here and they helped us pinpoint it exactly. Prices are very fair. Would highly recommend to anyone. So great to get that 1-1 service vs being in a huge warehouse.

Renovating a kitchen or bath is a big deal and it definitely pays to use a trusted contractor. I have done two full homes with Hershey at Imperial and the service is always incredible. They delivered flawless results and sourced exactly the slabs I wanted. Their new showroom is show stopping. I checked out at least 6 options before deciding on Imperial and I am definitely made the right decision. I updated this review to show the kitchens that they did for me. She took the time to look at pictures and designs and help me decide on what would look best in my kitchen. Gayle was amazing from the get go. She made a personal appointment on her day off on Sunday, she helped us chose a stone. She went to our house on Monday to confirm that the choice was good. I paid on Tuesday, they measured on Wednesday and installed on Monday. Unbelievable!!!! One week.... from start to finish. I must say it is gorgeous!!!!
