Top notch customer service and beautiful results. We recently gutted our kitchen and Granite Top Designs helped us install new countertops. The installers were professional and the countertops look amazing. They did some tricky cuts on-site and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had many delays and they were understanding and worked with us. They even came out after hours to measure our kitchen as we were leaving the next day for vacation and our contractor left everything to the last minute. We got quotes from two other granite stores for the same material (Cambria- Berwin) and Granite Top Designs was the least expensive. We will definitly use them again for our bathroom remodels.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I am one of the pickiest people on the planet and they are the prefect match. They have done two houses for me (three different projects) and each time I have been more impressed. The process starts with Gwen in the showroom and she is incredible. Patient, kind, fast, honest, and very responsive. She helped me secure the exact slabs I was looking for. Then, Chris comes to template and he is quick, neat, and precise. Exactly what you would want from a countertop template experience. He asks about every detail to make sure you get exactly what you want. The fabrication crew is DETAIL ORIENTED. They called me to make sure I was okay with some black spots in my countertop slab that were not visible when it was on the A-frame. They matched four slabs PERFECTLY for the seams and the veining. I understand this is their job, but other companies just get “close.” These guys get it SPOT ON. Finally, install day. Usually the owner, his brother, and a team of installers have shown up to get my countertops in. They are incredibly careful to protect your cabinets, floors, walls, etc. They work fast, clean, and to perfection. They take such pride in their work. They are also just so kind. The type of people you want to benefit from the heavy financial investment of countertops. They stand by their work. They turn around fast. They accommodate with such ease changes in your construction timeline. Really, if you are looking anywhere else, you are looking in the wrong place. This team is 100% at every single encounter.

Hired Nate and his team for our new build. Unfortunately, our island quartz top had scratches in it after installation. Worker tried and did remove scratches but in the process our matt finish turned glossy and now didn't match our countertops. Now, there was some back n forth between GTD and our builder as no one was sure if scratches were caused by GTD on installing top or did our builder's contractors scratch it prior to it being covered. GTD owner as well as manager, Angela came out to look at the piece. They were very nice, professional and agreed to replace the slab which they did in a short turn around. So, I can recommend GTD for any job as their quality, pricing and customer service are top notch!

We just had a Quartz countertop and backsplash installed by Granite Top Designs. We worked with Jake to get our estimate and design. The process was flawless - got to check out the slabs when they arrived and then reviewed the layout before the cutting process started. We can’t say enough about the install team as well - they were amazing! Their attention to detail was commendable. We highly recommend this company - you won’t be disappointed.

My DYI fireplace hearth project was a success with the help of GTD. Angelia did a great job explaining what I needed. I provided a foamcore template and they cut my design perfectly from granite that we picked out. I know this was a small project but they still gave it detailed attention. I couldn't be happier with the results and the service. Thank you to the team at Granite Top Designs.

Beware: I purchased Granite Counter Tops from these folks for my new home and they did not seal the Granite. When I discovered this, I reached out to Granite Top and talked with Angela. She told me she could not confirm whether they were sealed or not because the person that did my granite no longer worked there. After multiple conversations and emails, she still has not resolved this issue and NOT once, did she come to look at the granite - promises were made to come out but never did. I have worked with the folks where the actual piece of granite was purchased and they were helpful and gave me some stuff to try on the granite and I was able to get all but one large stain out. I do not feel like it was my responsibility to do that - should have been on Granite Top Designs. There was also proof from the granite vendor that pointed to Granite Top Designs that they would not be sealing the granite and it would be the responsibility of Granite Top. Still Nothing! I would NOT recommend this Company. Go to EastCoast - they will help you and they do what they say.

Gwen at Granite Top Designs has gone above and beyond to find us what we needed for a kitchen remodel. She is timely with her responses and professional. Granite Top has done other installations for me and they always do a great job! A great experience all in all.

Gwynn sold us our new counter tops. They came out beautifully! I would use them again if I get a new house!
