Wow!! About 1 week ago we started the process of getting granite installed with Granite & Marble Pro. The showroom had a fantastic selection and very friendly customer service. The pricing beat Lowe's and Home Depot's quotes by hundreds, but not only that, you were able to get the job done in 1 week, whereas Lowe's and Home Depot needed 6-8 weeks. The follow up visits for template and install were fantastic as well. Vitor was amazing, explaining everything and helping us with any questions we had. The crew that installed the counters were friendly and professional. They worked late to get the job done. They did beautiful work. The install was perfect without a single flaw to be found. They were clean and straightened up after themselves when the job was done. The end product is absolutely stunning natural granite counters that really changed the look of our kitchen. Thank you so much for an incredible all around experience. We'd be happy to recommend Granite & Marble Pro to anyone else in the market for new counters.

First and foremost I want to say how pleased I am with Granite and Marble Pro. We replaced all three of our vanity tops and from the first call when we provided the sizes to get an estimate we knew we were dealing with professionals. We received a quote, including a very nice diagram with the sink layouts, in a very reasonable amount of time. After the cabinets were installed and in it was time for final measurements, Hurricane Ian was approaching The West Coast and it was very wet & windy here. They still made it out and kept the same timeframe for installation. I called Elias about the “A-Team“ that came out and installed the vanity tops. Amazing -not only do they do fantastic work they have very considerate employees who will not trash your home and even clean up after themselves. The owner is honest and kind. The price was much better than the big box brand with horrible customer service. We are staying with this company for all our needs. I'm just about ready to have them help me with some marble sealing and it dawned on me to tell others how great of a place this is! I have been through remodeling and getting into a new house and trust me finding good companies you can TRUST is the key to a good completed finish and peace in between!

I called up half a dozen 5-star countertop companies in the area before choosing Granite & Marble Pro because of their responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness, and reasonable price. And I couldn't be happier with them! They exceeded my expectations in every aspect! In addition to the skilled and speedy installation process, several things made me highly recommend this company. When we were indecisive in choosing the quartz we want, Vitor was so patient and helped us by delivering several physical samples and sending pictures of projects they've done with the quartz of our interest. Secondly, we had to reschedule installation dates due to cabinets issues. Granite & Marble Pro was able to accommodate without any questions. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We have done a lot of renovating in the past and this was BY FAR the easiest and most efficiently done project that we have done. Vitor came over to give me the initial estimate and I knew right away that they were who we were going to use. He even met me at the granite yard to pick my countertops and it was obvious that he knew the products and materials very well. From picking out our quartzite to installation day was 5 days. So fast! He has several other projects going at the same time, but always made me feel like I was a priority. Well done, very happy with him and his team. We would definitely use Granite & Marble Pro again!

Nice company to work with. I went to their business to pick out a remnant granite piece for a bathroom countertop and order my kitchen countertops. They were all computerized so my estimate was done while I was there. They came out and measured prior to me making the selections. Then they came out to make the templates. Their measurements were good and the process was easy. I would recommend this business and use them again in the future.

I used Granite & Marble Pro to make cutting boards to use as trivets. I have quartz countertops and wanted to be able to put a hot pot or pan directly from the oven or stove on the counter. They made me two boards out of beautiful granite and were ready so quickly from the time I selected the granite and placed the order. They were very professional and pleasant!!! Granite & Marble PRO is heaven sent!! Great quotes, and an OCD accuracy that makes me feel confident in their work. They are neat, tidy, and detailed. I watched them make sure every corner was leveled, & every gap was sealed. They took their time to work on a quality installation, and a few hours later, left me with one INCREDIBLE experience & kitchen upgrade. I am blown away at the kindness & care these guys put into my kitchen. I am beyond impressed. Can't thank them enough. Do not even think twice. They are honest and do a superb job. The challenge: We needed to source material to match a vanity countertop that we already had. The solution: Granite &Marble Pro. Vitor was able to find the material and fabricate that and other pieces for shower shelves, window sill, and second vanity in a little over a week, which is amazing given the pandemic and difficulty obtaining materials. He and his installers were prompt, accurate, neat and quick. The bathroom isn't finished yet but the marble is! I definitely recommend them.

Granite & Marble Pro are absolute masters of their craft. My kids broke my marble dining room table in three pieces. I cried when I saw the damage. We called Granite & Marble Pro based on the reviews with very little hope of of being able to salvage the mess. Victor and his team had it repaired within days. They did such a wonderful job, I have a hard time finding the seams. You'd never know it was damaged. This is one company that deserves its reputation. If I could give this company and the owner zero stars I would! I am so unhappy with their services. I hired Granite Marble Pro a year ago to install brand new Pompeii Pure White quartz throughout my entire kitchen. When Vitor first came to my home, my husband and I really liked him and thought he offered the best pricing so we hired him on the spot. The saying is true, YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET! It has been a nightmare. Some of the quartz that was originally installed had to be replaced because they were installed with visible flaws. We then had to replace our island countertop 3 times for the same reason. Because it is such a big countertop and the focal point of our kitchen, we decided to change the island countertop using a natural stone from white quartz to a dark quartzite. We noticed after installation that it wasn't measured correctly so the polish underneath wasn't done correct. Because it is underneath we let it go. (I posted a picture to show this as well). Vitor did not seal this countertop correctly so the following day he had to send one of his employees back to our house to correct this and remove whatever was originally put on the stone. The "biggest" problem to date is the sides/edges (see photos) of all the countertops. They were polished incorrectly so they all have these horrible dull white blemishes that look horrific. I went to the store the stone slabs were purchased from and spoke to a salesman there and was told that whoever my fabricator was did not polish the stones correctly which is why we are having these issues. I called Vitor from Granite Marble Pro and left a voicemail to please call me. He never did. I have sent MULTIPLE texts asking for him to give me a call to discuss the issue as well as requesting he stop by to look at the countertops, but again he never responded. We spent thousands of dollars with his company to only be ignored. Vitor has handled this situation very unprofessional! I would never refer this business to a single person. In fact, I would recommend everyone hire a different company! *BEWARE OF GRANITE MARBLE PRO*
