Excellent services. This company did an amazing job on my countertops for kitchen island, bathroom vanities, and media room bar. Superb workmanship; I couldn't even see where the seams were on my waterfall countertop. Prices were competitive and reasonable. In addition, their staff , especially Paige, were just fantastic. Paige was both cordial and knowledgeable. She skillfully guided me through the entire process from selection to installation and promptly followed-up afterwards to be sure that I was satisfied. I definitely was and recommend this company without hesitation. Extremely pleased customer.

Ibanez countertops did an amazing job on our countertops & backsplash not to mention pricing was reasonable. The installers were professional & meticulous ensuring everything was perfect. When they were installing the backsplash, they would ask questions along the way to ensure we were OK with what they were doing which I appreciated – they didn’t just assume. When we decide to move forward with our bathrooms, I won’t use anyone else, but Ibanez!

We are totally pleased and satisfied with the materials, design consultations, workmanship and prices at Ibanez Countertops and Amazing Floors. From the time we started the project with Christina displaying all the granite and quartz choices, then calling in Ivonne to help us with tile choices and backsplash design, then through the demo work, placing the granite, and ending with the backsplash installation, the process was handled efficiently, expeditiously, and professionally. Great attention and allowance was given to detail, timing, and cost. One day was for the demo and granite placement and one for the backsplash. They also cleaned up the work area. I cannot brag on this company enough. I must say that the patience, kindness, and compassion that Christine and Ivonne demonstrated in helping us was wonderful because we were so worried and unsure of what we wanted. I love this company.

I renovate homes. I’ve used AGM for 4 homes now and will not use anyone else. They are on time and deliver excellent quality and cuts. And they make things right if there are any issues - be it something with the stone or simply you giving them the wrong measurements for a cooktop 😳 that’s the real tell of customer service for me. They respond quickly and have the best prices. They do an excellent job and are professional and aim to make sure you are satisfied. Paige has been my rep and she is on top of it. Used many others in the metroplex with different jobs but now I only use them. Good selection, and if they don’t have what you want - then wait or get a slab from a supplier and let them cut it. Elizabeth and team were awesome. She worked with us to find the best granite that met our budget and had the features that fit best with our current color palette. She was very patient and met with us numerous times to find just the right one. The installation was quick and everything was delivered in perfect shape. Each section in the kitchen is unique but flows together so well. We couldn't be more satisfied and the price can't be beat. Excellent quality and service from the AGM Team!
