DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this man. Here’s my story. Several years ago we had Scott Strauss remodel/rebuild of our master bath, due to unforeseen circumstances. At that time we had them redo the second bathroom. The workmanship was very good. At that time I would have recommended them to anyone who was looking to remodel. Fast forward to 2024. We contracted Scott to do our kitchen, and office area. Scott came out and did the estimate, and drew up a contract for the work. We paid down half the price. At that time, early spring, we were going to be out of town for vacation, and we told him that we would contact him when we got home. We saw the crew that came out to do the template work, and that was the last time we had any physical contact with Scott, or his workers. In October we turned this matter over to our lawyer. We had another company do the work. They did a full granite top, and back splash, plus removed the old countertops, for a $1,000 less.

My kitchen was transformed in one day. I LOVE it!! The customer service that was provided is top notch and they truly care that you love your new kitchen/bathroom, whatever room they work in. The installers came out and installed my new counters and backsplash in one day and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was happy with their work before they left and had me inspect it very closely. They were polite and professional at all times. I highly recommend Granite Transformation! When it’s time to do my guest bathroom, I will call them again.

UPDATE JULY 2024 Granite Transformations of Little Rock is no longer in business. I was informed by Granite Transformations corporate office that Scott Strauss who was running the Little Rock location should no longer be using that business name. He took a 50% deposit back in March for a office renovation project for my small business and left us hanging high and dry. BUYER BEWARE! Do not give this man any money! He maybe operating under a different business name. He has no communication skills and is 100% unreliable. Doesn't deserve one star, but Google requires at least one to leave a review.

We had a very small job, only a short bathroom counter top, to replace. But you would have thought we were buying miles of materials for a huge purchase because we were treated like royalty. The product is high quality, very well made, and very durable. The estimate was less than we expected! The designer came in and gave great advice before making a custom template of exactly what was needed (no problems with measuring or waste) and helped fit our new faucet properly for the bowl. The installer came and did the job quickly, cleaned up everything, asked if we had any questions, and made sure the whole thing was complete BEFORE he left. Then the designer called the next week to see how we liked it and if there was any detail that needed tweaking, no matter how small. She wanted us to be 100% satisfied! And ARE WE! We love the material we chose and the finished look is perfect. We are impressed with this company. They are local, their product is made in the USA, AND they care about their customers and all the details. We definitely recommend them! Are they a bit more expensive than others? NOT for comparable quality and the service they provide. We've had our new counter top for a few months, and it is just as beautiful at the day it was installed. We easily give Granite Transformations FIVE STARS!

Let me start with the positive: the countertops are beautiful and look great! But the workmanship on the rest of the kitchen remodel was awful. They installed the new backsplash over our existing backsplash causing it to extend too far and cause other issues. The grout job on the backsplash was very messy and extends onto the walls. While they were sanding the cabinet boxes they did not tape off and cover the kitchen and appliances leaving a thick film of paint dust EVERYWHERE in my home. While sanding the cabinets they dragged buckets across our brand new vinyl floor leaving permanent scratches. The time schedule of 2-3 weeks turned into 8 weeks and our kitchen was unusable for 4 of those weeks. They promised they never leave a job to go to another job and they did that to us several times leaving us hang for 3-4 days in-between with no working kitchen. There were different work crews and communication between the crews was non-existent leaving many errors that needed to be corrected. We were told that the painting was subcontracted but the same crew that installed the counters did the painting. There were many promises made that were not upheld.

We were very pleased with the service we received from the start! The sales man was very helpful in choosing the color we wanted. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The installers went above and beyond what was expected! Very professional in workmanship and tidiness! Went out of their way to make sure our stained concrete floors were covered and cleaned up the mess after they had completed their tasks. I would highly recommend Granite Transformations to anyone and everyone!

The finish work is AWFUL they skip important details, put holes in my walls, break appliances. Make promises they can not keep. They don't have skilled crews in this craft, you might get a roofer doing your kitchen remodel, employee turn over is big, nothing on time. l could go on forever......l wish l could share my photos here this was the most stressful and disappointing kitchen remodel ever a 2 day job took 5 months and alot of damage to my home and property. 9-22-21 Wish l could just have back what l had before they came into my home.

When we were looking at new counter tops the sales person was here in a minute. We had the job done in December 2020 and expected the sales person to at least check his crew and the job. but once we paid him we have not seen him. He was to call this week and meet with up but that didn't happen. He scheduled this in February as well and didn't show. We have a couple small areas to touch up and it seems they have no interest. We're getting ready to redo a bathroom but it will be with someone else. I would not recommend this company due to poor customer service and no service after the sale.

Ordered countertops in January. Paid $1600.+ down payment . Couldn 't reach anyone (number disconnected) After trying to reach them for 3 weeks, we finally drove to their location, only to find out they had moved. Thankfully, found their "new location?" Drove there to find a large warehouse looking building with their sign on the front. No one there! After calling corporate headquarters, I finally got a message saying my countertops would be ready in a couple of days . That was over a week ago and , again, cannot reach anyone. IF they do come through, I am seriously concerned that my countertops will be as unsatisfactory as their customer service. I would LOVE to get a full refund and find a local, reputable company to complete the job!!!!!

The worse! My kitchen is horrible! Wish I would have yelped it first. Woman sales lady pushed me with something I kept telling her I didn't like. Now I'm stuck! When I asked Pam on how much it would cost to change it she quoted a price that was even more outrageous. Not happy with the results and I will screen from the rooftops that this company is a rip off.

Buyers beware!!! My mother had her counters & backsplash redone in her kitchen & paid $11,720. For that exorbitant price I couldn't wait to see her beautiful new kitchen. Instead what she has is a very meh looking kitchen. The backsplash is basic subway tile which she paid a whopping $59.95 per sq ft. for. Ridiculous! The counters are quartz that is installed over her existing counters. It looks & feels like cheap plastic. An estimate from a popular home improvement retailer for Silestone, which are top of the line quartz counters, & the same basic subway tile would have cost her $8,797. That would've included removal of the existing counters & installation of the new Silestone counters. Not only did she overpay for what she got, it's not nearly as beautiful as what she could have had for less money. Now she knows what she could have had & regrets her decision in using Granite Transformations to redo her kitchen. My mother is elderly & recently widowed. My family & I cannot help but believe she was taken advantage of & way overcharged. My husband's brother in law in Colorado, who does home remodeling for a living, could not believe how much she paid. He said unfortunately there are places out there that can & will charge you ridiculous prices. He recommends you get at least three estimates before you choose a company to do any remodeling in your home. A very costly lesson for my mom!
