After talking to many companies, we decided to use Granite & Tile Outlet to remodel our kitchen. We were so happy with the quality and value offered that we kept adding onto the project. When it was all said and done we had also retiled our master bathroom, guest bathroom, laundry room and entry way. Robert and Andrew were easy to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend them. We are thrilled with the finished project. I love how everything looks!

We found Granite & Tile Outlet II while visiting the Allen Home & Garden show a few months ago. We were only looking for new kitchen granite at the time but after spending time talking with Robert at the show, we realized that new flooring might be an option for us too. We had them provide us an estimate as well as 3 other companies. While theirs was not the cheapest in total, their services offered with the bid brought their value up tremendously. They ended up replacing our kitchen granite, redoing out back splash and replacing ALL the floors in our entire house. It was a big job and was painful to go through as a homeowner, but they really tried to ease the burden. With a job this size, there are always issues to that occur, but when they did, they were dealt with quickly and resolved to my satisfaction. I really enjoyed working with these folks and would highly recommend them to anyone! We LOVE our new floors and the granite! Thank you!

Recently we had approximately 1700 sf LVT flooring installed in our home. The floor is beautiful, commercial grade. The price was right. The quality of the flooring was great, and the installation was excellent. Robert, James and their employees are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable about their products and helpful about keeping us within our budget. This is the sixth job that has been completed at my home and we are very pleased. In the past, Granite and Tile Outlet II has remodeled our kitchen, bathrooms, and placed wood flooring and carpet in our home. Granite and Tile Outlet II have completed jobs for several of my co-workers and friends. I highly recommend Granite and Tile Outlet II. Thanks Rob and James for all you do over the last 10 years.

We are very happy with all the work Granite and Tile Outlet II did for our remodel. They installed wood flooring, kitchen countertops, and completely renovated our bathrooms, removing the old tubs and showers and replacing the floors. Robert is so positive when you discuss the options that it really helps with the remodel stress. The crews were very professional and knowledgeable and the materials and work look great. Granite & Tile Outlet II Unfortunately, we had an unexpected water leak that affected both our bathrooms (share wall between master and guest baths). We hired a general contractor who decided that 40% through the first bathroom they would just walk off the job because we made them fix their mistakes (go figure). In an emergency we came to Robert Hinton at Granite & Tile Outlet II. Robert came in and evaluated the situation. We were able to find a subcontractor to help finish the cabinets and Robert helped with the countertop in the guest bath. We were eventually able to finish the guest bath and Robert and crew did a lot of the work in the Master bath. Robert’s crews demoed our bathroom, transformed the old tub/shower into a walk-in shower, did all the new floor tiles and the vanity countertops. Even the shower doors turned out great. We worked great with other subcontractors we found for paint, electrical, and cabinets. We could not have done it without him. Not to mention, but he did all the work within our budget too! Highly recommend! Robert was extremely patient and helpful. They have tons of samples in store for counters, backsplash, and flooring. They replaced our dark black granite with a gorgeous Ceasarstone quartz.. added a big tub sink too. So happy with the results.

What a great company and just stellar people to work with ... we had new new kitchen counters and new flooring installed and I couldn’t believe how easy James and Jackie made the whole process ... I explained our lifestyle and needs / wants from whatever we were going to get and James and Jackie showed us the way! 😁 Jackie has excellent taste and helped me pick a new counter and it is exactly what I had in mind ... James was extremely patient answering 8,787 questions (the guy is an encyclopedia of knowledge) ... Their installers are absolutely top notch - they did a phenomenal job and I couldn’t be more pleased ... they worked long and hard and were respectful of our home - they were very neat cleaning up as they went ... and they finished the job on time ... I always hear people cracking wise about contractors never finishing the job on time or being difficult, etc - this has absolutely NOT been my experience at Granite & Tile Outlet II ... I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with this company. Both Andrew & Robert were so useful in helping us figure out what type of countertop and backsplash to choose when redoing our kitchen. We visited numerous places to view all sorts of granites, quartz, marble, quartzite and finally found the perfect one for us. It's quartzite and it's called White Santorini. From that point on, it was just a matter of having exact measurements taken, giving them our new sink so they could cut the hole in their shop, and then it was the dreaded Demo/Install Day. I thought it would take forever and that there'd be a mountain of dust. But they were done within 5 hours! Amazing! And just as impressive, there was SO little dust, I barely needed to clean! From there, we used Willie, the plumber they recommended to connect our new sink, garbage disposal and gas cooktop. Willie was awesome! We also used Jesse, the painter they recommended and I can't say enough nice things about him as well! So so respectful of furnishings, etc., covering up everything perfectly! All in all, what I thought would be a major hassle turned out to be perfection! I couldn't be happier! Here's a before and after picture! Our old granite was lovely, but too dark and we wanted to lighten things up! It's now been about two weeks and we are loving the quartzite! It's gorgeous! I gladly give this company five stars and I only wish there were more stars to give!!!! Thank you, Tile & Granite!!!

We needed a couple of bathrooms remodeled- new tile, granite counters, replace tub with a shower. They did an excellent and prompt job. The Allen showroom has lots of samples to help select materials, with Andrew Hinton very good at helping with design ideas. I recommend these guys for remodeling needs. Excellent Service!

I found several favorable things about Granite and Tile Outlet II. The installers did a great job installing my Quart countertops, they also managed to remove the old granite without harming our backsplash that I really wanted to keep and not have to redo. I love the look of the quartz we selected. My complaint is the kitchen sink that was highly recommended to us. Per their recommendation we went with a single bowl sink, big mistake! The problem is it is a huge sink and takes forever to fill up even half way to do dishes, big waste on water! Also if you are doing the dishes and need to say pour out remaining food or liquid to wash another dish, you have to either pour a dirty liquid into the clean dish water or take it and pour it into the toilet. This might work if you have a big family and use the dishwasher a lot but not for a family of 2, too wasteful! We contacted them and explained our disappointment, at first they seemed willing to come up with a solution. But now it seems they were not able to find a sink with the exact measurements as the one we are unhappy with to be able to replace it. So we are stuck with a sink that is wasteful. My suggestion to this company is to talk to your customers and see how they will be using a product before making any recommendations, especially if they had already mentioned their hesitation in a one basin sink! Always go with your gut!

My experience was terrible with Robert Hinton and Granite and Tile Outlet. He fast talked me into giving him 50 percent down payment. Despite the store front in Allen he is a SUBcontractor. He doesn't have direct employees like he lead me to believe. They are 1099 hired people. I had two appointments for HIS "template " man to show up at my house. I was standing in front of my house 30 minutes before the appointment both times until after the appointment time yet Robert Hinton said they showed up on time. That is not honest and him saying they were his employee inferred they were direct employees of Granite and Tile II. You can call that whatever you want. Yelp. Those are the facts and I went back to Robert Hinton and got my money back.

They replaced our counter tops and fire place tile. They were supposed to be in and out of the house in two days. It took 2 weeks and numerous trips. Ran out of tile for the back splash and fireplace. Did not put the quartz in correctly around sick. Did not put the wood around the bottom of the fireplace in correctly (and it was the wrong color). Made the house filthy when taking tile off of the fireplace. Finished product was good...if you have extreme patience and you are able to be home for all the times they need to come back!
