We had a a great experience with Ilkem and love our quartzite countertops. They turned out even more beautiful than we imagined. The process was easy, they allowed me to browse the stone selection multiple times, responded to texts and requests for photos, allowed us to pick what section we wanted for the island, and made all seams look nearly invisible. The dolomite we used in the powder room is exquisite and we appreciate the knowledge and advice about various stone types from marble, dolomite, quartzite, granite etc. We highly recommend Ilkem.

We would use Ilkem Marble & Granite again in a heartbeat. Fantastic customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional. We went to their showroom and Ersan was helpful and informative. He came to our home a few days later to take measurements. The installation by Osvaldo and Viktor was two weeks later, it went well and looks great. Good pricing for beautiful quartz countertops, which included a windowsill and a sink. What an awesome kitchen transformation! Ilkem is an A+ rating and we highly recommend them!

Rocky and Yerel just left after installing my new granite countertops. They were efficient, professional and knew exactly what to do to fit the granite onto my 45 year old cabinets. Working in a 200 year old house takes patience and a high ethic for making everything fit together just right. I would highly recommend them and Ilkem Marble and Granite for anyone planning to upgrade their kitchen.

I called to ask questions and I was invited to stop by the showroom the next day. My husband and I arrived at the showroom, which has loads of slabs and remnants. We ultimately made our selections from the remnants section. We were replacing Formica countertops in 3 of our bathrooms. The next day Osvaldo, measured and created a template. The drop in sinks I purchased elsewhere were too large, so they offered me sinks at a great price and I accepted. The next week they came and did the install. Communication was clear and responses were prompt. The guys were clean and considerate during the install process. We are definitely impressed with the process and quality of the products. Our job was completed in approximately 10 days, from start to finish. Very pleased with the job, would use them again no questions.

I shopped for a couple months for a kitchenette bar countertop. Very nice selection and great help and patience in helping me select. Finally went with quartz and turned out great. Quick turn around , on time, and fair pricing. Going back to get a shower bench.

I was introduced to ILKEM in Allentown by the cabinet maker I had chosen to redo the kitchen cabinets and was leaning toward quartzite for its beauty. I looked at every piece they had. There was no pressure as I selected two options. Before leaving with the samples I was given a price based on my measurements. It was expensive but the beauty of the quartzite was impressive. Ersan worked with my installation schedule even as it was postponed. His staff arrived on time, were friendly, the work was done without any issues for both the countertop and backsplash. The owner is so easy to work with and a true professional. I highly recommend ILKEM in Allentown!

Best price + great service! We searched around for months to find the best selection and price for quartz countertops during our kitchen renovation. We visited the showroom and were warmly greeted by the owner. The price was far better than other quotes we had received and we could not be more pleased with the installed countertops and backsplash. We had no issues with ILKEM and the owner was receptive to questions/feedback. The installers were incredibly precise in their measurements/ templating and installation; cuts were minimal and seams almost invisible. We are 100% satisfied with this company and would wholeheartedly recommend them to our family and friends.

Ersan and his team are awesome! Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. His selection of granite and stone is high quality and there is so much to choose from! The process was seamless. I picked out my granite, he quoted me a price that included removal of my old countertops and a new undermount sink! My wife and i remodeled our kitchen and wanted to a granite countertop. A neighbor recommended IIkelm Marble and Granite in Allentown,PA. We met Erasn and his wonderful wife, both we extremely helpful and very patient when we were picking out the color stone we wanted, which was called blue pearl. They answered alot of questions we had. Ersan was accommodating to our schedule as well for install date. Price was better than box stores for a more exotic stone as well. There selection of marble and granite was very large as well and you'll find what you need at this establishment. Rocky and his installation crew were great too. Very professional and polite, and answered all our questions when they arrived, they cleaned up every bit of dust and debris and job came out flawless. This is the 3rd time we used them for countertops. We have had them install a marble bar top, a granite cabinet top, and this time was for a granite outdoor bar top. They are the best! These guys were the best. I shopped around quite a bit, and they offered the best service of anyone I contacted. They have a huge warehouse with tons of product that you can examine in person and make your selection from. Met both the owner and the president who were both patient, helpful and honest. I came to them with a small project, a project others had thumbed their noses at, and the crew at Ilkem Granite treated me as if I was remodeling a palace. They were a joy to work with. The level of professionalism was unrivaled. Ersan listened to my needs, really listened, and helped me find exactly what I needed to make my project great. very small selection, and what they do have is over priced. the owner wasn't willing to drop his price to make a sale, and he wasn't willing to get a slab or remanent from somewhere else or the distributor. so i took my business to their competitors (a fabricator recommended to me by home depot and lowes) and got 3 vanity tops granite and marble for 1/2 the price. now will be working on getting kitchen counter tops. don't waste your time going to this place, go to where companies like home depot and lowes get there material from and deal w/ them directly. my reply to your post... wow, the smug nasty attitude you have is laughable. are you sure i didn't visit your place? you have proof that i didn't come in w/ my wife and kids to your place multiple times and your wife didn't talk to my wife about your kids and your wife who was kind enough to give my kids snacks? and i remember the layout of your place, ie in the right hand back corner area across from the slabs is there you have your machines to cut slabs. as you enter the front to the right side is your cabinets. my wife and i also looked at the pieces you have outside. you do know what God does to liars right? now i have spoken to many stores in the allentown area and even went to colonial in the king of prussia area (which has more slabs than you do and who does business w/ costco and home depot). most of these places told my wife and i that slabs and remnants they can order from the distributor ie msi or they can buy from another store instead of them junking it. so are you still sure i'm a telemarketer? the deal you gave me also included throwing in the sinks for free which you showed us in the warehouse at the time it was in the front left hand corner. try and be humble, if you want to earn the business of customers, beat the prices your competitors, be nice and humble to customers, and learn some manners and how to talk to people instead of being insulting and stuck up over yelp. and my the Lord Jesus Christ bless you

I met with Ersan Dunbar, president and gave him my sketches for vanity countertops, he showed me the materials and the undermount sinks. He then gave written pricing for project. I needed to bring my wife back to pick countertop stone color. I came back with my wife, brought with me written quote and Ersan was not there. I showed to their salesperson and then Alex quote and they refused to honor it and said there was a misunderstanding on my part. Also they said they called Ersan and there must be a misunderstanding. You would think he would want to talk to me since he was now on the phone and explain his error. He did not. In my 40 years in business I have never experienced a written quote not to be honored! Be careful
