These guys are great. Professional. I had an existing issue where the opening from my fridge was tight and the granite countertop overhang we needed to have about an inch cut. I called Abel, he took care of me same day, low price, professional, clean. 100% recommend them to anyone in need of granite countertops or granite modifications.

Be very cautious working with this company. Abel aggressively bid on a countertop and kitchen cabinet remodeling job with fair pricing and a timeline that could work for me as we are getting our home ready for sale. He requested a $750 deposit via Zelle to secure his installation appointment and to cover materials. $750 was sent and confirmed by him, and on the day of the job, he is a no show and cannot be reached by phone, text, email or any other means. His partner, Ricardo Ruelas, was initially responsive but also stopped responding to calls after I tried to confirm when they would arrive for the job. I am out $750 and my project is in limbo. Very stressful experience.

Abel and his team collaboratively worked with me to come up with a beautiful kitchen design, including cabinets, countertops, and backsplash. He was flexible in working with the specific cabinet vendor that I liked to purchase from, and he and his team had proper follow-up with the vendor to deliver and install the cabinets in a timely manner. Additionally, his countertop job and backsplash were nothing less than perfect. I would definitely refer him to all my friends and family members who may need his services.

So, I just had some outside granite countertops installed on my outdoor kitchen. I’ll return later to add photos when the project is completed but just couldn’t wait to talk about the service from IES Granite. Abel and his crew were great! His installation methods are much superior than others I’ve researched. He provided a wide range of granite suppliers and once we chose our tops, maintained communication throughout the installation process.
