We recently purchased a house and wanted to add an additional cabinet in the kitchen thus necessitating getting a larger piece of quartz. HIS was recommended from the builder as they were the ones who installed the original. I called them and Lois assured me that they would be able to take care of my request. They came over to measure, and a few weeks later came and removed the old quartz to make sure it was a close match since it had been over 3 months since they initially installed the other tops in the kitchen. When I was ready for the countertop, the gentleman who removed and installed were efficient, nice and knowledgeable answering all our questions. From my initial contact with Lois, to (Tracy or Terri) who handled scheduling, the measurer and the installers, everyone at the company were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for your counter needs. They made me feel that my small job was valued to them just as much as a much larger order would have been.

The Bottom Line: My Full-height Backsplash and Countertops are gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier with the design, service and finished product. HIS, Inc. Kitchen and Bath rock! Don’t hesitate to contact them for a flawless project. After meeting with 8 different countertop providers in both Pinellas and Hillsborough, my experience at HIS, Inc. was uniquely different. It was only by chance that I drove by and saw their showroom. The minute I walked in I was well received, although I had no appointment. Beth immediately gave me her time and attention to listen to my project details. In contrast, one of the former providers insisted on a series of scheduled appointments that seemed designed more as a sales tactic than interest in me or my project. Two others never even bothered to get back to me at all. And one gave me an inflated quote on entirely the wrong dimensions. Beth at HIS, Inc. got back to me with a quote right away, in just a couple of days, and the pricing was extremely competitive, the dimensions were accurate, and the customer service was outstanding. The templating, fabrication and installation were timely and went just as well. By now, I thought I was dreaming. After a remodeling project that was often riddled with disaster - re-dos, delays, etc. – HIS, Inc. was THE ONLY thing that went right and I couldn’t be happier with the results! It was a real pleasure and a breath of fresh air to find such a competent operation where I was treated so well and assisted through my whole decision-making process. It made this part of my project a dream. I only wish I would have discovered HIS, Inc. before using someone else for my cabinetry, which also went badly. A huge thanks to Beth!

From the moment I met Lois, I knew this was the right company to work on my dream kitchen. She listened to what we wanted and turned into reality. From the cladding to the amount of drawers vs doors, no detail was overlooked. Diana made scheduling easy and they were here when expected. Diana was another exceptional team member that made everything flow wonderfully. Chris, the installer, was awesome as well. To finish out the perfect team was Stoney who came in and tweaked everything. The quality of the cabinets are stellar. It was a great partnership. Thanks to Nathan at H.I.S cabinetry for patience and input on my big decision for new countertops as the choice I finally made was a cross between 2 others and it made a nice upgrade to my kitchen remodel. My wife and I were in the area and decided to check out this place since we’re remodeling our kitchen. It was close to closing time so we didn’t expect anyone to go out of their way to help us. However, Beth approached us and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and provided us a lot of helpful information. She showed us countertop samples and provided us a very fair estimate. We never felt rushed despite it being well past closing time at that point and she didn’t try to pressure us into anything, just seemed genuinely nice! Overall a great experience! HIS Cabinetry absolutely has the best quality, service, and reasonable prices. You name it, they can get it or make it. They have stock cabinets and custom built. Stock cabinets are all wood, no particle board. Thank you, John for your help designing my new kitchen. The measurements were spot on and everything fit easily. Our contractor appreciated the layouts you sent which made installation a breeze. Dianna was wonderful with coordinating the delivery. One set of doors weren’t right and one was slightly off color. She had someone out immediately to assess, and the problems were taken care of to perfection. They also have a huge selection of gorgeous back splash tiles that beat any of the big box stores. They communicated with me frequently throughout the entire process, kept on schedule, and it was a very smooth process from us gutting our kitchen to the final finish. Now if only my microwave would get here as efficiently as HIS got me my cabinets, my kitchen would be finished! Here are some before and after images of how their white, stock Shaker cabinets, Corian countertop, and Elysium backsplash turned an ugly 1970’s kitchen into a clean, modern functional kitchen. Thank you all so much! Best of all, I didn’t have to pay an exorbitant amount for a high quality kitchen. We price shopped at four other kitchen places and none had the same quality for the competitive price. I think I need to bake you cookies in my new kitchen!

From start to finish the process was explained in detail and the employees were fantastic. I got quotes from three separate countertop/cabinet remodel companies and they were the best price and they MAKE their cabinets. They don’t purchase pre-made cabinets. Nathan the salesman was helpful and quick to respond throughout the process whenever we had any questions or updates. The countertops and cabinets came out amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen. Thanks again!!
