We chose Granite Mountain to replace the countertops in both our Primary Bath and Kitchen. Our Granite Mountain experience was delightful from the moment we visited the showroom to when the installers departed our home. Craig was knowledgeable, professional and clearly explained the whole process using a no-pressure approach. Craig walked us through the showroom then, took us out back to view the large volume of quartz and granite slabs. Ceasar, Juan & Jose were awesome installers. They laid drop clothes where the majority of the foot traffic would occur, they demo'd and carried off the old countertops and sink, and they did a great job with the install. They even performed a minor modification to one of the countertop corners right on the spot. Granite Mountain's prices were extremely competitive and we would not hesitate to call on them again for future projects.

I love my new bar top! Craig was extremely helpful and made the process of choosing my countertops easy. Had one minor issue with a scratch upon arrival. Craig quickly took care of the issue for me, which definitely exceeded my expectations. They had fair prices, quick turnaround and great customer service. This was the first time doing business with Granite Mountain, and it was a great experience. Craig Marshall helped us from the selection to the installation. He was also very understanding when we changed our original selection. The employees who came to our home for the measurements and installation, all did a great job. Everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We are planning more remodeling in the near future, and we will definitely be returning to Granite Mountain!

We walked in and spoke to Diane, she was very easy to work with. The purchasing process was quick and easy. Measuring and installation was Professional and done within 2 weeks!

I found myself the Owner of a home that could only be termed as a "Fixer Upper". The previous owner depended on an electric wheelchair-but had difficulty controlling it. Every wall, door (including closet doors) had large holes that went all the way through, drywall missing down to the corner beads (which were bent), patches in the kitchen floor where the flooring was worn down to the sub-floor, windows that no longer closed, kitchen cabinets had scrapes, holes and did not close, there had been an oven fire that left smoke damage to walls and ceilings. The house itself has a good structure with all major components having been replaced in the last year, which brought me to finding a Contractor. I had several Contractor's bid on the project. I decided to go with Granite Mountain located at 14027 W Illinois Hwy, New Lenox, IL 60451. I dealt with Mark and Michelle, who are not only amazing, but honest. They captured what I wanted, helped me pick my selections from their showroom, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. In Mark's words, "there are many moving parts-that need to come together on time" - and he made it happen, having staff here every day for the duration of the project. I came home each day amazed at the progress made, as well as the fact that I was able to stay here, despite the major construction, due to how clean his staff kept it. Mark timed everything perfectly. The whole house now has beautiful LVT flooring, all new Oak woodwork throughout, including 6 panel doors, trim, window casings, jams, fire place mantel (all stained to the color I chose), a new fire protective garage door, beautiful granitite and quartz countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, all smoke damage cleaned first and then painted, backsplash tile in the kitchen and beautiful kitchen soft close cabinets. Granite Mountain made what was a huge project, not only fun, but an incredible experience. I highly recommend using Granite Mountain for any home improvement project you have.

We had our countertops put in almost 3 years ago when we moved in and are very happy with them. Recently we wanted to get a reverse osmosis and they came out almost immediately after calling them. Not only did they drill a hole in less than 10 minutes, they cleaned up and they were very polite. We would highly recommend this company!

Contracted them to fix and finish another contractors terrible attempt at a kitchen remodel. Remodel was supposed to be a 3 week project that lasted over 5 months and still wasn’t finished. Contacted Mark from Granite Mountain who gave us a fair quote to finish the project the way we hoped it would be in the first place. He gave us a timeframe of 3 weeks to finish the project. We needed cabinet hardware installed, electric ran, island set up and finished including cutting and installing granite plus a few odds and ends. Mark and his crew were here when they said they would be here, did all said work promptly, leaving no mess. And they finished project before the 3 week window. We are ecstatic. Their commitment to detail is unmatched. 5 star recommendation. Thank you Granite Mountain.
